IMO, there are quite a few good content creators. The issue is not content creation. It is that none of the gatekeepers of the West will publish them.

E.g., in the print media, a Rana Ayyub or Arundhati Roy will get a place in the New York Times, and similar folks will get into the New Yorker or The Atlantic or the Washington Post. But a Minhaz Merchant or a Palki Sharma -- not a chance. But without the means of dissemination in the West, it doesn't matter how much good content is there. The Indian Left has international ties that the Indian Right sorely lacks.
Yes that inherent bias will be there and it's unlikely that people who voice such opinions will get a say in NYT/Wapo opinion columns however my point is more about creating an international focused publication ourselves focused on and Indian and relevant strategic issues which can report facts but also insert some narrative. More like AJ/DW or hell when RT for that matter.

When the likes of Wapo/Guardian publish drivel about us it needs an effective counter.

You are not going to make any difference to the opinions of the western audiance by trying to speak to them directly. Because those opinions are shaped by people who can best be described as house slaves. Speaking to the massa what those slaves think massa wants to hear.

The only way to defeat these people is to make them irrelevant to the conversation. The way to do so is to economically grow so strong that the house slaves are not longer able to shape public opinion.
I disagree. it's not about speaking to the western audience it's about getting your viewpoint out in a manner that is easy to understand and consume for the average global citizen, West East or South

Strength (economic or military) gets you far but isn't enough on its own. Effective use of mass and social media is critical to counter a large number of issues we are facing and will face in the future.

If you really have aspirations of being the voice of the global south and truly a separate pole apart from the West and Sino areas of influence then this is a must have ability.

For Ex.. We try to establish in the generic drugs market and suddenly there are hundreds of reports of kids dying from bad cough syrup and we lose ground...

We make inroads with a leader in IOR and pretty quickly the entire country is being bombarded with Anti Indian propaganda causing him to lose the election.

Mods feel free to take this conversation elsewhere if it's too OT for this dhaga

You cannot wait for voters to change their minds simply based on the good work you have to convince them and if that requires effective use of media and subtle propaganda then so be it. Every other "democracy" in the world does it and in many cases better than us.
Saw an interview on the Raj Dharma channel with a voter. Questioning starts off with what benefits have you received, and this voter received many.

Then, who are you voting for? "UPA".

Why? "Because if you keep voting for one party, 'woh sir pe chaad jaatein hein' (they start taking advantage of you).

If good works alone could win elections, politicians would do good works.

This paging Modi to come save the day is really worrisome. Anyone know what the ground situation in Maharashtra look like?

Meanwhile, this happened today in the State - a Muslim chopped a Hindu girl (who eloped with him) to pieces

Hope dumb-asses of our majority focus on who the enemy is, rather than backstab each other over caste

HUGE ₹3000 Crores Crypto Currency unearthed in #Uttarakhand by joint efforts of ED & America’s FBI.

ED has arrested one Parvinder Singh & Banmeet Singh, on Intel from FBI.

They're ALLEGEDLY connected to a DESPERATE Political Party who wants to COME BACK to power.

They are involved in drug trafficking too, via Dark web & used to take payments in Crypto currencies.

This has connections to the jihadi drug kingpin who was arrested in TN, with connections to a big local political party.

It appears that additionally, the FBI has already confiscated Rs 1500 crores linked to this operation

In TN, even transplanted dravidiya hair will start falling, as the gory details start to emerge

The Prajwal-gate drama in KA is confusing, on what was the expected out come.
1. The Vokkaliga (Gowdas are in this category) bastions went for polling on 26th April. The votes have all been locked and sealed.
2. The next phase of polls is on May 7th. But that would be in northern parts of Karnataka which is a Lingayath community strong hold. BS Yediyurappa is from the community, and he (and his sons) still retain some clout in the community. Prajwal-gate may not have an impact in this phase. Where as the tragic case of Neha murder (Love Jihad angle) may have much more impact there.
3. It is now also known that these videos are 4-5 years old, when JD(S) was siding the Congress party. Both Congress & the BJP seems to be aware of this.
4. The Congress kept mum on the videos till 1st phase polling is over. BJP leader (GT Deve Gowda) says he had warned BJP leaders like A. Shah about this, but that was ignored.

So what is the benefit of all this?
1. Is it JD(S)'s own Kumaraswamy s/o H.D Deve Gowda plotting to ouster his brother H.D Revanna s/o H.D Deve Gowda and his son Prajwal? The Kumaraswamy becomes the supreme leader.
2. Is it DK Shiva Kumar & Co who arranged the leak, as they realised that JD(S)-BJP combo has a strong lead after Phase 1 polling?
3. Is this a combined plan of all seculars to use this incident against the BJP in all the remaining election phases? The BJP is now using the "Muslims will not be categorized as OBC" to the maximum possible extent. Can Prajwal-gate get BJP on the defensive?

They all seem to have the same afflictions for horizontal jitterbugging

they are into the film production business and so there is a steady stream of traffic that passes through ...

one son is quite notorious in political circles and in fact has two mothers in law, dravidiya style

all this will come out soon but is already well known in in the entire state

Telangana High Court's ruling nullifies Wakf Board's claim over Hyderabad's 5-star Hotel Marriott

Court quashed the petition & noted that the initiation of the proceeding by the Wakf Board is in excess of jurisdiction.

Viceroy Hotels, now known as Hotel Marriot, brought a petition challenging the actions of State Wakf Board.

In a major move, Court halts eviction proceedings flagging errors in process. Previous determinations deemed property as non-Wakf land.

I hope and pray that I live to see the day the words "SOCIALIST" and "SECULAR" removed from the constitution of Bharat.

Someone remind this doofus that his Grandmother put those words into the constitution, when the country was in an emergency imposed by her. She added those words without any debate in Parliament. Ack Thoo!!

So the entire family was involved in the creation, modification of this imported piece of paper from John Dewey prof of B.R. Ambedkar, modified for India due to instructions by the BritShitRaj (BTW the UK Has no Constitution paper).

Time to jettison this artificial Albatross on citizens of INDIA or make one in Keeping with the ancient Indian ones. The Britshits and others took the old Sanskrit manuscripts on Governance from India and created their version albeit for Looting & deadly rule (200 Million Indians died during their BritShitRaj).

The DMK govt has begun enforcing a law mandating temple priests to deposit even thali donations they get towards hundi collection.

The High court has gone ahead and endorsed this.

Now four priests have been arrested for taking thali donations home.

a paki imam has claimed that the Hindu man’s heart, which was donated to the paki girl ayesha in a chennai hospital, is an infidel.

the imam said that this heart will now kneel before allah, having previously bowed before Hindu idols.

according to the imam, though the man has given his heart to the paki girl, his deed is not worthy as he is not a muslim.

Clearly this was a "masterstroke" by the hospital and by whatever goremint agency that approved the transplant. Great way to contrast the mentality of Indians versus the Pawkees. Hope this is broadcast far and wide. There is no need to get outraged about this.

they will justify anything for their benefit, so very easy to twist words and maul their meanings, especially when no such thing is mentioned in any book. It clearly says that no interest from banks can be accepted or they have refused to accept the book on things like punishment for theft etc

the sly bugger looks and talks illiterate but he does not fail to specifically insult the organ donor and absolves the recipient of all theistic responsibility. and any which way you slice it, this is taqiya like, plain and simple

i have a short snippet from a dallantop ground-reporting interview of a muzzlim from a 'samudaay-vishesh area', where in response to a question the muzzlim responds by laughing & saying that if they want us to go away them give as "another country", to which the reporter objects & says there is already pukistan, & the victimcard-holder says we dont want to go there. we want a new one.

am on a limited data-connection else would've uploaded it here.

sum ji,

How can lineage bring experience, especially when this generation of eyetaalians who have never worked at anything in their entire lives, but are depending solely on a deep and arrogant sense of entitlement to grab political power. We all saw what was done by the vile urban naxal bunch of unelected commies who infested the NAC and ravaged the country at their BIF puppet master's will

So what exactly is this experience that only BIF puppet politico who eats breakfast in India and then goes abroad to shit all over the Idea of India, pushing inane theories, vile hatred, and downright crackpot ideas as evidence of his "intellectual" accomplishment like the "escape velocity of jupiter" nonsense that he peddled for a while

how and why have the majority tolerated this colonialism 2.0, especially when their avowed intention is to destroy Sanātana Dharma

Has such a phenomenon malignantly manifested elsewhere in the world, and that too in such a politically cancerous form.

We may have been a tad bit too accommodating

https://pib.gov.in/PressReleasePage.aspx?PRID=2019294
ECI’s efforts, over last two years, for inclusion of PVTG (Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups) communities and other tribal groups in the electoral process have borne fruit with scenes of tribal groups in various States/UTs participating enthusiastically in phase 1 and phase 2 of the GE 2024 at polling stations. In a historic move, the Shompen tribe of Great Nicobar voted for the first time in a General Election.

The Election Commission of India being conscious of PVTGs inclusion in the electoral process had made special efforts in the last two years for their enrolment as voters and also participation in the voting process.
Madhya Pradesh

There are a total three PVTGs in the state namely Baiga, Bhariya and Sahariya. Out of a total population of 9,91,613 in 23 districts, 6,37,681 are eligible 18+ citizens and all are registered in the electoral rolls. In two phases of voting in the state, there was a lot of enthusiasm among the voters of Baiga and Bharia tribes who reached the polling station early in the morning, waited for their turn to vote and ensured their participation in the great festival of democracy.
Read the press release for similar stories from other states.

Looks like Shri Pappu Ghandy has finally decided to contest from Amethi (also) , (news link) and lots of twitter chatter.

WRT MH, I can see there is very less enthusiasm amongst my friends/family circle now that BJP has aligned with an NCP faction. Some of us would be forced to choose the clock symbol while at the same time deeply despising everything it stands for/stood for. I have now seen a single candidate campaigning in my neck of the woods, neither Ajit nor Kaka camp. Just some rickshaws with a recorded voice going on around loudspeakers. 5 days to go. Doesnt look very easy for NDA in Maharashtra.

I have watched and studied Indian elections for 35 years now. While a difference of 3 to 5 % points between initial (polling day evening) and final turnout figures was not abnormal, we used to get the final data within 24 hours.
What is unusual and worrying this time is
a) delay of 11 days (for phase 1 and 4 days for phase 2) in publishing the final figures, and
b) non-disclosure of the actual number of electorate and votes polled for each constituency and its segments. Percentages do not help in electoral audit.
Yes, this information is recorded in Form 17 for each booth and is available with the candidates agent, but ECI alone can and must give the aggregate data to eliminate any possibility of fudging or discrepancy between voted polled and votes counted.
The @ECISVEEP owes an explanation for this inordinate delay and the sudden change in reporting format. https://x.com/poonamjourno/s/poonamjour ... 2279563374

Sit down !
We never used to get final data in 1-2 days. Even in 2014, first phase elections happened on April 7th and we got the final data on April 17th.
In 2024, first phase took place on April 19 and you got the data on April 30. Nothing unusual about it.

Pretty Sad!

Peacefuls can align with anyone temporarily including SS/any party for their agenda and strategic reasons but Hindus can ditch even Modi based on some alliance ... pretty pathetic

A lot of people voted for Modi was not because of religion but because of the change he represented. In the past 10 years, he has done a lot of positive and transformational tasks. Even I am confused by the need to align with the likes of Ajit Pawar (NCP) and JDS. I hope that both these decisions dont bite back in MH and Karnataka respectively. One has to win but there have to be some basic rules you should follow. If they have to win at all costs, then what is the difference between them and others?

The difference between them and others is that BJP is for continuation of our civilization and dharma, others are not.

When you understand this simple fact you will always remember the main distinguishing factor between them and us. Also, please think why Muslims align with non BJP parties despite none of them doing anything substantial for improving their condition and on contrary even being directly or indirectly involved in riots targeting them.
