Terrorist Islamic Republic of Pakistan - Dec 25, 2012
Re: Terrorist Islamic Republic of Pakistan - Dec 25, 2012
DocJi, I would not deny US appeasing TSP. But there is a fundamental difference between India's shameful Aman Ki Tamasha type response despite TSP's barbarity against India, and US's strategic reasons for bribing and propping up TSP. Aditya_VJi is right on the money.
DipankarJi, I did not say India should give a f%^k about NYT. What I said was that NYT, on issues of foreign policy, is mouthpiece of the US govt, and that they are silent means something is cooking. They have some toothless equal equal editorial today. Look it up. Not worth posting.
I am still waiting for R-man to show up and give us some insider tit bits

The empire farts back. Shift Women’s World Cup to SA
With the BCCI being skeptical about hosting the Women’s World Cup in Mumbai due to simmering tension on the Indo-Pak border, Pakistan Cricket Board chief, Zaka Ashraf, on Wednesday suggested that the quadrennial extravaganza be shifted to South Africa
Women’s World Cup is an ICC event and if the security is not good enough in India, then the world governing body should consider shifting it to a neutral venue like South Africa or somewhere
Ashraf, however, said that he was open to the idea of Pakistan’s matches being held in cities other than Mumbai where the state is willing to give security
So why the double talk? No other nation has complained. Confused as ever, the morons in Pee, See and Be don't realize that SA is a whole continent (and many $$$) away for their momeens to travel and watch those matches. Talk about being perennially short-sighted.Definitely, Women’s World Cup cannot take place without Pakistan![]()

Ball is now in Pakistan's court
Ajai Sahni, executive director, Institute of Conflict Management, said India cannot keep reacting to incidents and there had to be a strategic response to Pakistan's "continuous malfeasance."
Sahni said the prime minister's "no business as usual" response was "posturing", and that he had talked thus against the neighbouring country even after the 2611 Mumbai attacks.
He said Pakistan's policy was oriented towards brinkmanship.
"The Indian state has no capacity to respond effectively against Pakistan (brinkmanship)... India's policy pendulum moves between talks and no talks," he said.
"You have to inflict costs on Pakistan. Cut them off. Inflict economic and diplomatic costs... cut off people-to-people relations. Let them stew for a while. They must want something from us," he said.
Former high commissioner to Pakistan G. Parthasarthy said the government had created an "illusion of the relationship moving forward".
Referring to the visit of Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik to India last month, he said no tangible gains were made.
"What did it achieve," he asked, referring to comments that the Pakistan minister made about to the 2611 attacks in Mumbai and the demolition of the Babri mosque.
Parthasarthy added that there had been no let-up in cross-border infiltration attempts from the Pakistani side.

The TSPA is the front organization of Islamist jihad. It controls all the Islamist terrorist organizations overtly or covertly. It provides the training and the methods to these organizatioins.

Goras have this age-old strategy followed after every major incident against India. It is projected that the sky is going to fall if India does anything against Pakistan despite repeated provocations and butchery of Indians by Pakistanis. The Goras are protecting their asset against an Indian retaliation while at the same time empowering Pakistan to do more and more damage to Indians. It's actually standard Pak logic. If their momeens can't travel to watch the matches, they want to make sure that Indian fans can't either.anupmisra wrote:The empire farts back. Shift Women’s World Cup to SA

The paki govt GUBOed to the qadri buffoon and agreed to several demands.
Among them it agreed to dissolve national assemblies before their term, vet candidates standing for elections and withdraw all cases against the participants of the long march.
There is more to this than meets the eye. It was already three days, it was starting to rain, the participants were weary and the march had no large scale political support.
Then why GUBO? The paki govt could have stood fast.

Tahawwur Rana has been given 14 years. He has been cleared of involvement in 26/11. The charges convicted were providing support to LeT and plotting to attack Denmark.
Re: Terrorist Islamic Republic of Pakistan - Dec 25, 2012
That leads me to suspicion that 26/11 was a joint operation by US and Pak. Afterall it was planned by a so called double agent Hadley who was run by his American handlers. US never leave sight of their agents in the field. So they must have been in the know and tacitly given green signal. The question is why?

Nine UK based men with muslim names alleged to have raped six girls, inc. 12y old and 14y old
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-21033966Mr Lucas said that on one occasion Mohammed Karrar heated a hair pin with a lighter and branded the girl with the letter M on her buttock to show she belonged to him.
"If she had the courage to resist, he beat her. He branded her to make her his property and to ensure others knew it."
The court heard Mr Karrar would charge men between £400 and £600 to use the girl.
Another 14-year-old girl was burned with a lighter and threatened if she refused to have sex with men, the court heard.
The court has previously heard the group of men deliberately targeted vulnerable young girls with troubled upbringings which made it less likely anyone would be looking out for them.
The defendants are:
Kamar Jamil, 27, of Aldwych Road, Oxford
Akhtar Dogar, 32, of Tawney Street, Oxford; and his brother Anjum Dogar, 30, of Tawney Street, Oxford
Assad Hussain, 32, of Ashurst Way, Oxford

Quick question.
Why do we say that pakistan has 3.5 friends? Exactly who are they?
I thought:
1. Massa
2. Al arabia
3. Queendom
4. Lizzarrd
5. Love in tokyo
Who are the 3 and who is 0.5? Shouldn't it be 4.5 or 5?

Strange. First I thought the ticket is photoshopped. The record locator does bring up a reservation but with different meal types. All meals are fruit platter. There are only two passengers. One ticket for mr qadri and the other for mrs qadri. SOme qadri is travelling on that day.
Re: Terrorist Islamic Republic of Pakistan - Dec 25, 2012
On second thoughts, are we breaching any law by publishing the ticket particulars?

Some power has let loose a bunch of journalists who desperately want to emphasize interdependence of India and NaPak. These journalists are pulling out silly arguments from their musharraf.
How much can the beggers across the border affect India's massive medicine machinery? Miniscule, I say.
For example: Narayan Hrudayalya has some 30-40 ORs (I forget the exact number). They do more cardiac surgeries than the whole southeast asia combined! And the south east asian countries claim that they are a high volume medical tourism center!
Needless to say I have seen several Pakistanis in a few of our major city hospitals admitted for surgeries which are now routine in India, but the don't have in Pakistan. Those pakistanis have no other option, they can and will only come to India, period.

Scared Pakistani doctors in Hyderabad want to return
HYDERABAD: Rattled by threats from BJP's youth wing, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, a tense Lahore businessman Javed Iqbal and many of his compatriots here are packing their bags to leave Hyderabad's biggest fair, 'Numaish'. BJYM threats followed mounting tension between India and Pakistan after ceasefire violations during which one Indian soldier was beheaded and another shot last week.
"We are leaving Hyderabad because of security concerns," said Iqbal, who heads Lahore-based Paras Industries, manufacturers of garments and footwear. The protests have left Iqbal and 10 others at Numaish fair shaken, and they have decided to leave the city on Friday. The organizers said they could not guarantee their safety, prompting them to leave, sources said.
Most of the 150 doctors from across the border, here for a conference, too, are now worried about their safety.
...."It's all very unfortunate but we want to tell Indians that the common man is nowhere involved in the trouble," said Dr Syed Imtiaz Ali at the 28th Asia-Pacific Academy of Opthalmology Conference that began in Hyderabad on Thursday.
Ali, who is part of a 150 Pakistani delegation, said they were watching news channels during breaks to track the latest development on tensions between the two nations.
"There's a lot of uncertainty. The way news channels are reporting the issue, we thought war could break out any day," said Dr Mian Khalid Rashid, also an opthalmologist. Some of the doctors are here with their families.
....
According to the city police, 635 Pakistan nationals arrived in Hyderabad on different visas last year. Among them, 580 Pakistani nationals have left Hyderabad on various dates and at least 55 of them have stayed over.

Healing, Feeding The Snakes By Stupidiodts
LAHORE (ASHRAF JAVED ) – The Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) is all set to join hands with Indian TATA Group and Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL) for technology transfers to conduct open-cast mining of Thar Coal, it was reliably learnt on Thursday.
Highly-placed sources in the federal government disclosed to TheNation that Arvind Saxena, who is working at the Indian High Commission in Islamabad as the Economic and Commercial Counsellor, has been facilitating Indian based companies for striking business deals between Pakistan’s SECMC and Indian companies TATA and BHEL.The management of SECMC has also confirmed the development to this reporter stating that it was already in consultation with the Indian companies TATA-Power and Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited for technology transfers to conduct open cast mining of the Thar Coal project.Sources further revealed that Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company, a subsidiary of Engro Group, had been engaged in feasibility study of the coal mining for the last three years in Thar. The company requires three billion dollars for mining and construction of 1200-MW power project for generation of electricity from the coal mines.Of late, Shamsuddin Sheikh, CEO (SECMC) was also deliberating with Indians to sell Pakistani coal to India for their projects in Gujrat and Naveli Tamil Nadu.

I thought TATA had a tiny nationalistic bone in it, but guess I was wrong. BHEL is not surprising since our babudom is compromised.
Technology transfer step seems incredulous. Its almost certain that this technology that was transferred will be used against India in case of a war against Jeehardies. Almost like giving a mad man with an empty gun a bullet so that he can shoot you.
EDIT: To think about it, this is like giving a mad man the technology to make a bullet, so that he can make many and shoot you in the a$$ as and when he desires. Jai Ho!
