No aircraft on CAP will jettison External Fuel Tank, if Pakis trying to say debris are EFT, it only means the aircraft in question was spooked and hightailed it running away as fast as he can and that's when you drop your tank to go supersonic with tail on fire (afterburner).

IMHO we are still in process of properly arming our forces, to a level that is needed, for really shuting down Pakistan terror factories. It took about 7 months in 1971 before we got ready to redraw maps of South Asia.
