If no successor is announced,as "Grosse Admirer" (of his dhoti ) St.Scamthony is too busy electioneering in his native land, GOC (God's Own Country),the new dispensation should bring back Adm.Joshi as chief,as he resigned in protests against the dereliction of duty by Scamthony. In fact, there should be an inquiry -a special court to try Scamthony for treason.

Stratfor in a piece said that the US's key priority was domination of the seas around the world, and preventing other nations ,especially those in Asia from building up their own strong navies. This fits in perfectly with Scamthony's deliberate suppression of the IN's sub fleet, surface fleet, etc.,weakening the IN considerably against not just Pak but China too.
