Pardon my ignorance, but I thought satellites, if they are launched at multiple orbits, would be launched at increasing altitudes. But per the report above, the highest altitude launch happens first and the 3rd orbit is the lowest one. Is this how it happens normally? P.S. Great to know the urgency...

Keep in mind pakistan army used to politize and use US drone strikes as means to recruit more militants for Afghanistan. Well known they pulled civilian bodies from funeral homes to show that US strikes killed them and display it to public to antagonize them (also caters the western liberal media)....
