That single ball which got Yuvraj seems to have turned the tide of the match. A lot of late reverse swing. Somehow that put the Indian batsman on defensive. And Gawd's inability to get it going. There is something in the pitch. The question is whether TI bowlers can exploit the conditions.

@cricinfo
"What an earth is he doing?" screams Imran. "Has Hul just found out he has indian family lineage and wants play for india....Where is the yorkers gone!!?" Well, we all share the same lineage eventually.

Marten: Still on the subject of message, please send a message to TI. Ask Nehra to bowl slow, vary the pace and use his brains.

For some reason I believe Munaf is going to bowl very well, like Singha sahib says he is a Yoda, and this situation calls for some calm and collected bowling.

We have Zaheer and Bhaaji.....then .......then. Oh gawd save TI onlee.

the pressures on an indian kaptaan are very high i reckon
politics, money, bookies, hangers on... never mind the playing...

On seeing that ball repeatedly. Yuvi could have played the ball safe. No? I am thinking another wicket thrown away. Yorkers are yorkers, big deal. People play it all the time.

Umar gul has been hit because he is bowling length. Wahab was successful because he is pitching and asking the batsmen to drive..
There is something definitely in the pitch if the bowlers pitch it up to ask questions to the batsmen..

i think bhajji was done in by some psyops on the previous ball
but the good news is that ajmal has finished his overs
zak just needs to keep raina on strike and let umaramangalam do the rest

What the hell is Zaheer doing - got Raina at the other end and ZAK is trying to hit it out of the ground but keeps missing.

edit - leading edge for 4 - okay that will do.

So the launch phase boost of quick fire 38 from Sehwag will prove to be crucial and we are clear of 250 so one symbolic psychological wall we somehow managed to haul over.
