well for chanakya of the current gen needs to think about not facing the pawns and soldiers rather focus on getting ahead with moves to make his pawns and soldiers become queens in a checker game, while his horses and rooks takes care of the idiot brigades. networking can help.. honest leadership vs banana leadership differenciation must be felt in the network.

throwing them out of the country, will not break the network.. instead, the network must be made to disintegrate right in front of the banana leaders... banana peels will help them fall on their own feet. keep a penchant focus on degrading their network.

to do that, have a stronger network on modi side, where people can see vivid transformations, honesty and real values. stronger legislations and laws, and faster implemention is all that matters. removal of corruption setup itself will cover 1/2 the evil out of the network.

In an age of video-conferencing and google+ hangouting, nationalist folks in leadership positions should minimize foreign travel, even to 'friendly' democratic western countries, IMVHO. Just a precaution till LS 2014 plays out. I know, I might sound paranoid and all but hey, even the paranoid have enemies and right now, better paranoid and prudent than played and preyed-upon.

OFBJP address. For the first time he is talking about the vested interests that want to keep INC in power. Blunt statement.

There are still few good people in congee party like Mahendra Karma. If they are joining bjp. So be it. Regular party workers need not be sacrificed for them, but inability is a very important criteria. That also should be balanced.

Granny's story retold

Tavleen in IE rips apart Pappu's IG-esque pretensions. And how. The omnipresent deference shown to the dynasty is taking knock after knock in recent times. Sample this:
That this mission to rid India of poverty failed is something her grandson has noticed. But what appears to have escaped him is that the reason why there is still hideous, grim, shameful poverty in India is because of bad economic policies. Not for reasons of 'sickness', as he said in his speech. Although he should ask himself why public healthcare is so sick in India that the poorest Indians are forced to use private services. That is only one of the questions that Rahul has not asked.

He should ask himself why after more than 50 years of rule by one member or other of his family, India remains so poor that his Mummy believes 70 per cent of the population needs the legal right to cheap food grain. He should ask himself why after 10 years of rule by his Mummy, the poor remain as poor as they ever were despite her having bestowed upon them the right to jobs, education, land and food. If he asks himself these questions he may begin to see that the economic policies followed by his family and forced upon the Congress party have failed miserably.

His confusion about these things is so serious that in his speech he blamed everything on "them". 'They stopped Parliament', 'they tried to stop us from giving you food security', 'they tried to say there was not enough money to guarantee jobs in rural India', 'they stopped us from giving you panchayati raj'. What he did not ask himself at any point, certainly what his speechwriters did not ask, is how "they" could be blamed for so many bad things when "they" had happily helped pass every regressive, deleterious, dangerous new economic policy proposed by his mother's government in the past decade.
Like I said, scathing only.

Fun read folks, much recommended.

Bji, The entire establishment is based on obeying the elected representatives. Once NaMo is elected in Lok Sabha as the PM the system will line up behind him. The important thing is to not be fooled an weed out the DIEnasty plants. During the Morarji Desai govt, many of the DIEnasty acolytes claimed they were following orders and stayed on to do later damage. Eg Navin Chawla.

Someone asked how can MSY be the HM?

If Pawar pulls a fast one and becomes the UPA alternate.
Not really. As far as I have "known" them, they have onlee been allowed to rise because of tons of compromising info on them. A lot of these info has been mandatorily shared with the dynastic managers [the managers keep changing though and serve as an additional layer of obfuscation and deniability - no one stays there for long, and the loyal ones are still rotated out of direct management and rewarded with plum but distant postings] -from JLN times, who is reputed to have ordered to have "sensitive" files sent to him directly first without going through normal recording channels and as is typical many files under his watch are missing. No wonder that many files go missing from the various departments.

These guys will be bound to dynastic interests out of sheer fear even if NaMo comes in.

Although not fullproof, a partial counter to this is to build up parallel matching setups of one's own and transport them into official setup when in formal power. This will be resisted tooth and nail by existing incumbents. Also some among NaMo's own would succumb to temptation - so he should rotate people around. There will surely be a few plants and moles around him, and I guess he knows how to use them pretending he doesn't know about them.

The apparatus of state power in India has been made dependent on the apparatus of personal power. If NaMo can reverse that - either by copying the same method, or creating parallel structures of state power - then he will have time to change things. This is a rather twisted and dark zone. So I would rather wait to see him first being anointed and then speculate.

Yes, sir, I don't disagree with what you say. What you say will apply once NaMo comes to power - if he ever does. I was thinking of a strategy to disintegrate the kangrez right now, so NaMo's coming to power becomes a near-certainty. Just my impatient Yindoo brain, is all.

Anyway, Cong MP's joining (or looking to join) the BJP seems promising. This is what I was harping on, with my question about whether all Cong candidates were anti-India by default. Hopefully not, and there's some room for poaching by the BJP.

So all the US plans to slice and dice TSP to Afghanistan are not acceptable to India.

It is scary because the path for him to top is ridden with extreme difficulties and one of them is threats. Threats are not just life but several other types that will even hit India in a destabilizing way.

Examples are an article in a Brit news paper that tell dynasty will be okay to a dismembered India for the purpose of power and then the attack on VKS. The speed and seriousness of such attacks will only grow as we reach the D-day.

Telangana and AP issues is being taken very lightly by many because it is far away from the vision. however, it is the symptom of the things that are being planned.

Did we have bleeding hearts at BRF when Bihar, MP and and UP split to give Jharkhand, Chattisgarh and Uttarakhand. I wasn't there in BRF then.

residents of United States were apprehensive but nevertheless they accepted it and there was no violence.

In fact opposition to Telangana in violent manner does surprise many of us, at least me. Non Telangana area residents seem to have a sense of entitlement over Telangana area and resources. What I know for sure is that many of the AP politicians , mostly from Non Telangana areas, are one of the most corrupt politicians in the Country. During UPA Rule they had almost free run in corruption. CBN is no stranger to this nor VN. And that is one of the reason why Telangana residents feel deprived. I am sure if residents from Non telagana areas accept it whole-heartedly and work together to build better Semaandhra and Telangana ,the nefarious designs of destructive forces would surely fail.

Like Bihar and UK and Chattisgarh are doing far better than in Un-divided states, Telangana and Semaandhra would do well. United, you have not been able to get rid of Congis, with division that might be possible. It was big chunk of AP MPs who kept Congress back in UPA -II.

A long time ago (23 Aug 2011, during the massive Jan Lokpal Bill agitations) I had posted the following on the origins of the Kejriwal circus.

http://forums.bharat-rakshak.com/viewto ... 3#p1152333

Read it again, and see if everything we are observing now makes sense.
What I think happened is something like this.

A little background. As of 2004, we're seeing the stabilization of a political phenomenon that has only rarely (if ever) existed before in Indian parliamentary democracy... and that too, for very brief and unstable stints in the past.

We're seeing the source of all political authority, permanently and stably, sitting outside the elected office of PM. Sonia Gandhi... all power, no accountability.

And, we're seeing a completely bankrupt, depleted political chief executive sitting in the elected office of PM: MMS, a functionary of Sonia Gandhi. No power, all accountability.

As I said, India has seen this before. For example, when the Chandra Shekhar govt. circa 1990 depended on Congress (I) external support to survive, and Congress dictated policy terms. But that was clearly unstable and impermanent. It could not last, and it did not last.

This (Sonia-MMS dichotomy) is the first time in Indian history that such an equation has been deliberately and artificially stabilized... accepted as the status quo... and engineered to last for as long as Sonia Gandhi requires.

Such a situation eventually will lead to a loss of faith in the entire system of parliamentary democracy. The anger may be actuated and aggravated by various issues... corruption, black money, scams, price rise, whatever. But underlying everything is an instinctive sense that the system is just not working anymore. That is the mood of the middle class in India today. That is why, when Aruna Roy or INC mouthpieces insist that Anna is "blackmailing the parliamentary system", Indian people don't give a $hit... they're coming out in greater numbers and supporting Anna even MORE.

Ok. So who planned this?

Here's my guess. We have established that, in this artificially stabilized and untenable equation, Sonia is the external source of governmental authority... all power, no accountability. No need to face elections, no need to explain anything to the people, she can just do what she bloody well wants.

As with all absolute monarchs, she has gathered a *court* around her. An entirely unelected, non-parliamentary bunch of private citizens called The National Advisory Council. Harsh Manders, John Dayals, Ahmed Patels, Aruna Roys. Unelectable people who represent nobody. Yet, by virtue of being in this *court*, all of a sudden they share in Sonia's fount of political power. All of a sudden these people, members of "civil society", are in a position of immense political power without accountability. Just like that! Magic!

And boy, did these "court" people flex their muscles. Ramachandra Guha, Aruna Roy and others pressured the Supreme Court into expunging a statement that predatory conversion by Christian Missionaries causes social friction and hostility. Swami Agnivesh and Nandini Sundar, again, pressured the Supreme Court into declaring the anti-Maoist Salwa Judum as illegal. Most recently the whole pack of jackals have been concocting the "Communal Violence Bill", which is nothing more than a Blasphemy Law directed exclusively against Hindus.

Now, with all *courts*, what happens? There are insiders and there are outsiders. None of them rise on any stance of merit. They only rise by their ability to please Sonia Gandhi (and by agreeing with her that Hindoooo assertiveness is public enemy number one.) Yet, not everyone can be an insider. Some end up inside, some end up outside. There is a lot of jockeying for position. But eventually there are winners and there are losers.

It's that simple. Aruna Roy, Harsh Mandar, John Dayal, and co. ended up as "insiders". Kejriwal, Swami Agnivesh, Prashant Bhushan and gang ended up as "outsiders."

The "outsiders" then said, "Ok, we will show the insiders." After all, the rise of Sonia Gandhi's *court* had proved a point... that in the New India, even an unelectable and non-representative member of "civil society" can wield immense political power. So why should that power be restricted to "insiders" onlee? The "outsiders" had tasted a little of this power (e.g. Swami Agnivesh successfully pressurizing the SC over Salwa Judum) and they wanted more.

So the "outsiders" took advantage of the popular mood, and roped in the old Gandhian activist, Anna Hazare, to be their figurehead. They said, "let us put on a show to embarrass the insiders over the corruption/scam issues... then, to avoid further embarrassment, Sonia might allow us to become insiders also!" At that point everything would have been smoothed over, insider-outsider power sharing compromise would have been reached, old Anna would have been put out to pasture, and everyone would be back to business as usual.

Of course, if the JLPB was accepted by the government, then the Jan Lok Pal office would be yet another path for unelectable, non-representative "civil society" people to gain immense power over the nation. The concept of "power without accountability" had already been proved to be viable, by Sonia Gandhi and the NAC... so why could other structures not be invented to accommodate it?

So the "outsiders" had nothing to lose by beginning the agitation.

Note, even these "outsiders" were not without funds or backing. They all have NGO connections and funding. The promise of being able to wield influence in Sonia Gandhi's *court* brought them even more funds and backing. So they did get behind Anna, and began the Jantar Mantar agitation earlier this year.

Everything since then: LPB vs. JLPB, etc. etc. has been an outward symptom of the "civil society outsiders" vs. "civil society insiders" battle, with the GOI on the same side as the "insiders." But there is one big difference. Back during the Jantar Mantar agitation, the "outsiders" vs. "insiders" were playing a water-polo match in a calm and quiet pond. Today that pond has turned into a raging ocean... THIS was not something that was foreseen, let alone planned, by anyone.
That was Point A. Kejriwal/Bhushan were "Outsiders" who had been excluded from Sonia Gandhi's Durbar of "Insiders" (the NAC) and wanted to show their blackmailing muscle by organizing the Jan Lokpal Bill demonstrations.

Does anybody even remember the Jan Lokpal Bill demonstration today? What happened to it? The whole demand just vanished into thin air, no? I'm sure it still appears somewhere on the back pages of the Scam Admi Party manifesto (in really small print) but from the front and center of political theatre two years ago, it's been relegated to some cold, distant excuse for a back-burner.

So now we're at Point B. Kejriwal/Bhushan, the "Outsiders", have abandoned Anna Hazare after using his credibility as a reformer to gain publicity for themselves. They have also formed a regular political party: the Scam Admi Party. Yet, even though the JLPB agitation has long since recessed to the most distant corners of public memory... opinion polls show the Scam Admi Party winning 7 seats in Delhi!

As Geeth says, this smells very much like a setup... so that we won't be too surprised or suspicious when EVM magic, courtesy the Congress, delivers the Scam Admi Party a large number of seats in the coming Delhi election.

Can one infer the negotiations which brought the Congress and Kejriwal from Point A to Point B? Seems like a deal was struck whereby Kejriwal and Bhushan, the former "Outsiders", have now been guaranteed a red-carpet welcome (though by the electoral route) to the "Inside".
Rudradev saar,
disagree with you on the last line. Fordriwal may or may not have planned it. But, his sponsors were trying to whip up 'revolution' in desh just like Arab Spring or Egypt. Remember, the sudden flurry of artecals by the bestern TFTA jernalists about how deshi single men were 'angry' and 'discontent'? They were doing pisko-analysis of the deshi guys to project that a revolution was impending. Fordriwal seems to be a puppet for that purpose. Fordriwal himself may have other ambitions.

No wonder that the sarkaar was in real flux. One time they tried to cut these TFTA fordriwals by giving more bhav to Baba Ramdev. But that also backfired and they ended up doing a Lathi charge.

Vishwa Bandhu Gupta alleges that there was a plan to assassinate Baba. So, baba had to escape in female clothing, otherwise he would have been dead that night. Even then, it seems he had been targeted in the lathi charge. It seems he survived due to the physical fitness imparted by his Yoga training. The sinister plan seems to be that the Baba would be taken out and then it would be blamed on 'saffron'. Some jihadi women was already trying to spread this news channels claiming that police interfered to save the baba from 'saffron' who wanted to kill him.

I think Baba should be very very careful.

Loksatta president Jayaprakash Narayan achieved more than Kejriwal before entering politics, yet to fail to achieve anything political other than helping YSR coming to power.
Yep, its the same old, same old.

RamaY saar,
you had said earlier that these people seem to be obsessed with controlling the opposition. It is true, very true. You can see that this trait seems to have been inherited from the anglo masters.

From the time of brit raj, there seems to be an obsession in trying to control the opposition and set up a friendly opposition(or a dummy opposition). This play book is being studiously followed to this day, whenever kongis come to power in any place.

Earlier, it used to be commies. Then, it was castiest parties(like Mullah, Lallu, or Mayaben). or regional or sub-region parties like (Tackray, KCR, now again another Tackray, Dhravida parties, Khalisthani guys, ...etc). Now, in the post-modern age, it is anti-corruption plank.

Its the same old, same old.

You said that kongis should be commended for one thing: that they allowed democracy to survive.

Actually, this may not be true. From the time, kongi party was setup by the brits, it was always supposed to perform two things:
a) identify the potential trouble-makers(for brit raj), so that they can be taken out by the sarkaar.
b) give a semblance of democracy and thus act as a pressure valve.

This was the only political party that was allowed to thrive(by the political masters). The others found it very difficult to run a political party. Even the funding was difficult to get. Kongis were bestowed legitimacy by the brits by talking with them. Others were never acknowledged in similar manner. So, invariably nationalist people were forced to make use of this platform.

The kongi party was meant to sing paeans of the brit raj by accepting and acknowledging them as masters. Any crisis would have to be blamed on the Yindoos. For example, famines were the mistake of the Yindoos, not the brit masters.

These kongis primarily had to distract the people. For example, they said that the first goal was to 'reform' the 'social evils' of Yindooism before attempting to win the freedom(this is just a variation of 'white man's burden' theme). And even when attempting to win the freedom, it must be done in a 'non-violent' and 'constitutional' manner. All these ideas were already footed by the kongis before Gandhi ever stepped in India.

Then, the nationalistic deshis joined kongi paty and tried to highjack it for national purposes. Guys like Lal, Bal, & Pal. These guys were not ready to accept the brits as masters. They were not ready to accept the narrative of 'white man's burden'. They wanted freedom and wanted the brits to get out regardless of everything else. And to make the brits get out, they did not mind the use of 'violence'. Infact, many revolutionaries and their activities(against the brits) were justified and give tacit approval by these nationalistic group.

Promptly, these guys found that brit raj was hounding them. They either ended up in jails(not soft jails like the ones given for the 'saint' but jails like Kaala Paani or Mandalay in Rangoon) or had to flee the desh.

Revolutionary activities were spreading and increasing in desh. brits were under severe pressure. There was even an assassination in Londonisthan. WW 1 was going on. So, Gandhi was imported after bestowing credentials on him and with lots of media publicity(all with the active participation of the brits). The 'saint' resumed the theme of 'non-violence' and 'constitutional means'. The 'saint' also used to blame famines on the bad karma of deshis. It was not supposed to be the fault of brits that famines were occurring. No, it was the fault of Yindoos.(do you see how the idea of 'yindoo rate of growth' came? It was just a continuation of old ideas). Simultaneously, there was a severe crackdown on revolutionaries.

'Saint' was projected as someone who had won great victories with his methods in South Africa while at the same time, it was sought to be projected that revolution or rebellion against the mighty brit raj would never succeed.

But, the 'saint' was still relatively weak in the kongi party even after about 3 years of staying in desh, because it was taken over by the nationalists for some time. Of course, nationalists were also under severe pressure due to the brit hounding.

All kinds of revolution and rebellion were brewing. Peasants, students, labours, ...etc. There were famines and epidemics, all of it due to the brit raj. So, naturally, there was large scale discontent among people. But, there were also sections that no interest in the independence from brits(infact, they were opposed to it). For example, landlords or the inglis educated elite.

At that time, there was a conflict between brits and caliph as part of WW1. The jihadhis, who were insensitive to the brit cruelities in the desh, became discontent when the brits went against caliph.

On cue, 'saint' launched Khilafath movement. Again, it was supposed to stop the jihadhis from taking the 'violent' route. They also co-opted various other sections(who were already independently making agitations against the brits) into the movement and tried to project it as a movement for independence from brits. Peasants, students, labours, ...etc were co-opted by promising them everything and anything.

As soon as, Turkey settled down, the khilafath movement was ended citing some stray 'violent' incident. All the people who honestly invested into the movement were hounded and their lives were destroyed. Many people had left their jobs or education to pursue the movement. All of them were abandoned to their fate.

Jinnah, another brit patriot, was opposed to Khilafath movement because he feared it would eventually, escalate into something else. Jinnah, 'Saint', and Aga Khan were all mentored by the same man. All of them were brit chamchas.

After this, the 'saint's' grip on kongi became firm and the nationalist faction lost out. The nationalist faction tried to setup alternate parties. But, those parties found it hard to continue. Because of the same reasons: brit hounding, sponsors, and media publicity. All the three factors were controlled by the brits.

So, another wave of nationalists tried to highjack the kongi party. Like Bose. But, Bose was made to resign despite winning the elections. He was even hounded out of the party. So, they also tried to find other platforms realizing that the kongi party was only going to be a brit puppet.

The highest demand of the kongis(under the leadership of brit lackeys) was dominion status. Basically, desh was not even a colony in brit raj. A 'colony' has some privileges of self-administration. Desh was a 'dependency'. A 'dependency' has no self-administration whatsoever. So, essentially, the kongis were asking the desh to made into a 'colony' instead of being a 'dependency'. But the demand of people like Tilak was 'Purna-Swaraj'. The demand of people like Bhagath Singh was 'Purna-Swaraj'. The kongis never accepted that demand.

But when Bhagath Singh was about to be hanged and the desh was charged, the mood of the desh was turning anti-kongis. Even the 'saint' was not spared. So, to survive the young kongi group(like Chacha ji) announced the acceptance of 'Puran-swaraj' demand. 'Saint' was unhappy with this. He tried to divert the people's attention from the impending death of Bhagath Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru. So, what does he do? Salt Yatra....

Brits bestow the 'saint' with a victory. Meanwhile Bhagath Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru were hanged.

As the fears of WW2 were in the air, people like Savarkar asked Hindhus to join the brit army, so that influence of jihadhis can be checked. 'Saint' also asked people to join the brit army. It would be surprising for people if they took his 'non-violence' seriously, otherwise, there is nothing surprising because he was just acting in the interests of the brit raj. Many Hindhus joined the brit army. The brit army needed large scale recruitments to prepare for the war.

WW 2 started and Bose understood that kongis were not at all interested in independence. So, he escapes to foreign countries in search of allies who can sponsor the armed revolution against the brits. He tries Russia and Germany. Their reactions are lukewarm. Meanwhile, Japan is doing lots of dhamaka in the region. So, promptly, Bose asks for Japan's help. Japanese accept to help. He took over the INA and reformed it. Formation of INA was possible because of presence of large number of Hindhus in the brit army. When Japan got hold of brit troops, these people were ready to fight for the independence of India(So, Savarkar's plan worked). Bose took over the INA and reorganized it. He also tried to appease the mujlims by accepting Urdu as the lingua-franca. His idea was to launch raids into bengal and Gangetic plains from Manipur. He hoped that such raids would make the aam people bold and rise against the brit raj. Bengal famine was manufactured by the brits to stop such a thing from happening.

Meanwhile, brits were having a very hard time in WW2. The northern african continent was in the hands of Axis powers and their route to desh was cut off. There were fears of invasion of brit by the nazis. 'Saint' suddenly turns anti-brit and launches 'quit india'.

The people don't trust the kongis because they had already launched several such campaigns in the past and winded them down. But Patel convinces people. People like Chachaji were against the movement because they realized that brits were really weak. There was severe crackdown on the movement by the brits. But, the kongis were treated with kid gloves. Once again, the movement launched by the kongis failed.

Bose died(allegedly) and INA unraveled. WW2 was winding down. The fate of INA soldiers inspired the brit Indian Navy to revolt. There was fear in the brit ranks of the revolt spreading to army. There was large discontent among the army ranks also. So, the brits decided to transfer the power to their trusted lackey and retreat. Again the Navy revolt(and threat of army revolt) was possible because of the large number of Hindhu recruits during the WW2. So, again, the plan of Savarkar worked.

But, this time, the brits decided to circumvent the 'Saint' because of the 'quit India'. Chachaji and Patel were released. 'Saint' was also released. Jinnah was not very popular at the time because of the Bengal famine. Muslim league was in power in Bengal during the famine and so they received lot of flak for it. So, Jinnah was semi-retired. But, our dear 'saint' goes to meet Jinnah after his release. This was a huge media-event. And it allowed Jinnah to retain his public position.

The plans for bakisthan were already afoot. But, the brits didn't have much time. It seems the Amirkhans(& Soviets) were also wanting the brit raj to be folded down.

Kongis conduct an election for the presidentgiri. Patel wins it, but 'saint' intervenes to gift it to 'Chachaji'. Chachaji promptly thwarts any attempts of avoiding a partition.

Partition and riots followed. Mujlims get one country for themselves. While, another country is a joint account(where they can continue to demand 'minority' rights). Chachaji becomes the PM in the dead of the night(BTW, 'saint' did not attend the flag ceremony, it seems. Also, it seems the brit flag was not lowered, because Chacha did not want to hurt the brit sentiments. Actually, it seems 'saint' wanted the deshi flag to have brit flag in a corner like New Z land or Aussies. But it was not accepted by the people). As for riots, 'Saint' was advising the Yindoos to not even think of revenge while being hacked to death by the jihadhi brethren. 'Saint' wanted the desh to give money to bakisthan. And Chacha was busy using the army to clampdown on the Yindoos.

Now that the usefulness of 'Saint' was over, he dies. It also allows the chacha to order a clampdown on Yindoo organizations. It also earns Yindoo organizations lot of bad publicity. Remember, that 'saint' was projected as a Yindoo representative by the media(particularly bestern media). Even people like Tilak or Bose could not condemn him and his actions because they seemed to fear the backlash(such was the successful brainwashing of the Yindoos). At best, they could say that his methods were a failure. But, they could not question his motives or intentions.

Chacha outlived all the stalwarts of his time(like Patel in 1950 & Shyama Prasad in 1953) It may be partly fate and partly human actions. For example, Shyama Prasad died in imprisonment in Kashmir(opposing article 370). Kashmir was being ruled by chacha's dear friend. (Shyama Prasad and Patel played a key role in uniting Indian provinces particularly Hyd).

So, with no competition(and no new competition being allowed to grow), chacha went about creating a sort of dictatorship. As far as electoral politics was concerned, there was only one party: kongis. And it was 'internal matter' of kongis as to who they will choose. chacha controlled the kongi party.

Chacha saw that the brits were ousted due to the army(and its Hindhu ranks). So, he started weakening the army. All the kernails were carefully chosen by the chacha to guarantee their loyalty. Some of them were relatives of Chacha. All this weakening of the army led to 1962 disaster. Chacha was already warned of such a thing happening by the Patel(a decade earlier).

Chacha blamed the Menon for the debacle. And speeded up the process of bequeathing desh to his daughter. By 'internal process', chacha's daughter was acquiring the party. Then, chacha died.(some say of syphilis).

Then, the jostling within the party started. Shastri became the PM. And, the deshi's army gave a good account of itself. And why not, because chacha was not there anymore. Promptly, Shatri dies in soviet clearing the way for chacha's daughter. There are allegations that chacha was blackmailed by the soviets with the knowledge of brits. The blackmail may have to do with Bose being kept as the prisoner in Soviet. And there are also allegations that KGB funded chacha's daughter.

Now, chacha's daughter was able to usurp power in party and desh. But, there was revolt against this. So, she decided to break the party. (These are the first cracks in kongi hegemony after 1947). But, she still had control of the sarkaar. Eventually the revolt within the party died down.

Then, she(like her papa) tried to create a dictatorship. All the other competent power blocks were weakened within the party and the desh. And again, the theme of controlling the opposition starts. In 1968, Upadhyay(of Jana Sangh) dies. In 1969, Balraj Madhok is shunted out of the Jana Sangh and Bajpayee era begins.

In 1971, the war was won by desh and BD was formed. This gave a real boost to her in desh. But, this also seems to have put off the international networks. As a reaction, LTTE came into being. Naxals came into being. And Khalisthan was being manufactured.

So, her election was nullified. What does she do then? Does she go for another elections? Oh no. She declared emergency. She altered the preamble of constitution and inserted the words 'secular' and 'socialist'. Perhaps, it was done to co-opt the jihadis and commies. This particular alteration was never undone even after the emergency ended. Now, there was real fear that democracy was gone for good in desh. There were severe backlash on this from the desh. Eventually, she conducts an election and loses massively.(This seems to be the only instance when the dynasty allowed itself to be taken out of power despite being in complete power. And this did not happen by itself. There was massive uproar in the desh to make this happen). All the opposition parties came together under the leadership of JP.

This united opposition formed the Govt. But, emergency lady succeeded in breaking this alliance immediately after the death of JP. And she came back to power. Her heir apparent died(apparently in a freak accident) soon after and Roberto(along with his italian biwi) was brought onto the picture. It seems both sons were dalals for phoren military maal during her previous regimes. Then Lotus was formed within an year of her coming to power. And it was formed by Bajpayee, chacha's loyalist. (controlled opposition?).

Anyway, the brief period of non-kongi rule seems to have given a great impetus to throw out the kongis(particularly dienasty) in the desh. And non-kongi parties make inroads at state level, district level,...etc. Emergency lady tried all methods to stop this trend. She does not hesitate to dismiss elected Govts. She even patronized the khalisthani guys to split the opposition votes. And this Khalisthani thing becomes huge(because the international guys were also investing in it. bakis are particularly stoking this, as a revenge for 1971).

It eventually led to hard cracking down on khalisthani guys(who were well armed and emboldened due to phoren support by now). Emergency lady got assassinated, perhaps because she was getting aggressive vis-a-vis international guys' interests. Roberto takes over the party and Pranabda who had shown some ambition in the aftermath of her death was thrown out of the party.

Massive anti-sikh riots by the kongis. Conveniently, it is called as yindoo-sikh riots. Those perpetrating these riots were the kongis and they were protected by the kongis. Infact, they were even rewarded subsequently. The economy of the desh, mean-e-while, was becoming worse and worse due to license raj practiced by the socialist kongi govts.. Again, instead of blaming dienasty, the yindoos were blamed and the term of 'Yindoo rate of growth' was coined.

Roberto continued his dalal ways, this time by giving chance to fellows from biwi's maika: bofors & quottarochi. When bhopal gas tragedy happened, he allowed the perpetrators to escape, infact, he assisted them in escape. Then, Shah Bhano happened. Roberto acquiesced to Mullahs. This led to Hindhu discontent and to pacify them he opened the RJB gates in 1986. So, far so good. He was bumbling from one crisis to another and desh was going from one tragedy to another. But, he continued in power.

But, when Roberto moved against the LTTE in Lanka, the international guys turned against him and promptly the effects were seen in desh. This shows that dienasty is meant to control the desh but not to empower it.

VP Singh unearthed corruption details on Roberto in bofors. And VP Singh formed an opposition party along with Roberto's cousin. Media also turned against Roberto.

Eventually, all the opposition parties came together. And Roberto lost power in elections.(The second instance of the dienasty allowing the elections to throw them out of power after the elections after emergency. But, it seems Roberto was largely a bumbling idiot).

But, the new Govt was not at all stable. Meanwhile, Roberto, it seems was becoming wiser to the general mechanisms of power in desh. There are some who allege that Roberto was also becoming aware of the activities of Antonio and their relationship was in cracks. Roberto, they say, may have wanted to divorce her.

OBC reservations issue became hot. And parties based on OBC or SC were about to start in UP and Vihar.

At this time, VHP started its temple movement which was slowly gaining momentum. Lol Purush started a rath yathra on RJB. VHP was miffed that the movement built by it was getting highjacked. But, bajpayee kept his distance from this movement.

Roberto was all set to come back to power in desh. LTTE killed him in TN. Kongis won massively in elections due to sympathy. And Roberto became desh Ratna. The temple movement continued to build up. The shrewd PVNR, the new Pradhani, gave desh ratna to Kalam to assuage the mujlims while allowing the space for the temple movement to build up. It ended with the Babri demolition.

The jihadhi reactions were seen in maratha land. Large scale riots. Then, Shiv sainiks reacted. This transformed the Shiv sena into a Hindhutva party. When jihadhis found that Hindhus were not cowed down, they resorted to bomb blasts killing many. Then, underworld shifted its base to krachi and middle-east. These incidents may have been one of the major reasons for bringing Shivsena to power in 1995. Till the bomb blasts, shiv sena was also patronized by the kongis to cut down the commies.

PVNR ended the license raj. The economy was in severe condition thanks to the dienasty. Murkh Singh came into cabinet, perhaps, by the pressure of world bank. Economy was liberalized. Desh was in severe condition. PVNR managed to keep the country intact. It seems PVNR managed to build the desi covert capabilities within the paki land. Any jihadhi event in the desh meant consequences in the bakisthan. This helped bring some order.

Hindhutva was growing in the country. Sapa was formed and Basapa came into the hands of Mayaben. Lallu also rose. These newer fragments were now going to act as kongi b teams.

These kongi B teams were supposed to distract and defeat the Hindhutva. But, it was not to be. And lotus came to power riding Hindhutva. Lol Purush himself declared Bajpayee as the candidate. Perhaps, there was somekind of understanding between the two. It seems he did not even consult RSS before the declaration. Bajpayee positioned himself as the secular man in communal party. He became the pradhani by promising to deliver allies. But the sarkaar fell(in 16 days). Subbu Swamy along with Kongis(Antonio) played a key role in bring down the Govt.

Now, kongis and kongi B teams came together to form a coalition to keep the throne occupied, so that lotus does not come to power. This period was meant to show that only the kongis can rule the desh and others are not fit to form the sarkaar. During this regime, the desi covert capabilities in the bakisthan were given up for the sake of pappi-jhappi.

Mamataben split from the kongis and established new party in Vangal. Actually, kongi party split into many parties. Power, Scindia, Pilot,...etc came out of the party.

Anyway, lotus was re-elected to power, this time with greater number of seats. So, the kongi plan backfired. And Bajpayee reemerged as the 'consensus candidate'. Lol Purush's earlier declaration proved costly for him this time. Antonio highjacked the kongi party literally shutting Kesari in bathroom.

To those who say that diesnasty must be allowed to escape: dienasty kept out of the direct active politics for a decade. Then, they come back and do such a mess. And people blame the Sinhalese for taking out Prabhakaran's son. Sinhalese realized how the dynasty's work.

With saffron getting power, one must have thought that the desh would take a different turn. But, no. Lotus became the kongi B. Hinduthva was abandoned. Lol Purush also diluted his stand on the RJB. No doubt that the administration and governance in this regime were infinitely better than the one's provided by the kongis. Yet, at the fundamental level, the basic points differentiating the kongis and lotus got blurred. Moreover, the dienasty was preserved and protected during this period(by Bajpayee himself along with his advisors).

Its seems Bajpayee during this period did not have much supporters in the lotus. So, he depended on the allies for his legitimacy. Meanwhile, Lol Purush had considerable command on the party. So, there was jostling between the two. RSS, it seems, was completely kept out by these two. Lol Purush was trying to acquire throne but was not allowed to succeed by the Bajpayee(by depending on allies i.e. kongi b teams).

In kongi party, any potential competition to Antonio died sudden deaths. Scindia & Pilot are prominent. This allowed Antonio control the party completely.

Bajpayee pushed for pappi-jhappi with the bakis. And in their typical fashion, bakis paid back by occupying Kargil. Retaking of Kargil and the fervent patriotic mood allowed the Bajpayee to come back to Govt.

Eventually, onion crisis was manufactured by Power and Antonio. Bajpayee did not allow anyone to directly go against Antonio. Lotus lost power and Kongis came back to power. Bajpayee was now retired.

Now, the lotus was completely in the hands of Lol Purush. So, Kongis go after Lol Purush.

I think there is a clear reason why Lol Purush buckled. I don't know whether I should say it here.

The simple point is that democracy in the desh began with emergency. And the kongis have been trying to do away with it. Even otherwise, there is only few opposition parties to kongis. Most others are simply their imitations.

Saar,
there are 2 sides:
a) good cop or moderates
b) bad cop or extremists/fundamentalists

Group A sides with the victor and tries to influence the policies internally.
Group B opposes all the non-green groups and fights externally.

People often make mistake of thinking that Group A and Group B are enemies. They are not. They are working in tandem. One without the other is useless.

Independence movement, it seems, was very murky. Lots of people being moles or double agents. Or making one public posture while having different agenda. The only way to know who belonged to which side is by looking at their actions and studying the chronology.

All groups were filled with moles from all sides. For example, it seems some islamists joined INA because they did not want the power to wrest solely with Hindhus if INA succeeds. Similarly, Savarkar wanted Hindhus join the army to neutralize the influence of the mujlims in the brit army.

Moti was sponsoring Garam while his son, the chacha, was in Naram. But, as soon as, some stalwarts of the Garam died, Moti came back to Naram(now that the Garam is successfully neutralized).

Similarly, Patel was in Naram, while his bro was in Garam. In fact, Patel's bro along with Bose went on to make a public condemnation of 'Saint's' methods. When Patel got a chance, he immediately used the army and police for nationalistic purpose. Tell me, can someone who is a pacifist, suddenly become an adept at using the army and police? So, most probably, his pacifist stance was a disguise to survive in the naram faction.

Coming to the jihadhis: immediately after 1857, the brits turned agains the jihadhis. So, the jihadhis were split into two groups: group A & group B.

Group A recognized that the brits were victors and that jihadhis would not survive without the brit patrionization. So, they accepted the brit mastery in lieu of their patronization. This is the famous Aligarh movement. They wanted special treatment in brit raj compared to Yindoos.

Group B was opposed to Group A. Group B wanted to enslave all the kaffirs.

Group A and Group B always work in tandem and protect each other.

Jinnah was from Group A.
Islamists(i.e. Khilafath guys) were from Group B.

Bakisthan was originally the idea of Group A. This was a threat to Hindhus. They actually wanted special treatment within the desh. Group B was opposed to Bakisthan because they thought that the Hindhusthan would become....well, Hindhu's sthan.

After 1947, Group A are now devoted to Amirkhans. This can be seen in bakisthan Of course, the brits still seem to have networks within the group A and B. Group B wants to fight the Amirkhans.

And certain members of Group A seem to have gotten into Lotus also. Group B are accomadated by the Kongis and their b teams.

ya ya, the "cleanest saffron" syndrome.

Basically that approach type people would rather have a Dawood Ibrahim working under ISI, owning Mumbai, living in Pakistan, than a Varadarajan Mudaliar or a Chota Rajan working for India.

India will rather vote for the dirtiest green but a slight dirt on an other wise clean saffron - throw that saffron into the dumpster and burn it and then burn the ashes twice.

So a 4 crore corruption by Yedyurappa >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 170000 crore by Sonia and co.

I know how that approach people will progress. They will be waiting in the sidelines always searching with a binoculars and a microscope, just to make sure that a small dirt is on NaMo, use that as an excuse to tell all your friends that "see, that Namo is a bloody hypocrite. His 1 Re scam proves that and so lets vote for the 170000 crore scam Sonia".

Sir, division is main part of the congee plan in AP with Japan criminal gang. In 2009 it was Chirangivi Andrew Telangana. AP stopped congee during NDA period and fall of Cbn led to UPA 1.

If we want congee to fail now we need to stop their plans in AP.

From dna: What women think of Narendra Modi

A rising number of women in urban households across India find Narendra Modi appealing. Is it his strong male presence? Or the aura that he is in control? Manisha Pande deconstructs the shades of a new emotional connect.

Here’s a corollary to Murphy’s law: the amount of publicity Mallika Sherawat garners is directly proportionate to the stupidity of her actions. That her latest video felicitating BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on his 64th birthday went viral within hours of her launching it on Twitter is proof.

“I want to send a birthday wish to the most eligible bachelor in India,” gushed Sherawat before she broke into a little birthday jingle for “Narinder jiii” breathily overlooking the fact that Modi is not a bachelor. The Twiteratti slammed Sherawat for pulling off one of the craziest publicity stunts ever before the launch of her reality TV show, The Bachelorette India.

But was Sherawat, who can be trusted with knowing about the selling power of sex, onto something with her act? Remember Sherlyn Chopra expressing her desire to be Narendra Modi’s personal assistant? While a lot of urban middle-class women we interviewed didn’t go as far as calling him the most eligible bachelor, most find Modi charming, suave and extremely well turned out. It seems Brand Modi, after wooing industry captains and “internet Hindus”, is becoming a hit with the ladies,
especially the humble housewives.

From iron man to ladies’ man
Rani Singh, a 54-year-old housewife in Hyderabad, feels Modi can deliver India from the twin problems of “corruption and mehangai”.

What makes her so certain? “Yeh bas dil ki feeling hai. He gives out positive vibes,” she says, adding that she likes how Modi seems always on the alert. Singh is a fan of Modi’s bright “pagdis” and likes the fact that he never seems dull. “Unke chehre main ek alag sa tej hai (he has a glow about him).”

She is not the only woman who speaks of this mysterious glow or ‘aura’ that surrounds Modi. Over a decade now Modi has carefully crafted his image as a tough, no-nonsense leader. The strength of the outcomes on the ground may be debatable but the perception that he “gets things done” lends him a larger than life image, perhaps adding to the ‘aura’ that so many women and, indeed, men find themselves attracted to.

Delhi-based Ritu Suri (65) describes herself as an ardent Modi fan. She states in unequivocal terms that he is the only Indian who can “give back Indians their dignity” and tackle intruding Chinese soldiers, the dwindling economy and even “communal forces”. Suri also says it wouldn’t be wrong to call Modi good-looking and she would be proud to have him represent India at an international level.

“I feel he has the power to control conditions in the country and bring change,” says another Modi fan, Delhi-based Kiran Kathpalia. She finds Modi “really powerful”, dynamic and assertive.

The love of women for strong male leaders is not a new phenomenon. Ronald Reagan and Arnold Schwarzenegger both came to power on the dint of substantial female support. More recently, Barack Obama has been the beneficiary of the affections of this demographic.

Be that as it may, how does one reconcile Modi’s allegedly anti-secular image and “masculine” brand of hard politics with his female fan following? Isn’t it axiomatic that women would support a leader who talks more of peace and comity?

The answer perhaps lies in Modi’s own deft packaging. He has successfully transcended the debate over his image to portray himself as a leader who stands for growth and development.

“Look at the work he has done in Gujarat. Ahmedabad today is a transformed city,” says Priti Gandhi, secretary, BJP, Communication Cell (Maharashtra). Gandhi was enrolled in the BJP after the party saw her effectively take on Modi and BJP detractors on Twitter with her conspicuous Twitter handle @MrsGandhi.

Gandhi, like a number of other women, views Modi’s aggressive brand of politics as a positive and feels it helps in getting things done. “It is the woman, after all, who has to manage her husband’s income. And it is becoming increasingly tough given the current condition of the economy.

Housewives are looking for someone to change the scenarios,” says Gandhi. She’s met Modi several times and says he is absolutely charming and soft on women.

“The segment of Modi supporters among women are perhaps attracted to the ‘take charge’ alpha male personality he projects. Or perhaps it is his grey stubble,” says columnist Shobhaa De, adding she is far from smitten.

There is also the shared belief that cities will be safer once Modi comes to power. At a recent rally in Gujarat last month Modi said, “In the country of Sita and Savitris....protection of mothers and daughters is a big question for the Indian society.” We don’t have the right to call ourselves ‘mard’, he added, if women are feeling unsafe in the country.

For Gandhi, it is price rise more than anything else that makes the faithful look up to Modi. “The average housewife is deeply affected by price rise and has finally woken up. I meet a number of women in my circle who absolutely want Modi to win,” she says, adding that he is viewed as a strong and confident leader.

On the question of Sherawat calling him the most eligible bachelor, Gandhi says she wouldn’t like to comment and found it extremely silly. De sums it up succinctly, “Sherawat is no Marilyn Monroe. And Chief Minister Narendra Modi isn’t President John Kennedy. Let’s leave it at that.”

How charisma works
Ironically, only a few years ago Rahul Gandhi, the man Modi is pitted against in the prime-ministerial race, was flooring the fairer sex with his charm. College girls found him extremely handsome and starlets dubbed him a hottie.

Considered a role model for the youth, many pinned their hopes on Gandhi. But lately, with corruption cases and scams tarring the Congress’ image, Gandhi the next-gen face of the grand old party and his ‘charm’ are finding fewer takers. Few talk about his style statement or what he wears to a cricket match. Instead it is Modi’s trademark half-sleeved cotton kurtas that are making headlines.

“Modi is not so much about style. People look at him for what he says and what he has achieved. It helps that he is well-groomed and not portly like many other politicians,” says Delhi-based designer Rina Dhaka, adding that she quite likes the Modi kurta and prefers the CM in his usual fuss-free attire than in western wear.

Gandhi’s age factor now seems to be working against him.

“Rahul abhi bacche lagte hain. Unko polish hone main time lagega,” says housewife Singh.

Sociologist Dipankar Gupta says charisma is not as much about a person or the gist of grace but about the situation. Rise in crimes against women and the feeling that the current government has been inept in making cities safer make the prospective of an aggressive, go-getter leader all the more charming. Specially, when there’s a perception that Gujarat is free from incidents of rape.

“A lot of effort has gone into evoking, building and crafting this response. But I wouldn’t overestimate Modi,” says Kavita Krishnan, popular women’s leader.

She says there are women within the middle class itself who feel an instinctive sense of unease with the kind of language that Modi has used in the past, like the “sau crore ki girlfriend” remark. “It would be incorrect to say that everyone in the middle class is a Modi supporter,” she adds.

It helps, however, that Modi has articulate women with a huge fan following of their own defending him in primetime debates on national television. Kirron Kher, Smriti Irani, Meenakshi Lekhi in the Modi bandwagon are looked on as modern, reasonable and well-meaning. Unlike the qualities one would associate with traditional Hindutva ideologues. Therein lies the inherent irony of Modi’s image.

NaMo on women
“People who don’t respect women are demons”

“Status of women in India is worse than the 18th century”

“If we have to build a modern India, then we will have to first give dignity to the Indian woman”

“Our culture gives the highest status to women”

“If women are feeling unsafe we are not fit to call ourselves mard”

Only when women raise up to standards that men enjoys, at the same value - not more or less, equal responsibilities including corrections from hindu mitakshara to marriages and property rights., We will mature as a country.

We have wide gaps in the society because our governance and administration for the past 60 years does not think about country as whole.. there is no belonging to the group, rather there is a lot of segregated minds, diverted and divorced from nationhood.

There is no public responsibility, common civil code, common rights, equality of women to men for both rights and inheritance, dowry system, caste system, quota system, etc.. that are in practice even though is on paper as illegal.. all are issues that plays in.

Education of mass is low, what they get educated is more important than to know how to read and write.
