Requirements were similarly watered down for the basic trainer by the IAF. Seeing a pattern here.

Has anyone used the pic of Arihant heading out to sea to double check the length and consequently the displacement of the sub.

Has this question been asked/answered as to why there were 25 odd people on this boat? There are about 7 in one of the pics at that looks crowded for the boat this size.
