Great to see the hook coming out. Now what are the possibilities while testing this, i mean what could go wrong. So me the ace designer thinks Primary objective - try to test the arrested landing hook functionality Prerequisite - the aircraft shouldnt be affected adversely under any circumstance whi...

Re: Indian Navy News & Discussion - 03 July 2018

Good.At the current apeed of desi construction by DPSU yards, we will steadily lose the advantage we currently have.I am not advocating buying from Russia- other than what the Navy wants, the 4 almost completed FFGs.Don't put words into my mouth.I said we need a new class of corvettes and the GOI s...

This is a bad move by IAF, frankly no offence to their capabilities but production engineering and factory operations is not IAF's cup of team no matter how much they try to convince everyone. This reminds me of the hammer and nail thingie, IAF has only one solution put their man on top ... to do wh...

Saar pardon me but chips are not that expensive as you make out to be, it is 7-10 cents/sq.mm and most chips that support basic 4G are about 50-70 sq.mm. The BOM is generally pushed up by the LCD an indication of the break up can be found here for iphoneX https://technology.ihs.com/596781/iphone-x-c...

One thing that i dont understand is the big deal being made about the 463 cr. It is not as if we are buying it from outside. Consider this at today's dollar price it is 68 million, cost of a 404 and the radar is about 8-10million. The rest of the 58 million should theoretically stay within the count...

In one instance that i know TN lost an opportunity when it came to investing about 4000 cr last year, it would have created atleast 3000 extremely high paying jobs(avg 30L/annum) largely due to policy paralysis while amma was ailing and also due to too many procedural hurdles to make any headway for...
