Went to couple of beach side villages in Alibagh/konkan region and few panchayats were collecting money from tourists to permit access to beaches. The paid beaches were miles ahead in cleanliness as compared to the "free" beaches. FWIW

The GST portal should have a payments portal linked in so that companies can make a payment against invoice raised on them directly. This will allow people to pay both the tax online and will allow data mining of all the companies that are using the tardiness/incompetence/sloth of the Indian Judicia...

I also suggest that the Government integrate a payments system (connected to all major banks) with the GST portal so that all invoices can be paid online by companies and tax directly collected. Will make life easier for all SMEs .
