Ok. This thread is beyond repair. Admins, please give the thread it's 72 and open a "China- Positive News" thread where Wong and his fellow posters can indulge in their onanistic fantasies.

True. Unlike Tibet. Free and democratic and they love China. And Uighurstan.wong wrote:^^^^
64% Taiwanese favor status quo. I'm hardly the minority. What Indians don't understand is Taiwan and China like each other much better than Kashmiri and Indians. Kashmir is basically one giant military base right now, etc.

Taiwan is a US concubine and can either oppose China nor the US. Small pipsqueak nation of little consequence.

Yeah, Sanctions must only work for you guys. The North Koreans are now what? 4 months behind Agni 5 with the 6,000km Galaxy-3 and nobody is sanctioned like those 20 million North Koreans.Sagar G wrote:wong wrote:And LCA has generous assistance from Dassault, GE and just about everybody else, yet you still consider it "indigenous". Don't you ?
India was put under arms embargo after the nuclear tests and all those "generous" assistance that you think we had vanished as well but still we have made a fighter jet which is pretty capable. This doesn't seem to be the case with your "indigenous" jet which had a continuous flow of assistance from western nations.

Wong beta , for decades you have worked hard as labourers in US building dams and roads. Being impressed by your robotic work , US moved its manufacturing to your land . Now , ever since you got few dollars to buy some food instead of eating your han brother , you have gone arrogant.wong wrote:Yeah, Sanctions must only work for you guys. You stole the stealth design from US and came up with some toys like junk 20 & junk 31. You stole designs from russians and started making junk 17 and 7 . Even you were given missile tech and nuclear tech from SU . Being the moron robots that you are , deprived of imagination and innovation , you copy the outer design and buy the engines , duplicate it and voila , you become some super duper junk power in some little pond called South China Sea.

As a Taiwanese you could also talk about 'successful' Paki (Female dog) missile test which broke up mid air.

India minister: we must accept China in our backyard
by Staff Writers
New Delhi (AFP) Dec 11, 2012
India's foreign minister has said New Delhi must accept China's growing presence in its own backyard as Beijing steps up its investments and diplomatic efforts in South Asia.
New Delhi has been wary of growing Chinese influence around the Indian Ocean, where Beijing has forged ties with Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, the Maldives and military-ruled Myanmar, often through funding and building infrastructure.
Speaking at a conference in the Indian capital on Monday, Salman Khurshid said: "We will have to accept the new reality of China's presence in many areas that we consider an exclusive playground for India and its friends.
"China for instance would give a right arm to be in the Indian Ocean as comfortably as India is placed in the Indian Ocean... this is an important critical factor for what we will see as the emerging Asian century," he said.
Khurshid, 59, was appointed foreign minister just over six weeks ago amid expectations that he would bring a fresh approach to a decades-old diplomatic strategy that has favoured caution over ambition.
The minister, whose speech was sent to AFP by the foreign ministry, said that India needed to develop its relationship with China into a meaningful partnership in the coming years.
"China is aggressive. China is a partner for us. China is a neighbour for us... the real creativity in India's foreign policy will come in being able to combine the strengths of China with the strengths of India," he said.
Relations between India and China, which have an unresolved border dispute, are often prickly and marked by mutual distrust, a legacy of a brief border war in 1962.
India's navy chief said last week that Beijing's growing maritime strength was a major cause for concern and New Delhi needed to adapt its strategy accordingly.
China, which put its first aircraft carrier into service in September, has been locked in a series of territorial disputes in the South China Sea and has warned India about investing there.
India signed a pact with Vietnam last year to expand oil exploration in the sea.

China has to deal with the fact IN, USN, JMSDF etc will operate in SCS and they can't do diddly squat about it. China is already shitting at the prospect of have 60% of USN in asia with nearly 1/3rd in asia pacific and now navy that is more competent than the low quality chinese navy showing up in their back yard has them turning yellow literally.

In simple terms China is toast if it tries any kind of adventurism in south China sea."China for instance would give a right arm to be in the Indian Ocean as comfortably as India is placed in the Indian Ocean... this is an important critical factor for what we will see as the emerging Asian century," he said.

They have thats why they are shitting in their pants. They have nothing remotely comparable to scorpene, akula, Brahmos or P-8's. The more they rant and scream the more you know you are doing something right. IN has been in SEA and SCS for the last 2 decades and the chutiya navy has not been able to do anything about it.

To Counter China's Military Build-Up, Taiwan Must Go Asymmetric
Over the weekend, photos and video surfaced of China's newly commissioned aircraft carrier, the Liaoning, conducting carrier aircraft operations for the first time. The development marked a major milestone in the rapid modernization of China’s armed forces.
Across the Taiwan Strait several weeks prior, however, another notable development occurred to less fanfare: Taiwan conducted tests of a new "carrier killer" anti-ship missile that many speculate was intended as a not so subtle signal to Beijing. The missile, according to multiple sources, was tested by the Chung Shan Institute of Science and Technology and is thought to be an advanced version of the Hsiung Feng III (HF-3) anti-ship missile. According to the Taipei Times, the missile "is reported to have a range of 250 miles and is capable of reaching Mach 3." Such a weapon would be difficult to defend against and poses a significant challenge to any potential foe if developed in sufficient numbers.

This is an old news item showing that there is no love lost between the mainlanders and the taiwanese despite what this 50 center wong may crap here.

I loved the Japanese response of scrambling 8 F-15s

But more interesting is what Xi is telling his military between the lines
http://idrw.org/?p=16583#more-16583
But more interesting is what Xi is telling his military between the lines

Sounds like he is hinting that the military should be a military. But the CPC is a nepotistic family concern, so why should the Chinese military be professional hain?"Bear in mind that it is the soul of the military to obey the command of the Party without compromise, it is the top priority for the military to be able to combat and win battles, and it is fundamental that the military consolidate itself through governing the troops lawfully and austerely, so as to reinforce its development featuring loyalty to the Party, modernization and standardization," Xi told officers above the division level of the garrison troops in Guangzhou.
Wearing an army-green Mao suit during his inspection, Xi boarded a PLA Navy destroyer, the Haikou, and had dinner with sailors on the warship. He also examined an armored vehicle and observed a military drill.
Xi urged PLA officers and soldiers to maintain their loyalty to the CPC by studying and implementing the spirit of the CPC's 18th National Congress.
....
Xi urged the PLA to uphold the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, take Deng Xiaoping Theory, the "Three Represents" and the Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide, deeply implement the main theme and guideline on the development of national defense and the Army, and seriously implement the strategic arrangements on national defense made by the CPC's 18th National Congress.
He showed his firm belief that on the way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the heroic PLA must carry forward the cause and forge ahead into the future and effectively implement the historic mission.
Re: China Military Watch - Jan 11, 2011
That is all fine. The problem is that RoC, or more specifically the KMT, does not recognize the CPC rule over the mainland, just as the CPC does not recognize RoC rule over Taiwan.Selamat Pagi wrote:The relationship between PRC and ROC is based on the “1992 Consensus” which is recognized by both sides. 1992 Consensus states that there is only one China and Taiwan is part of China.
Both KMT/RoC people and CPC/PRC agree that there is only one China and Taiwan is part of it.
Neither agree on who is the rightful ruler of the combined entity

This is like Pakistan and India agreeing that the two are one nation; Pakistan says 'yes yes! Under Mughal Islamic rule!' while India dismisses them and says they are part of greater India.
It doesn't matter if RoC/KMT and PRC agree that they are one country. KMT has no intention of being subsumed by CPC, nor vice versa. They fought a civil war between them and are nowhere close to burying that hatchet.
India should support Pan Green (Taiwan independence oriented party) more than Pan Blue (KMT who believes in a unified republic of China).
I'm not sure what's special about Ma Ying Jeou's shirt. It says Republic of China. Xi Jinpeng's shirt will say People's Republic of China. That's like Asif Ali Zardari running around wearing a shirt reading 'Islamic Republic of India'.

Re: China Military Watch - Jan 11, 2011
Actually you are helping. Everyone was taking the photoshop and cheap plastic too seriously until you and others "turned the corner" and started reacting to criticism in the only way you understand - by being critical of India. Things will never be the same again on BRF and thousands of lurkers who come and read what happens here will learn from the way you and other China fanboys are now reacting to criticism and will start looking more closely at the news items, videos and photoshops that are being diarrhoead all over the internet.Don wrote: Lol, same reason I come here pure entertainment. : )
Xi Jinping is telling his army to be loyal to the Communist Party and lecturing them that their job is to win local wars. (Didn't they know?) He is asking them to read carefully into what the 18th party congress said. Why would a new leader do that? The reason is that the Chinese armed forces are not all loyal to the CPC and have become accustomed to certain freedoms and luxuries. This sets up an interesting dynamic. If the armed forces are not totally loyal to the CPC and the CPC leads a military misadventure where the Chinese armed forced get kicked - then they will turn on the CPC. Xi Jinping's other statement is interesting: "it is the soul of the military to obey the command of the Party without compromise". This is always a useful request when armed forces are being used for internal security duties.
So yes thanks. You people have been useful and we can make use of you yet. Keep having fun. Your fun helps to teach others about you. I sincerely believe that the few people on BRF who actually believe that a serious military discussion about China is possible are mistaken because the Chinese military is a sort of patriotic showpiece that must not appear weak. "Appearing weak" is so bad that every effort is made to give the appearance of strength and when others react to that with awe and respect - it feeds the CPC/China Mil's image maintaining exercise. It helps internally in China if others are in awe of the Chinese military. When others laugh - it hurts and causes anger, and with no real response, drones rely on mockery (of India in the case of BRF) and weak excuses like the one you have given.
Interesting to pisk le Chinoise as they would say in France if they really knew French.

If you open your mouth, you are telling us something about yourself. Thanks again.

Well Chinese Navy is growing at a faster pace.
Keep your friends close and enemies even closer. Chinese are closer to us that any of our friends. We should respect and dont give a damn to what some taiwanese or Indonesian muslim says about them. Sooner or later Wongs dong would be taken over by China and he would be loving every moment of his remaining life before it drains out.
Within only a month, the development of China's aircraft carrier experienced the official delivery of the "Liaoning Ship" to the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) and the successful taking-off and landing training of the carrier-borne J-15 fighter nicknamed "Flying Shark" on the deck of the aircraft carrier
Actually, various fleets under the PLA Navy had begun mission-oriented drills before the commissioning of the "Liaoning Ship". Especially in recent years, the lineup and formation, communication and command and combined tactics of large surface ship taskforce have become the basic components of open-sea training of the PLA Navy.
A joint taskforce under the North China Sea Fleet of the PLA Navy consisting of seven warships, including the "Harbin" and "Shijiazhuang" guided missile destroyers, also carried out coordinated training among multiple arms in the waters of the West Pacific Ocean in early October. Obviously, with the official delivery of the aircraft carrier "Liaoning Ship", the PLA Navy will timely carry out joint taskforce drill between the "Liaoning Ship" and other surface ships.
Based on the existing PLA naval ships, the "Liaoning Ship" has been able to be built into a formation focusing on control of the air and the sea in accordance with task requirements.
Judging from the warships' performances and experience, most of the main active warships of the three major fleets under the PLA Navy can be incorporated into the aircraft carrier formation, such as the guided missile destroyers "Lanzhou" (170 warship) and "Haikou" (171 warship), nicknamed the "China's aegis" of the South China Sea Fleet. All the comprehensive supply ships in various fleets, such as the "Hongze Lake" comprehensive supply ship (881 warship), can undertake the open-sea comprehensive supply for the aircraft carrier formation.
With the increasingly accelerated modernization of the PLA naval ships, the future aircraft carrier formation will be composed of China's latest-type surface ships and new-type nuclear attack submarines. Large amphibious warfare ships and open-sea comprehensive supply ships will also be included in the formation.
Undoubtedly, combat effectiveness is the unique yardstick, whether the future aircraft carrier formation is based on the active warships or on new-type information-based warships. The PLA Navy has just taken its first step in building the aircraft carrier formation, and it will need at least five to ten years before the aircraft carrier formation has the real combat effectiveness and comprehensive attack-and-defense capabilities in coastal waters and open-sea.
