Jodhpur residents show extraordinary resilience and bear Pappu's speech for 10 minutes...and then leave.

The gathering that largely comprised youngsters repeatedly hooted him even as the Congress leader had barely begun the address.
After around 10 minutes, the people lost patience and started leaving. Unlike his Delhi counterpart, the Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot, though, made no appeal to the people to remain seated and left it for the party vice-president to conclude his speech.

What does that imply for Ashok Gehlot? Jodhpur is the CM's district. Are we going to see Ashok Gehlot made to pay a price for Pappu's fall? In the dynasty, someone other than the ruler has to be at fault onlee, no?

^^IMO, nothing will happen to Gehlot. Even 'em Congeese are figuring out that its not 'em geese but the dynasty's goose which is getting cooked.

Don't see *any* reason why regional satraps in INC have to kowtow to the likes of Sonia and Rahul who likely can't win a municipal ward by themselves anymore. Can't see Sonia getting rid of regional mass leaders like, say, a Virabhadra Singh, a Sheila Dixit, a Siddharamaiah, a Tarun Gogoi or yes, an Ashok Gehlot. Its only in post-YSR AP (and MH?) that there's no regional mass leader in the INC capable of standing upto dynasty's feudal ways..."sigh".

Exactly . I have been saying this since 1998 , that we should ask ALL leaders to give the DRAFTS of the law they would print in Gazette if they were to be MP\PM. That way, we can get those draft even in case they cant manage to become MP\PM.

A dirty CD against BJP's Rajasthan chief ministerial candidate Vasundhara Raje has been sent to mediapersons by post following which the BJP has lodged a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell of Jaipur Police.

On November 12, Jaipur Police had arrested a binder and a few persons for possessing copies of objectionable material against her. It abandoned the investigations when leads pointed to a Congress leader in Sikar. The same material has resurfaced in a VCD. This could have been prevented had the police investigated the earlier case properly.

The VCD carries doctored images and highly defamatory and objectionable personal attacks on Raje. The complaint lodged by one Kan Singh Rathore, an executive member of BJP's legal cell, is under both the IT Act and the indecent representation of women law.

Guys, it is simple. AAP was suppose to be Chiranjivi (Praja Rajyam)of Delhi. It did hurt BJP (as in quite a good amount, by AAP admission 55% of its voters) but it also attracted quite a decent amount of cong vote. That is hurting Cong bad.
The analysis that BJP had 36% vote in 2008 and 36% now in 2013, so its base is intact is false in logic. It does not take into account the fact that voter base has itself increased by 50%. Out of that 50% (mostly younger voters), some has been taken by APP that may have gone to BJP. However for con, it is mostly loosing it's old base. Most likely BJP is not loosing much of it's voters that voted for it in 2008.

Why would AAP capturing Cong vote matter to Cong? AAP is essentially an extension of Cong. With people like Yogendra Yadav, Aruna Roy, and other NACxalites in charge do you really expect Cong to be in emergency mode? Congress knows that in it's present avatar it can't do sh*t which is why it sends some of its members to help form new parties with some uber coolie message. Typical virus behavior. Sometimes we read too much into these sec-leftists cutting into each other only to be surprised when elections come around they act like a bunch of 5 year olds eating pijja together at Chucky Cheese. This AAP is as treacherous as the queen wh*re who birthed it.

Well after reading the confessional mail from Tarun Tejpal, the sex predator, it is clear that his goose is cooked now. That evidence is going to go against him. With corroborating statements it would be tough for him to go anywhere but jail. I wonder why Goa Police has not arrested him despite all this amendments in criminal laws.. He cant even get anticipatory bail. If he gets then I would think courts are party to such games with women and charge against ex Sc justice is nearer to truth than one would like to think of. Go police has issued Exit control notice (ECN) so he cant jump India.
