Re: Internal Security Watch
That is why I said dig deeper.
Firstly you are defining Hinduism the same way the Constitution of India or supreme court did. In my opinion Hinduism is the social, intellectual and spiritual system that existed before the emergence of Charvaka domination in the current cycle.
Even if you have a dharmic code or humanist code, it's implementation will be ritualistic in that sense. The police have to do their duty, judges have to do their duty, teachers have to do their duty and so on and can be argued as ritualistic society.
Yes, Rama and Krishna never claimed to be Hindu. But they too upheld the very Vedic dharma that we are calling Hinduism. Krishna in fact retold/commented the Vedic Dharma thru his Geeta. Today's Hinduism is the very Hinduism that Rama and Krishna lived and protected.
Looks like your contention is about the name "Hinduism". You want to call it some Dharmic Code of Conduct (DCC) and hope that you can achieve the same level of dharmic quotient in the society that Rama and Krishna achieved using that DCC. This is exactly most of Charvaka schools tried to do and failed miserably.
The difference between a Islamic Dharma, Yesu Dharma, Baudha Dharma or Secular Dharma lies in the spiritual foundations of that dharma.
Similarly if you remove Haindava/Vedika/Sanatana/Aarsha spiritual consciousness away, then that dharma will not be same as Hindu dharma.
We have had discussions on you attributing everything negative of Hindu society on Hindu spiritual consciousness and doing an equal equal with other spiritual schools of thought.
That is why I said, you may want to dig deeper. Read Bji's blog on How Islam came to India. See if you can visualize how Buddhism came to Bharat.... Then you will find how Ravana came to Bharat. If we are to take the knowledge base people are collectin in Out of India theory thread, every civilization once was SD. Like those Ravana's, hiranyakasapas, Mahishasuras came to Bharat; Islam, Christianity, secularism, Communism etc too came to Bharat. But that doesn't make today's cocktail society a representative of Hindu society that we are trying to build.
People often confuse between Ummah's urge to rewind time to the days of Muhammed or Christian world's craving for Christ's second coming with Hindus conscious journey towards a Vedic society. In Hindu's case their journey is nothing but a conscious separation of internal, inherent Asuric/Tamisicness, where in others case it is a journey towards the initial conditions of birth of that very Asuric/Tamasicness without that self-awareness.

Kerala govt has no jurisdiction to prosecute Italian marines: SC (Mathrubhumi: English)
The main question which remains is that when all this happens where would the Italines Marines be? In India, or in their home country? Does the stringent bail conditions set by Kerala HC now hold good? As I read it looks like Kerala Govt. have been clearly asked to keep away from the case and now it is played out at the Indian Union level. The verdict also now clearly takes the onus away from the current UDF government in Kerala state.

Kerala govt has no jurisdiction to prosecute Italian marines: SC (Mathrubhumi: English)
---The Supreme Court Friday ruled that the Kerala government has no independent jurisdiction to try two Italian marines for shooting down two Indian fishermen off the Kerala coast last year.
The apex court bench of Chief Justice Altamas Kabir and Justice J. Chelameswar held that it was only the union of India that had the jurisdiction to hold the trial of the two marines Massimilano Latorre and Salvatore Girone.
However, the court said the central government, in consultation with the chief justice, will set up a special court to hold the trial.
The Italian government will be free to raise the question that it had the jurisdiction to conduct the trial of these two Italian marines in their country.
Upon raising this issue of jurisdiction, the special court will decide the question whether the government of India or the Italian government has the jurisdiction to conduct the trial of the two marines under the Marine time Law.
Two Italian marines, Chief Master Sergeant Massimilano Latorre and Sergeant Salvatore Girone, on board the Italian cargo vessel Enrica Lexie had shot dead two Indian fishermen Feb 15 last year suspecting them to be pirates.

Kochi: A Panamanian-flagged cargo vessel, which is suspected to have rammed a fishing boat off Beypore in Kozhikode, was intercepted by the Coast Guard (CG) and brought to Kochi port for further investigations, CG sources said today.
'M V Izumo', carrying soyabeans, was on its way to Singapore from Kandla yesterday when it allegedly hit the boat which sank, the sources said.
Three fishermen on the boat, 'Al Ameen', had jumped overboard just before the collision and were rescued by other fishing boats in the vicinity.

The provisions are there the practice is not.
Codification of laws and good intentions was never the bane of society in India. The trouble almost forever (at least from the time India grew poor) has been on the execution side. Laws were there because the powers that be, always had some jhunjuna to hand over to an unsuspecting and weak population.

From the Supreme Court on legalities Conditions, jurisdictions, Rights, Role
Why is a criminal case subjected to any provisions of external laws such as Article 100 of UNCLOS 1982? How does this law benefit Indians? Is this an indirect penalty for catching runaway trigger happy Europeans when a country's law becomes are subject to such articles? How a local police station not going to investigate the shooting and not file FIR- what are any alternate mechanisms for quick investigations or will it result in operational loopholes?
If an external court has started investigations for a trigger happy European murdering Indians how does it affect criminal case here in India at all?
Why set up a special court for two foreigners after the judicial system is already overburdened? Why not let them stay in Tihar jail till cases are done with, perhaps about a decade or so, as with any other normal citizens of India?they will now report to the Station House Officer of the Chanakayapuri Police Station, New Delhi, once a week, subject to further relaxation, as may be granted.
..
The Italian Embassy, in Delhi, also agrees to be responsible for the movements of the petitioners and to ensure that they report to the trial court, as and when called upon to do so. Since their passports had been surrendered to the trial court in Kollam, the same is to be transferred by the said court to the Union Home Ministry .. The two marines will be under the custody of this court.
..
The incident of firing from the Italian vessel on the Indian shipping vessel having occurred within the Contiguous Zone, the Union of India is entitled to prosecute the two Italian marines under the criminal justice system prevalent in the country. However, the same is subject to the provisions of Article 100 of UNCLOS 1982.
..
The FIR could have been lodged at Neendakara Police station, but that did not vest the Kerala Police with jurisdiction to investigate into the complaint.
..
The Republic of Italy has, in fact, from the very beginning, asserted its right to try the two marines and has already commenced proceedings against them in Italy under penal provisions which could result in a sentence of 21 years of imprisonment if the said accused are convicted.
..
Why is a criminal case subjected to any provisions of external laws such as Article 100 of UNCLOS 1982? How does this law benefit Indians? MIM legislator Quadri makes inflammatory comments in Assembly

Local BJP leader on Friday filed a police complaint against Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen (MIM) legislator Syed Ahmed Pasha Quadri's for his remarks about Mahatma Gandhi's statue inside the state assembly.
"The Nizams built the state assemblybuilding in Hyderabad, but see what has happened. They have installed a statue of Mahatma Gandhi there. Who constructed it and who has been installed there," Quadri, who represents Charminar in the assembly, told a gathering in Karimanagar district's Jagityal town on Thursday.
He said "we" have built all significant structures in India. "Whathave you done?" he asked. "We constructed Red Fort, Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, Mecca Masjid and Charminar. What have you constructed in Hindustan?

Read somewhere on twitter that in J&K assembly or may be it was university, the statue of Mahatma Gandhi was damaged 2 years back. Not sure how far that is correct but our secular media gave it cover of silence and ignorance.

Another Owaisi surrenders, remanded till Feb 2
Member of Parliament from the MIM party, Asaduddin Owaisi has surrendered before a court in the Medak district in connection with a 2005 case. Owaisi was booked for obstructing the construction of a road in the year 2005.
After a warrant had been issued against him¸ he surrendered before the Sanga Reddy court in the Medak district. Owaisi is present at the court along with his advocate. He is awaiting the verdict of court on whether he would be remanded to judicial custody or not.
Owaisi’s brother Abaruddin Owaisi is already in judicial custody in connection with a hate speech case. The police are now verifying his voice samples to ascertain whether he was the one who made the speech or not. Owaisi had denied that the voice was his.
Update-
Asadduin Owaisi has been remanded to judicial custody till February 2nd by a court in Andhra Pradesh. He had surrendered before the court a while ago in connection with a case in which he was charged with obstructing a government officer.
Owaisi who surrendered before the Sangareddy court in Medak district will have to remain in jail until February 2nd. Immediately after the order was passed, he moved the same court seeking bail. This plea would come up for hearing tomorrow.

Congress revives Saffron Terror to polarise votes

As general election approaches, secular vs communal debate is back
http://www.niticentral.com/2013/01/cong ... votes.html
An unmistakable thread is now visible between the impressive victory of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Akbaruddin Owaisi’s diatribe aimed at polarising voters ahead of a possible election this year, the arrest of a Hindu sadhu who challenged Owaisi in Hyderabad, and the Union Home Minister’s attempt to revive the bogey of ‘saffron terror’ at the Congress Jaipur conclave the very day Rahul Gandhi was annointed PM-in-waiting.
Sushil Kumar Shinde’s blatant chargethat the BJP and the RSS operate terror camps, which he later modified into saffron terror after Congress veterans thought the talk of ‘Hindu terror’ could alienate the majority community, indicated that the party was keeping its options onan early election open in view of the complete disarray in the BJP on the matter of electing a new party president or announcing a prime ministerial candidate. With Congress having smoothly paved the way for the Amethi MP, any inability of the BJP to similarly clear the decks for Narendra Modi will be counter-productive with voters who are fed up with the Congress and the corruption it has presided over in the terms of the UPA. The near certain second term for Nitin Gadkarias party president is anyway likely to come with a high cost to the credibility of both the BJP and particularly the RSS which only threeyears ago bragged that it had 75 worthy candidates to promote as BJP chief.
It is in the context of a strategy to polarise communities and consolidate certain vote-banks that the arrest of Swami Kamalananda Bharati on January 14 makes sense. The sanyasi, who is little known outside Andhra Pradesh, had sharply taken on the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeem legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi for communal incitement at a public rally on January 8. As is well known, the State Government took no action against Owaisi despite his making highly provocative statements at a number of venues, until social media conducted a high-decibel campaign, uploaded thespeeches on YouTube, and forced his arrest after he returned from Londonwhere he had ostensibly gone for medical treatment.
In sharp contrast to this kid-glove treatment of Owaisi, Swami Kamalananda was arrested just five days after his supposed ‘hate speech’. This was widely perceived as an act of communal balancing by the regime, and the making of a ‘base’ for Hindu terror, as per the UPA script, as first articulated by the then Home Minister P Chidambaram.
Mercifully, while Owaisi remains in judicial custody amidst sustained leaks that the audio in the incendiary tapes is not his voice, Swami Kamalananda was granted bail on January 19 by the Nampally Court in Hyderabad.
It bears mentioning that Swami Kamalananda, like most Hindu spiritual leaders, is essentially concerned with intra-Hindu affairs and does not galvanise his followers against any community or person. Thus, he founded the Hindu DevalayaParirakshana Samiti to protest against the State Government’s mismanagement of Hindu temples taken over on account of their handsome coffers, and energetically opposes conversions.
It was the abrasive tone of Akbaruddin Owaisi’s long-winded speech at Nirmal that prompted Swami Kamalananda to take him on,as many of his followers were hurt at the manner in which the MLA spoke about the Mother Cow, Kaushalya ji, and Sri Rama. ( The original speech in Telugu can be seenhere. )
According to a rough translation of the speech, Swami Kamalananda Bharati cautioned the minority community, saying, “If such patient Hindus lose their patience, please think where will you be?” Mocking the rhetorical flourish with which Owaisi asked for police to be removed for just 15 minutes, he said, “For a man who can threaten tomurder 100 crore people if given 15 minutes, has a fever come over you? Because there is a plane ready to take you away (to London). Or were you afraid of being home?” Surely that is not hate speech.
Muslims have objected to the Swami’s reference to the fact that Hindu civilisation has survived attacks by the (Islamic) sword for 1,400 years. While Muslims may feel uneasy about historical references ofHindu resistance to their hegemonic designs, it is not tantamount to hatespeech. Swami Kamalananda merelywarned that while Delhi had no objection to Owaisi’s speech, if each (Hindu) was given a sword, who would have the courage to face them? He added that we (Hindus) are not afraid “of your theories, yourways, your bullets, your AK-47s, your bombs, your RDX, your mines, your Pakistan and your Bangladesh. You can continue with your efforts…”. The Indian Army, he said, was more than a match for Pakistan and Bangladesh, which were partitioned out of India.
Hindus, he said, had listened to Owaisi’s speech for one hour fifty minutes. It agitated Hindus living in 26,000 villages in Andhra Pradesh. But the truly interesting part of the speech was that it had nothing positive for Muslims! He never spokeabout Muslim unemployment, healthissues, poverty, economic status, their development. The whole tone of Owaisi’s speech was only about how to foster the division of Indian society. It was a command performance at the behest of Pakistan, more specifically the ISI, healleged.
In 1989, Swami Kamalananda claimed, the Ram sila movement succeeded, not because of

Saar, this owaisi arrest is an orchestrated drama. The "Owaisi family" is doing this for decades as conceded by Lateef Mohammad Khan of CLI Org*. They were getting too powerful and demanding for the congress party to handle. The congress party needed to teach the "Owaisi family" a lesson, so dug up the most recent hate speech and foisted a case against them. It is not that they were suddenly aware of the hate speechs. It is akin to how congress found YSR Jagan utterly corrupt after he ceded from Congress.
*CLI Org: If you were wondering What CLI Org is? It is an "Non-Profit","Apolitical" Civil Liberty of India Organization fighting for the "just" cause of particular community members arrested on charges of terror. They wanted even the "convicted and sentenced members" of a particular community released on "Humanitarian grounds"

Posting in Full... who killed/aborted this mission? And why it has been leaked now?... US Perfidy or Sickular RNI malafide?
RAW Mission aborted
RAW Mission aborted
Op Morocco: A secret chase for 26/11 plotter’s wife
- After the Mumbai attacks, the RAW put into motion a top secret mission to reach out to Faiza Outalha, the estranged wife of Pakistani-American terrorist David Coleman Headley (in pic), and bring her to India from Morocco
- Faiza holds the key to the 26/11 conspiracy; she was with Headley when he recceed targets and met LeT founder Hafiz Saeed. She is also believed to know Headley’s Pak contacts
- Operation Morocco — for strange reasons — was abruptly stopped in mid-2012 at the highest level in the espionage agency
New Delhi, January 21
Referred to as ‘Operation Morocco’, this top secret Indian intelligence mission was ‘killed’ just when it was about to yield results. The highly classified operation was linked to the crucial investigation into the Mumbai terror attacks that left over 166 persons, including six Americans, dead.
The goal of ‘Operation Morocco’ was to reach out to Faiza Outalha, the estranged wife of Pakistani-American terrorist David Coleman Headley, who acted as a ‘scout’ to identify various targets for the deadly strikes.
Currently, Faiza is living in and out of the north Moroccan town of Meknes. Faiza was Headley’s third wife. At the time of their marriage in 2007, Faiza was a medical student half his age.
The hush-hush operation was put into motion by the foreign spy agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), to establish one-to-one contact with Faiza, who was with Headley when he was doing reconnaissance in Mumbai for the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) terrorists. Faiza and Headley had watched the Mumbai attacks ‘live’ on television in their Lahore home.
Faiza’s presence during the scouting of multi-targets, including five-star hotels, a railway station and the Jewish quarters, and her meetings with the ‘master brain’ - LeT founder chief Hafiz Saeed - in Pakistan makes her a ‘highly valuable witness’ for Indian investigative and intelligence agencies.
Till today, Faiza continues to be elusive for Indians, thanks to the ‘forced failure’ of ‘Operation Morocco.’
Top sources in the RAW said the aim of the operation was to establish contact with Faiza and attempt to bring her to India for recording her statement about her knowledge regarding the Mumbai plot and subsequent attacks, Headley’s contacts in Pakistan and her meetings with Hafiz Saeed.
The mission — for strange reasons — was abruptly stopped in mid-2012 at the highest level in the espionage agency despite the fact that Faiza holds the key to the Mumbai attacks conspiracy.
![]()
That was the end of the ‘secret chase’ to reach out to Faiza. There is a likelihood that even the Prime Minister, the National Security Adviser, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Mumbai police are unaware of this fiasco, sources said.
The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) kept Faiza out of the trial of Headley and his Pakistan-born Canadian aide Tahawwur Rana (52), a Chicago-based businessman.
Headley, who confessed his crime, is scheduled to be sentenced by a Chicago court on January 24. He had entered a plea bargain with the FBI, saving himself from his extradition to India and possible death penalty.
His school-time friend Rana was sentenced to 14 years in prison on January 17 for providing ‘material support’ to Pakistan-based LeT and for backing a plot to strike a Danish newspaper. Rana, who was originally arrested in 2009 for his involvement in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, was, however, acquitted of that charge.
During the trial, Rana’s counsel had raised the issue of Faiza going scot-free. He wanted to know as to why she was not made an accused or a crucial prosecution witness though her role in the Mumbai attacks was not less than of Headley and his client.
Faiza’s evidence on oath would have ‘exposed’ the Americans as she had warned the US Embassy in Islamabad of Headley being a terrorist and his plot to hit targets in Mumbai and Karachi. This would have also put on record that Headley had worked for America’s Central Intelligence Agency, Drug Enforcement Agency and Pakistan’s Inter-State Intelligence. The FBI kept Faiza out of Headley’s trial.
Although the Americans allowed the NIA team ‘limited access’ to Headley, India’s request to send him to face the trial in this country too was turned down by the US authorities.
The NIA last year sent a Letter Rogatory to Morocco through a city court for recording Faiza’s statement. But it is not likely to yield desired results. The Americans are reported to be keeping a close watch on her. For Indians, Faiza has become ‘Mission Impossible’.

BJP's aversion to attacking Congress as a gang of opportunistic anti-Hindus is biting it in the arse. BJP should leave no chance to project Congress as a party hostile to Hindus (which is actually the truth). This is the biggest failure of BJP, while Congress has no such compulsions in projecting BJP as being hostile to Muslims.Sagar G wrote:Oh drop this dhoti shivering if BJP/RSS walas are dumb enough to let them get harassed then they deserve to be harassed, if BJP is smart it can use these remarks to beat the shit out of congress and make it fall down on it's knees begging for forgiveness from Hindus.ShyamSP wrote:They will show Owaisi's arrest as an example to nail and harass 10000 times more BJP/RSSwalas till elections are over.

2) Or apologize that he made his statements under Political Compulsions.
A HM does have a right to make serious allegations as he is the key decision maker in this country.

Re: Internal Security Watch
This is exactly what the C-System wants. Please note that the minority religions constitute ~25% and dhimmified Hindus another 40% votes. Their fear is that the fanatic vote block of ~30% is consolidating while the vote banks are slipping from C-System hands. More Godhras are being planned and the propaganda machine is getting prepped.varunkumar wrote:BJP's aversion to attacking Congress as a gang of opportunistic anti-Hindus is biting it in the arse. BJP should leave no chance to project Congress as a party hostile to Hindus (which is actually the truth). This is the biggest failure of BJP, while Congress has no such compulsions in projecting BJP as being hostile to Muslims.

The leak to the paper is definelty by some RAW afsar who was probably involved in the op and could not find any other outlet to vent his frustration at being deliberately sabotaged.AnantS wrote:Brihaspati ji, whom do you think in GOI could be behind this *cuk up? Might be similar to how the LoC be-headings were tipped off by someone in the IA to the media so that it wasnt buried like the earlier beheadings in the name of peace with TSP
Re: Internal Security Watch
If I am right the source for that story was from Pakistan and not from India, so it should be PA and not IA, as tweeted by a Pakistani Journalist before the report appeared.sum wrote:The leak to the paper is definelty by some RAW afsar who was probably involved in the op and could not find any other outlet to vent his frustration at being deliberately sabotaged.AnantS wrote:quote="brihaspati"]Marriages to such key assets are also arranged by the asset managers. Apparently, some people are threatening that social harmony will be disrupted - does anybody know what's in the movie?

Aptly put, I also wonder why the hell BJP keeps silent when they have this golden opportunity to beat congress in there own game. They have got an agenda to turn the tide to there advantage and all they could come up with is asking for apologyvarunkumar wrote:BJP's aversion to attacking Congress as a gang of opportunistic anti-Hindus is biting it in the arse. Re: Internal Security Watch
Glad you agree. Throwing the mud of anti-Hinduism on Congress is the best strategy for BJP -- any talk of Congress as enemy of the Hindus will make the ears of Hindus perk up. I have noticed that in this kalyug, Hindus are swayed by only two things: Greed and Fear. BJP will appeal to the latter by talking of how Congress is trying to harm the Hindus, supporting their genocide in Kashmir and North East and siding with anti-Hindu forces. Congress is telling brazen lies about BJP being Hindu terrorists, while the BJP jokers cannot even tell the truth about Congress.Sagar G wrote:Aptly put, I also wonder why the hell BJP keeps silent when they have this golden opportunity to beat congress in there own game. Falling for this nehruvian secularism trap has led to massive erosion of faith in BJP among general public I think.
Re: Internal Security Watch
From the trailers and promo programs it appears to be a movie on terrorism and porki terrorists and possibly eyeraq too. They're probably bandwagoning claiming any show of terrorism is incorrect portrayal of muslims and must therefore be banned. Nevermind what is actually happening. Besides its nothing new. Every kamal movie that isn't a comedy invariably has someone trying to get publicity by opposing it. Heck, the muslim orgs wanted him to showthem the movie prior to release so that they could approve of it. What the flipping heck? Nobody would cry freedom of expression then! All sickular onlee.Anindya wrote:Apparently, some people are threatening that social harmony will be disrupted - does anybody know what's in the movie?

Re: Internal Security Watch
Prasad garu,
It is these movie actors and censor boards that gave (sic) secularism the unnecessary hype. Let them fight their own ghosts now. No need for Hindus to worry about this. Let Kamal decide if his financial interests and freedom of speech are more important or his (sic) secular credentials.
I can bet that Kamal will accept every demand of the peaceful community, irrespective of how much support the hindu community gives them. Then why even bother wasting hindu resources? Let us focus on our RJBs.

I honestly and sincerely encourage you to try this experiment on your peer group (not close family) and come back and share the experiments results.varunkumar wrote: while the BJP jokers cannot even tell the truth about Congress.

True. He even arranged for a private screening of hte movie for them. But no go. They wanted the film banned without even watching it.RamaY wrote:Prasad garu,

Re: Internal Security Watch
During my last visit to India, I saw a brief snippet about the followers of religion of peace protesting at the house lead actor in the movie , "Thuppaki" (means pistol). The movie was not banned nor pulled out as far as I remember. The green army is mobilizing well inside India w/Congress help.
