As standard armament IN Kilo carries 5 Klub and Russian Kilo carry 8 Kalbir but that is standard for Syrian deployment they will likely carry more kalbir then torpedoes.

The only underpowered engine for fighter aircraft that iaf is keen to change are the Jags. The MLU upgrade for 2K 29 and likely mki won't see an engine change
