one more thing about those Statistics, Pakistan average in 1965 would have been pulled down by more 55% Population in Bangladesh at that time. So its possible to have what the Statistics for West Pakistan alone at that time it would be nice.

I think the IAF is enetering into PBL contracts which sometimes is 5-10% of the aircratf cost, for 5 years it could make up 20-25% of the aircraft's cost.
