At end of 38 over and 12 more to go, looks like gul will not bowl his full quota of 10 overs. The pitch is made to look very hard to score on specially with spinners operating. India need to score least 70 more runs in remaining overs.

MSD needs to stop leaning forward and nudging the ball. Use the feet boy.

Dhoni needs to pull a fast one here. Raina will do well to support him. Need to take PP around 42nd over, when they're still around.

PP only after scoring 240. We don't want to fold before that.

Boss, some of you BRFites are quite unreasonable. Here I am shivering and wondering if we will reach 250. And you guys want fast action paced innings aiming for 280, 300 ityadi. 6 runs per over and around 260 runs is quite ok, at this moment. Let us not get out by 230 or 240.

MSD, needs to get on to the backfoot and score singles, instead of the big groin stretch exercise he is doing now.

Starting to feel that even 260 something will be hard to get target for Pakis. What with the odd ball keeping low and creating enough doubts in mind of batsmen, a good fielding performance by TI can see us through.

Makhmal is playing more for TI than we are. Another dropped catch behind the stumps. I hope he performs admirably well for TI when he bats too.

Looks like I was right. Not happy though, but that stupid Dhoni has been so predictable. And even worse, he got Nehra in, Jai ho!

Marten: Send word to GG, via your kirkiting contacts "Don't throw your wicket". It sucks big time, when a set batsman throws the wicket, and the naked parade starts soon after. MSD could not concentrate, cuz, he kept asking "wtf did we drop Ashwin". Ashwin seems to be intelligent than Nehra.

MSD is a passenger in the team. him coming or going does not matter. politically blessed people are always safe...like non-performing ITvity managers.

we will be lucky to make 250.

What India did before this match was it did not trust its good bowlers - spinners, but trusted more the pitch and its bad fast bowlers. So instead of asking its good bowlers to step it up a little, it started to pray hard like BRFites. Come on, how did they read the pitch so wrong?

dont know why people keep so much emotional 'stake' in it.

win or lose is PAK going to be less of a craphole and problem ? No.

add to that a captain who cannot command a batting spot if we use fair yardsticks and doesnt make right choices. I hope the media now starts to dig its claws into MSD which is long overdue - lucky escapes being marketed as chankian moves in the past, riding on coat tails of SRT/RD/VVS....

Enough indicators that the pitch is not flat or easy to bat on. Odd bowls are keeping low and have seen turn and good amount of reverse swing on display. Zek would be handful..

This is the batting powerplay, get the shots in. No point pottering about. I disagree on the playing out 50 overs. We need the runs, get them or we sink.
