I’m not the only one scoffing.
When he stood up in the Canadian parliament and said “when I’m prime minister….”, they openly mocked him with laughter.

Since Arsh Dala is in Canada, posting this here, two associates of his have been arrested a few days ago.

Collaborating with Nijjar, Dala formed a KTF module responsible for the 2021 murder of Tejinder, also known as Pinka, in Moga. Dala also allegedly planned an attack on Hindu priest Pragya Gyan Muni in Jalandhar in January 2021. He was connected to several other murders, including that of Manohar Lal, a Dera Sacha Sauda follower in Bathinda in November 2020 and criminal Sukhpreet Singh.
In 2021, Dala, along with gangster Bikram Brar and Canadian Goldy Brar, created a four-member KTF module to target specific individuals, such as Bittu Premi, Shamma Badmash and Sirsa-based DSS follower Shakti Singh. Dala extended his collaborations, joining forces with Nijjar in January 2022 to establish a four-member KTF module aimed at assassinating Harmanbir Singh Gill, SSP of Moga and two CIA inspectors. Finally, in January 2022, Dala established a seven-member KTF module with the objective of targeting Pritpal Singh Bobby, an immigration consultant based in Mohali.

ASIO chief says there's 'no reason to dispute' Canada's claims of Indian involvement in murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar

Australia's domestic intelligence chief says he has "no reason to dispute" claims of a possible link between the Indian government and the killing of a Canadian citizen.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau last month said there were "credible allegations" of a potential link between Indian government agents and the death of Sikh separatist leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
India rejected the accusations as "absurd" and expelled a senior Canadian diplomat in response.
Asked for his assessment of Canada's allegations, ASIO director general Mike Burgess told the ABC he would have "no reason to dispute what the Canadian government has said in this matter".
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
To be expected given the assertion that RAW buggered King Charles . By virtue of which, Australian sovereignty was violated as well.
Does not change the record of Canada's decades long history of ignoring terrorism on its soil. Key question to ask is what changed in this case that they are bothering to complain?

King Charles“Any involvement of a foreign government in the killing of a Canadian citizen on Canadian soil is an unacceptable violation of our sovereignty,” Mr. Trudeau told lawmakers.
Monarchy of AustraliaCanada is a constitutional monarchy whereby the Sovereign is Canada's Head of State. King Charles III automatically became Sovereign of Canada on the passing of his predecessor, Queen Elizabeth II.
The present monarch is Charles III, styled King of Australia,[1] who has reigned since 8 September 2022.[n 1]

@2:27 Canadian CBC news presenter says:
"Now let's be very careful with this question of BLAME. Because the truth is it's impossible at this point for any news organization to independently verify any claim on either side."
Ohhh, when it comes to Nijjar's death, then accusation can be reported as fact, without any corroboration whatsoever!
But that's just because it's worthless backward India being accused.
When it comes to important countries like Israel, maximum delicacy must be shown in dealing with accusations and controversies.
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
Israel released an audio of the intercepted phone call to back it's claims within hours.
If there was an equivalent, I'm sure they would have done the same. What is more likely that someone was caught blabbering on his chat just like the scientist claiming to have worked on every strategic project (Agni-6 )

Not just Israel - Turkey provided evidence when that reporter was beheaded in Saudi embassy, UK as well in the case of Novichok….
Only Canada thinks it can get away with “trust me bro, dude I am totally telling the truth”

^^^ I see the news:
In India's heat, the diplomats baked,
Their faces turned red, then they ached.
They said to Trudeau,
"We're bidding adieu,
We're going where life isn't staked.
There once was a PM named Justin,
Whose diplomats left India bustin'.
They said, "We're out,
This place is tout,
So please don't bother usin' our cushion

Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
Here they explain that Canada doesn't want to endanger the lucrative inflow of Indian students:
Any Khalistani could cut off that inflow by attacking Indian students in Canada. And then we know that Canadian authorities would look the other way, just as they didn't convict the Air India bombers, and let them get off scot-free. Snakes in the backyard are wriggling furiously.

Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
The next step would be to make it difficult to obtain bank loans for Indian students to study in Canada. The tiny minority of students that have private financial resources can still go there to enjoy the Canadian weather. Alternatively, Canada can give out scholarships to hard hit poor Indian students. We giving out too much money to a country that breeds Khalistanis and puts Indian citizens at risk.

It is all Modiji's fault. When he did not seem to bear a grudge for being denied a visa to the US, Justinder just assumed that Modiji will accept being named an assassin in the Canadian Parliament. After everyone knows about his patience, so why such an aggressive stance?

'India has not blinked'
ARCHANA MASIH, October 20, 2023
Canada has withdrawn 41 diplomats from India amid a dispute over the murder of a Sikh separatist leader, Foreign Minister Melanie Joly said on Thursday, October 19, 2023, adding that Ottawa would not take retaliatory steps, Reuters reported.
"Canadian diplomats have been asked to leave, and have left. I do not regard that step by India as escalatory because India had already announced that decision soon after the crisis broke," Ambassador Jitendra Nath Misra, India's former envoy to Portugal, tells Rediff.com's Archana Masih.
Currently Professor of Diplomatic Practice at the O P Jindal Global University, Sonipat and Distinguished Fellow at the Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies, Dhaka, Ambassador Misra adds, "Canada is not the existential problem for India that China and Pakistan are."
You said that India has greater international influence today than it had 30 years ago.
What does India's response to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's allegations indicate about India's enhanced power?
If this happened 30-40 years ago, the world might have responded differently, but today, India counts for more.
India is shifting from a balancing to a leading role. It is a consequential power not just in the region, or in the wider region, but globally.
We are seeing an example of that in the fallout of the Trudeau allegations because it is having an impact not just on bilateral ties with Canada, but the US, and perhaps also the UK and Australia.
The world is watching carefully. The choices India makes today have consequences beyond its borders.
Does Canada lose more because of this breakdown of relations than India does because of India's strategic importance and rising international stature?
That is a question to which I do not have a good answer. India's international stature is rising and that might be the reason why the Americans have not been very active in commenting publicly after the initial statements.

Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
she's lying through her teeth.
India's actions are not in contravention of the vienna agreement
The canucks are trying to spin India's actions as unreasonable and not in consonance with the rules based international order.
the aussies held their fire because they were hoping that kaneda could escape the humiliation of having it's diplomats expelled but they have recently come out in support of the canucks.
not even one of the gora countries is talking about producing proof but they all want brown India to accept their demands
India, for a start, should start looking elsewhere for her requirements of lentils while side lining kaneda

Canada pop is 2.5% of India's. Shouldn't India have 40 times the diplomats than that of Canada
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
This is relevant in this thread about khalistan which afflicts the Canadian discourse. Kanishka bombing was masterminded by Canadian citizens. The people of Punjab don't want Khalistan. The Indian Army is filled with Sikhs, even a chief of army, many highly decorated army folks. It is safe to say that the majority of Sikhs are genuine Desh Bakths and don't support khalistan. Only a small group (criminals, traitors, drug dealers) aided by Videshi support groups is supporting the notion of Khalistan.
Khalistan was started by Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger after 1971 defeat they faced at Dhaka. Kissinger started Muslim world Jihad after 1971 war, and Khalistan from London - to target India. CIA openly supported Khalistan and ISI was training the Khalistanis and used them as drug penetration into Punjab. Pakistan openly supports Khalistan and Puke PM Zia-ul-haq created the K2 (kashmir & khalistan) desk to finger India. The United Kingdom, the United States, Canada among others have treated the concept of Khalistan in a manner with covert and sometimes overt support. India is correct in nipping in the bud these terrorist activities.
Trudoodoo is completely deluded, drug addict shielding terrorists in Canada.
