pleasantly surprised when many of my friends having NaMo as PM etc stuff in their pages and actively promoting it.
some have gone ballistic against Ra Ga and his team, mom etc.
They all want NaMo and BJP to govern the country.
yes this includes all sections of the society- caste relgion etc everything included.
Hope against hope this percolates to all parts of India including rural areas.
(1) Nitish keeps opening his mouth whenever given a chance abot Modi. Modi keeps his mouth shut about Nitish
(2) Nitish talks about being "secular". Modi talks about being "Indian".
(3) Nitish still keeps sending his Muslims to Surat and Modi keeps welcoming them.
(4) Nitish goes to Pakistan Modi goes to China, Japan, Krorea and EU amabasador lunches.
(5) Nitish goes to Delhi with begging bowl for special status. Modi goes Delhi teacha them a lesson or two.
(6) Both gets about same percentage of Muslim votes in their states but Nitish needs to pamper them. Modi gets them to
vote from the heart.
(7) Nitish has to brag about his progress. Independnet evaluators certify Modi.

The sources said the only point of interest today was if Sushma Swaraj, considered to be Advani’s most ardent loyalist, would be around. But not only did Sushma sit through the three-hour long session, she was among the first to arrive.

"During Modi's recent visits it was conveyed to us that we should make an attempt to reach an alliance and should be even willing to forego 3-4 BJP seats to the alliance partners," this person said. All requested anonymity because they were not authorised to speak as it was a sensitive issue. BJP's leader of opposition in the Maharashtra assembly Eknath Khadse had in an earlier interview told ET that the Sena-BJP alliance lost at least 41 seats in the 2009 assembly elections to MNS cannibalising the anti-Congress votes all over the state.

Re: Narendra Modi vs the Dynasty: Contrasting Ideas of India
The one big problem I see from the BJP side is "preparing to win the elections". The wily Congress has already made several moves on this front. They know that, at the end of the day, that's what counts.
Modi-mania has reached a lot of people. Well & good. Urban & rural people know about the disgraceful performance of the UPA. Well & good, again.
However, I see that a lot of battles in the social media are being fought on countering propaganda against Modi, exposing UPA, dissing secularism etc. While all these are important and have been missing forever, these are all yesterday's battles. Or at least, these battles can be held in abeyance until after the elections. The focus for right-wing thinkers, BJP & its well wishers should be on "How to get to 270+?" "What alliances have to happen?".
I dont see enough of that. The elections are round the corner & BJP is still thinking about nominating Modi as PM candidate in September - WTF?? They are doing now what should have been done a year ago. The most dreadful scenario is a fractured mandate, which is exactly what the Congress wants

Re: Narendra Modi vs the Dynasty: Contrasting Ideas of India
^^Prem kumar,
much as we might like to jump to conclusions based on publicly available info, what stands to reason is that:
(1) INC is intensely monitoring BJP's moves esp on the allies front
=> (2) Any prematurely leaked moves about possible alliances might mean INC will move (with CBI in tow) to scuttle it using means more foul than fair ... recall choutala's jailing after he attended NM's swearing in ceremony? No wonder JJ, Naveen, CBN, YSJ, BSY etc are all cautious only.
=> (3) Better BJP do its HW, make its moves behind closed doors, seal deals and not disclose. Ensures plausible deniability, FUD potential in the opposition camp etc.
=> (4) Come poll time, seat-adjustments rather than outright alliances may win the day. Who knows, eh?
Just thinking aloud only. Not claiming any inside info, not even paanwala variety. ...

Re: Narendra Modi vs the Dynasty: Contrasting Ideas of India
The risk with BJP not playing its cards is that the aam-aadmi, though enamored of Modi, needs to pick a candidate in his/her state to vote for. How does the aam-aadmi know who is with Modi and who is against???
Individual details may vary, but the overall gameplan for 2014 is as follows, IMO: Congress will benefit from post-poll alliances (because their name is tarnished). BJP will benefit from publicly announcing pre-poll alliances (so that aam-aadmi knows which direction points towards Modi)
There is the CBI risk, as you state. But its a small price to pay, compared to the benefits. And chances are, the Congress is actively approaching ALL the key parties with both carrots & sticks anyway.
Any FUD on who's with whom will *only* benefit the Congress, not BJP. In fact, something along those lines is what they might be hoping for in coastal Andhra with Jagan

Re: Narendra Modi vs the Dynasty: Contrasting Ideas of India
How Modi won the BJP primaries in American fashion
The BJP is unique among Indian parties for one simple reason and that reason is not Hindutva: it is the only party outside the shadowy Communists parties which is not run by one person or one family. Other parties don’t have to declare their PM or even CM nominees because that’s preordained. Everyone knows it’s the boss. (Check if BSP or Shiv Sena or AIADMK or Trinamool workers have any doubts about who their CM nominee would be). The BJP’s internal heartburn in recent months over Modi’s candidature is directly related to the fact that it is different. The party leadership is not an inherited heirloom or private property.

We should do mass propagation of more such phrases or statements about RG. They spread like wild fire in people's minds.Prem Kumar wrote:Wow Raja Saab - that is one awesome punch dialog!!Raja Bose wrote:Comparing Pappu to this man is like comparing gutter water with the finest of wines:
Remember Rajanikant or Sir Jadeja related "facts". They are so hilarious and powerful means of communication that people just love it. That will really help to stereotype the pappu image of RG. Also, every time Rahul Gandhi name should be fully spelled rather just RG so all search engines, and Gandhi image sticks. Unrealtime.com etc are doing great service at that.
No amount of money from Sanjay Jha / MNAREGA will be able to counter this powerful means of sarcastic mass propogation.
Few gems I heard recently:
- What's similarity between Indian intelligence agencies (no offence really) and Rahul Gandhi -> They both lack intelligence
- How will Rahul Gandhi congratulate Indian Cricket team for winning world cub -> Heartiest congratulations for Indian Football team
- This gem can be applied to anything -> Let me ask the question to you !
etc etc
I hope someone in NaMo team is taking this and spread like viral in India...
Re: Narendra Modi vs the Dynasty: Contrasting Ideas of India
I also observe this on FirstPost.com etc. There has been sudden surge of anti-modi comments which apparently look like eNREGA force in disguise as common people. Let's see who wins - people on payroll or people with motivation.M Joshi wrote:Suddenly from today there's a sharp change in tone of the comments in the news articles on NaMo in Undie TV & TOI. Maybe Cong did multiply its eNREGA force after all.
Any ideas on this forum to counter this venom ? Can we have some ready made copy paste message so we anyone can just post in 1-2 minutes and get back to work ?

Word of mouth publicity is the only way. You tell 3 friends and insist they tell 3 more. Its like jugad which seems like the only way forward. Besides the important issue is not just being a supporter. It should translate into a vote. Here is where more work needs to be done.NikhilB wrote:I also observe this on FirstPost.com etc. There has been sudden surge of anti-modi comments which apparently look like eNREGA force in disguise as common people. Re: Narendra Modi vs the Dynasty: Contrasting Ideas of India
One is BT model. Perhaps this is the most successful model of commie elimination from a particular region. Saffron parties should compete and hit them where it hurts most - The trade unions. What really eliminated CPI and CPM from MH was Kaamgaar-Sena of Shivsena. This coupled with Dattopant Thengdi's Bhaartiya Mazdoor Sangh (not as popular as Kamgar sena, though) was the real death knell for commies in MH. Student unions are present (ABVP, ABVS - latter sena's student union wing).Hari Seldon wrote:Atri garu,
Wanted your thoughts on how the commies can be defeated and shown the light (the color of fire is saffron after all) in WB and kerala where, for once, caste has zero sway only.
Times are changing. In Kerala as private sector blossoms, the commies will have to be tackled differently. The traditional shakha-model of RSS starting from Northern Kerala with a strong base in Thiruvananthapuram is a good strategy. They are already following that. The BT model can be implemented in WB. They should not compete with did on state level and let her do her job. Eventually she will turn saffron (she will have to). In case there is a saffron presence in WB, this will facilitate her transition. I would start from urban region like Kolkata and encourage saffron trade-union. Even if it is parochial union like earlier Sena, no worries. couple that with identifying the regions and gram panchayats where Hindus are threatened, yet majority and can vote en block. Many such villages exist in Murshidabad district and 24 Pargana district. start from Gram-Panchayat level there. make the presence felt in communal riot.
One can study the 1927 riot of Nagpur and how RSS spread outside Nagpur due to their prompt action. As devaguru has said, be there for Hindus.. let hindus know that you aren't a fleeting phenomenon and that you are there to stay and mean business. the tide will turn in your favor in spite of all odds.

So the gaddha (Rahul) thinks his troupe of hyenas isn't tackling the sher (Modi) intelligently enough. And, to rectify this situation, the gaddha wants to control and "intelligently" direct the hyenas' attack? Way to go, gaddha saab.Sushupti wrote:Wary of Modi social media reach, Rahul bans Congress leaders from remarks without clearance

Edit: If I had any artistic talent, I'd make a fantastic cartoon with this imagery. Maybe I'll take a shot at it anyways.

Add, AGP, Upendra Khushwaha also. This is the stuff that matters, rest all is noise and nothing more. If BJP, SS, RPI fight together and MNS is covertly part of the alliance, then that is the end of Congress in Maharashtra. Even these paid polls, predict approx 29-30 seats for bjp, ss and RPI. They give about 2 seats for MNS. That is if MNS is not part of the alliance. But if as per this news, modi can get him into a seat sharing deal, then I expect at least 40 seats.Hari Seldon wrote:^^ Hope he makes the moves (behind scenes if necessary) on KJP, Babulal M and INLD as well.
