I have never seen such a close election in India. Seriously never. There are 15 seats with less than 1000 vote diff and about two less than 100 vote diff. CG can go anyway.

not completely- BJP barely scraped thru. The damage was more for congis though.
It should have been somewhat like Rajasthan or MP results but was blunted.

This one BJP would have easily lost had they not changed Vijay Goel to Harshavardhan ji.

I could even see raj babbar in some channel.

CG seems like india was 137/6 chasing 225 and MSD & Ashwin are staging a rearguard action.

AAP will cry foul for sure. It can be sold but no so cleanly.

Not talking of 5 yrs later. Talking of 2014 .. won't BJP get into bad files of Delhi janta at least??
Add to that the fact that AAP might spread out of Delhi for 2014 .. they will take such a 'backstabing charge' to outside Delhi too.

for AAP to spread out of delhi, they will need effective state level faces ... right now they have 1 face. how does it scale up with no local cadre in so short a time? or do they have revolutionary cells in urban india all over place ? I have not delved into their org much.

Chattisgarh is going to keep some of us awake. It is what the political junkie asked for, it is what the TRP hungry media asked for. 2 states still tough to call. It could be 2-2. jinkx. jinkx.

AAP - The Manchurian turned sour has some good candidates. Forget the leaders, and if they seriously work they can give a good opposition to BJP. They have to deliver this time. Especially the Yamuna cleanup. Large scale Dengue fever in Delhi etc.

NaMo's entrance saved the day for BJP. And the elevation of Harshavardhan. Until then, AAP was trained at BJP. But, with the entrance of NaMo and Harshavardhan, AAP couldn't damage BJP, so it went against Kongis and others.

Basically, NaMo succeeded in his agenda: Kongi Mukth. Dilli is already kongi mukth. :D

Hoping and praying for 4-0. Shree Maathre Namah!!!

Not a great spread but I think they will make a start in Metros and Tier I-II cities.
AAP doesn't have full time and well organized cadre in large numbers even in Delhi. We know what happened.
People have been playing with all our analytical theories like anything. :)

Seriously, for a moment I was tempted to pull out the map and search for MSD and Ashwin as some region of Chattisgarh. Damn you.

It can show that AAP can't hold on to its elected guys, so voting to them is useless.

------
Singha saar,
AAP can ally with NGOs and similar minded parties in other states(like Lok Satta in AP). Now, its either BJP or third front(as we have been saying for long time). Media is going to play up the possibility of third front.
