Pakistan Customs, Railways scrutinising export consignments to India
Reports in the Indian media of seizure of narcotics from trains carrying Pakistani exports from Wagah to India in the last three months have led to stricter scrutiny of export consignments by Pakistan Customs and Pakistan Railways.
According to the Indian media, in the first week of October, Indian customs authorities seized 105 kg of heroin from a Pakistani goods train carrying cement from Wagah to Amritsar. Media reports said that the wagon was sealed at the time it was inspected at Indian town of Attari and the broken seal was discovered in Amritsar. Accordingly, Indian officials accepted that the seal had been broken on the Indian side.

Pakistan unveils bullet-proof buses for cricketers in bid to end boycott
Lahori logic. Buses are to be blamed for lack for kirkit in paki lands not Lashkars & JaishsDetermined to end the boycott of their country by international teams, Pakistan's cricket authorities have announced plans to buy a fleet of armoured buses to protect visiting players against attacks. They will also build a new high-security stadium in the nation's capital.

SM Krishna recalls personal chemistry with Pakistani foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar
I think professional jealousy between this wig wearing senile clown and snake oil Singh led to the ouster of the mumbling portugese furrin minister. Pakistan To Start Monitoring All Emails, Phone Calls & 'Other Communications' With Foreigners
http://www.techdirt.com/articles/201210 ... ners.shtml
http://www.techdirt.com/articles/201210 ... ners.shtml
You may remember that, a year ago, Pakistan announced they were banning encryption online. Not that any such ban would likely to be effective, but it seems to fit in with the claim that the government has told PTCL, the Pakistani telco, that within 90 days it must monitor basically all communications that go across the Pakistani border:
All emails, telephone calls and other communications with the rest of the world will begin to be monitored within 90 days at a cost of million of dollars, according to a deadline given by the government to operators including PTCL.
The government has assigned PTCL and other operators to install monitoring equipment by the end of this year for checking voice and email communications from abroad and the services of the country’s spy agency will be used basically to check and curb blasphemous and obscene websites on the Internet.
Yeah, sure, just to "curb blasphemous and obscene websites." I'm sure all that monitoring won't be abused otherwise at all... right? Somehow, despite that earlier ban, I'm guessing that encryption technologies just became a lot more popular in Pakistan.

(Abbas Kassar) A Christian girl Rebbeca who was kidnapped from Sukkur in Sindh on October 2, 2012, was produced before the high court Sukkur circuit bench on 22 October on application of her father Younis Masih was handed over to her kidnapper husband by judge of Sindh High Court rejecting appeals by her lawyer to send her to Darul Aman.
In the court the girl did not speak a word because she appeared to have been so frightened and terrorized that she continued to mince her lips in helpless manner but did not utter a word. She was accompanied with Mian Aslam son of politically powerful Mian Mithoo the Member of National Assembly of ruling Pakistan Peoples Party PPP who has been accused of kidnapping non-Muslim girls, keeping them in her Haveli for few weeks and then managing their marriages with his servants or followers.Manzar Dahar a man who kidnapped her and later married her on force on behest of Pir Mian Mithoo also accompanied her and later took her to his home. Despite repeated requests by father of girl Younis Masih and his advocate Mukesh Kumar to send her to Darul Aman as according to them she was under intense pressure and fright but the judge Justice Naamatullah Phulpoto rejected their requests and allowed her to go with her kidnapper husband and adjourned the hearing to 2 November. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC have said that Pakistan Peoples Party PPP leaders are involved in kidnapping and enforcedly converting Christian and Hindu girls to Islam in interior Sindh.Nazir Bhatti said that if ruling PPP not expelled its Member of National Assembly from Ghotki named Mian Mithoo from his seat then Hindus and Christian from Sindh will launch move not support PPP in next general elections because MNA Mian Mithoo is protecting culprits who are kidnapping and enforcedly converting them to Islam and sells them to Muslim bidders.

Since the Durand Line agreement was between India and Afghanistan, India should simply announce that after the expiry of the 100 year old agreement in 1993, the ownership of FATA, NWFP etc. reverts back to Afghanistan.
Couple that with an independent Baluchistan, our Paki problem will be almost solved! ANd this is all within realm of possibilities.

Think outside-in (from the moment the international players fly in to the moment they leave). End to end security. Planes, terminals, buses, hotels, stadiums, viewers' seating arenas, paki players (including the ones without beards), tea carts, lunch rooms, toilets and reverse that order when they have to get back to the airport. All bullet and "paki-proof" security. G'runteed, as pakjabi would say.shiv wrote:Hmm wonder what the Islamic Republic will offer next?

Former Pak PM detained in Ajmer for travelling without papers
AJMER: Id celebrations turned sour for former Pakistan prime minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, as he was detained at Ajmer by India's intelligence bureau (IB) for travelling without essential documents like visa, on Saturday.
Hussain, who is also the Pakistan Muslim League's president, was detained for three hours at a hotel where he, along with the party's secretary-general S Syed Mushahid Hussain, had lodged. It was only when the Pakistan embassy in New Delhi emailed Hussain's papers around midday that the Indian authorities allowed him to move out of his room.
Meanwhile, both the countries' officials present at the hotel in Ajmer got engaged in heated talks. The Pakistani delegation protested that the Indian authorities were being too hard on a former prime minister. The Indian officials, however, justified their action.
"The IB department has certain requirements which are essential to be fulfilled and, therefore, the officials requested the Pak delegation for the travelling papers, which were later sent by the Pakistan embassy," said Sunita Danga, district protocol officer.
Chaudhry had come to Ajmer to offer a special prayer at the dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti on the occasion of Eid. He reached the city early on Saturday morning, attended the especial prayers and offered chadder and flowers at the dargah.
When Chaudhry and the accompanying Pak delegation returned to a five-star hotel around 9.45 am, the IB department approached him and requested for the visa and the permission to visit Ajmer. The former Pak prime minister was moving out of his room for breakfast then, but the IB officials asked him to wait until the papers were shown. The matter took an ugly turn when the Pakistan Embassy counselor Abrar Hussain objected saying the IB should not behave like this with the former prime minster of Pakistan.
The IB team led by inspector DD Sharma, however, insisted that the formalities were essential and without submitting the papers the delegation cannot move out of the hotel. "Soon allegations and counter-allegations were levelled and Abrar Hussain accused the Indian system," an official source said. Embassy counselor Abrar denied commenting anything officially but he expressed anger at the IB officials and said, "This is not the manner in which one behaves with a former prime minster." "We had the permission, the visa as well as the passport, but we left them in New Delhi as the visit was totally religious," another Pakistani official said.
The permission and visa along with the copy of a passport of the delegation was sent by e-mail and submitted to the IB officials around 12.05 pm and thereafter the Pak delegation was allowed to move out of the hotel.
Former Pakistan prime minster and Muslim League president Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said that the Kashmir issue should be resolved through bilateral relations. He said, "Both the countries should avoid the groups that are creating hurdles in resolving this issue."
Chaudhry visited Ajmer on Saturday to offer prayers at the dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. Talking to reporters on the occasion, he said Kashmir was not a 'grave' issue and could be settled once both the countries came to the table to resolve it. He agreed that there were some groups that did not want Pakistan's relations with India to improve and so both the governments should start avoiding them.
Chaudhry said Pakistan was worst hit by terrorism, especially after the Afghanistan war. "At present Pakistan is facing the consequences of terrorism, and to come out it, both India and Pakistan should come closer and fight against it," the former PM said. He said relations with India were the requirement of the time and efforts should be made to improve them.

Pakistan uses Terrorism as a foreign policy tool against India. India holding its fort safe all these days. When the terrorism starts consuming Pakistan itself, now they want to call it Indo-Pak problem and want India to solve it for the security of both nationsChaudhry said Pakistan was worst hit by terrorism, especially after the Afghanistan war. "At present Pakistan is facing the consequences of terrorism, and to come out it, both India and Pakistan should come closer and fight against it," the former PM said. He said relations with India were the requirement of the time and efforts should be made to improve them.

And our WKKs fall for this Lahori logic.
It is like the Jaitrayatra Kauravas conducted against Gandharva. When they were beaten red and blue, Pandavas were asked to save them from Gandharvas in the name of family honor

The moral of the story is, the asuric nature of Kauravas did not end there. Even this became a Krishna-Pandava conspiracy for Kauravas. Only an overt war and death of Kauravas brought long-term peace to Bharat.

1. Both Pakistan and Afghanistan should agree that the Durrand line is disputed and is part of the unfinished legacy of the British Empire
2. Both Pakistan and Afghanistan should demilitarize withdraw from Pashtunistan for a period of 10 years.
3. The area can be managed through shared policing and Joint adminstration
4. After 10 years a plebiscite should be held to determine if Pashtuns of Pashtunistan want to join Pakistan, Join Afghanistan or be independent.

I also have a similar position on an unrelated issue. The Kashmir problem is a dispute between India and Bangladesh. Bangladesh by virtue of its larger population is the true political successor to the Muslim state that was carved out of India.Dipanker wrote: Since the Durand Line agreement was between India and Afghanistan, India should simply announce that after the expiry of the 100 year old agreement in 1993, the ownership of FATA, NWFP etc. reverts back to Afghanistan.

I am guessing that these people don't move around in a foreign country with passport with good visa in their pocket like we common people do. They have to have a visa when entering via road at border or at airport when landing. They could not have used the Jihadi route (I am only guessing) by crossing the desert in 4X4s., punjab border is too mined to cross. Gujrat and/or Rajashtan is easier. How did he get into the country in the first place without a Visa? A few heads need to roll.
