Looks like during the past one week our active cases have shown declining trend. But we may stil overtake USA in TOTAL cases and TOTAL tests by the end of this month while our ACTIVE cases may be only 50% of the USA, which is good.

Today I was watching CDC Direector Dr Robert Redfield before the House committee. He actually said what will protect him is the mask and NOT the vaccine. It did not go well with our know all great leader Trump who said Dr Redfield did not understand the question and is all confused.

N95 mask to be effective must be tested EVERYTIME one puts it on for tightness of the seal. I think only healthcare workers need to weat them at their work place.

How are recoveries being tracked in India? I know when someone tests positive the lab reports to someone in the govt and the count goes up. But unless he has symptoms or admitted into hospital no one may be following him up. So if he 'recovers' at home, his number may not be counted in the recoverie...

Is ivermectin being prescribed in India as a treatment of COVID19? Both my nephews tested positive for COVID (they were in close proximity with my sis in law's husband who passed away) and they are prescribed Ivermectin. Both of them are young - 35-40. But I am worried.

About the Oxymeter, I am not sure what instrument was used. This was purchased in Nellore. I normally advise them to calibrate it by checking it on themselves. Two successive days of active cases dropping. Today they dropped by 3704. Recoveries (57937) exceed new cases (55109) by 2828. Deaths, unfortunately, 876 but showing downward trend.
