Thakurji - webulls also claimed the same issue. Like I mentioned, it is systemic. Why would google remove 1000s of negative ratings? Systemic Google, Apple, and Yelp does this on a pretty routine basis when an App or an entity is raided by web users to diminish their rating as part of a phenomenon.
