That was almost another wicket for Ashwin had a quicker fielder been there instead of Zaheer,

There are a few like Munaf. Harbhajan, as a fielder, did not attack the ball (in the 8th over) allowing Watson a single where none existed.

Munaf is a lost cause. His bowling lacks the bite as well. Some guys are there in the team riding on their good luck. Bhajji's looking more and more listless these days. At least big ticket games like these used to fire him up earlier. He seems to be getting insecure with ashwin emerging and getting to spend more time with MSD because of IPL  .

Munna has to take couple of quick wickets to compensate for his first over.

Good bowling change by Dhoni, removing Munna and inserting Yuvraj. Aus would have gone after poor Munna.

hat's off to ponting, whatever his off-field pakiness may be, you can't deny he is a big match player. turning it on at just the right moment.

Fielding has not been that bad, yes we could have hurried them couple of times. That Munna's catch was quick, we would have loved him if he had taken it. But things happen. We can't fault fielding so far.

Munaf comes and gives away boundaries, Indians never learn, against quality batsman on relatively flat wickets, Just line and length without pace will not win you matches.

The defensive psyhe which Indian coahes teach of just bowling line and length has to be done away with.

Too much cricket and IPL destroys the morale of bowlers too.

Dhoni should ask Munaf to bowl couple of balls as a spinner, see if that clicks. The maximum damage are 2 sixes onlee.

100 up in 21 itself.... going to be a long day in the field for TI.

Will the same "dead pitch" resemble a WACA-like pitch when the 3 genuine pacers in this match ( all are on Oz side, sadly) bowl under lights?

6 from here + late guaranteed late fireworks against our bowling attack defence gets them past 300, that's 50-60 runs too many on this track.

Shastri is saying 260-270 with Aussie bowling makes it tough for TI.

But don't worry, three quick wickets will turn everything in our favor onlee. India is going to thrash this Aussie team.
