Ananth Kumar who have won 5 times from same constituency and done zilch for it need to loose.

What should he have done,its an honest question.

Though I am not an Anant kumar admirer,its people like Anant Kumar who built BJP in south KA,when the party was an unknown entity(well almost) in the linguistic south.Is the above statement correct? nageshksji might know better.

As an MP, his performance has been decent, but not great. He did get several projects sanctioned for Bangalore South, and has used his MP funds honestly.

He built up the party, particularly in rural Karnataka. The social base that underpinned the BJP victory from 1998 to 2008 was LiBra (Lingayat-Brahmin). The man who was principally responsible for rallying the Brahmins to the BJP cause, particularly in rural Karnataka, the man who was the Brahmin face of the party, was Anant Kumar. He built the organisation that is still standing the BJP in good stead.

His problem was that he got greedy and started playing the old nepotism game (but to be fair, Yediyurappa is equally guilty of the same). His joining LKA (and becoming one of the D4) to fix Yediyurappa has rubbed many people wrong, and they wish him gone. But his departure will be a serious loss to the BJP. I hope he does not lose. He is infinitely better than all other options in Bangalore South, certainly a scum like Nandan Nilekani.

south blr has lots of parks, underpasses, decent power and water, metro, new malls.....even the messy situation around putenahalli lake has been cleaned up with drainages and roads.

things have been done for south blr. its east blr (ORR & whitefield) that has taken short end of stick in terms of civic infra. BTM/jayanagar/basavanagudi/JP nagar have far more politically and business influential people than east blr mainly just salaried serfs.

Ananth Kumar has his history but he is standing against the Manchurian Candidate Nilekani. Ananth Kumar deserves ALL the help possible. Moreover it is another seat for NaMo.

IMHO, they are public figures hence do not enjoy the same protections as a private person. These pictures were most likely taken when they were in public and not in their private residence. Also these may have been pictures released officially by I&B ministry for propoganda purposes to News outlets hence their use is not protected. again all this is my opinion and I ain't lawyer.

Politicians are public figures, their images appear in every magazine, newspaper daily, only few images have exclusive rights e.g. getty image with their watermark.

BLR South: Ananth Kumar might loose. There are lot of folks in BJP who want to see AK defeated.The father and son Congress MLAs of Govindrajnagar and Vijaynagar constituencies are solidly behind Nilekani. Congress MLA from Chickpet has been given a lot of money by NN and is supporting NN. Added to this, ex-BJP MLA from Chickpet wants to see AK defeated and is helping the cause. Basvangudi, Jaynagar, Bommanahalli and Padmanabnagar are the only positives for AK. Lingayath community see him as the main culprit behind Yeddy's downfall, So lot of old generation lingayath's from BLR South will not vote for him. Only saving grace is the Modi wave which might bring him close to fighting chances. NN is also putting a lot of effort and money on campaigning.

BLR central: I feel that BJP is not campaigning hard enough in BLR central. BLR central will be a close fight since congress is putting a lot of money and effort in slum areas. 4 out of 8 constituencies of BLR central (Sarvanagar, Shivajinagar, Chamrajpet and Shantinagar) have huge population of minorities and have elected a minority MLAs. PC Mohan can only win if there is consolidation of Hindu votes.

BLR Rural: Congress. Brother of DK Shivkumar will win easily.

BLR North: This is the only seat I am confident that BJP will win in BLR.

AK on any day is better than NN especially in these elections where I would support even SS and LKA. It donesn't matter who the candidate is, as long as it helps Modi ji in becoming PM, he/she has my support. This is the battle of the life time, Our moment to take stand and turn the tide of EJ/Islamist. Years later when we will look back at this moment, We all will know where we stood and with whom.
I dont know AK personally but I know he is a better candidate than NN anyday. Cong must be decimated to save cong.

Shale gas is expensive but over supply has created low prices for consumers in US. The usual demand/supply dynamics. I think the US domestic prices are below the international prices.

Rahul never did MPhil in Cambridge, EC must cancel his nomination: Subramanian Swamy

Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Tuesday filed a complaint with the Election Commission against Rahul Gandhi alleging that the Congress vice-president had committed ‘perjury’ regarding his educational qualifications.

“Rahul Gandhi claims that he is a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in development economics from Cambridge University. But he has to produce his certificate,” Subramanian Swamy said speaking to NiTi Central.

Subramanian Swami said the Gandhi scion had registered himself as ‘Raul Vinci’ in the University of Cambridge. But Rahul is not an MPhil from the British University, he said.

“Rahul must produce his certificate. Else his nomination should be cancelled on charges of perjury,” he said.

This will be fun. Got to admire SS for his entertainment.

bangalore central will go to pc mohan.it has always been the case.every time we expect him to loose but he somehow manages.the trick is concentrate on selected assembly constituency to get full hindu support. In rest of the constituency, get above average votes. the campaign is on full force in constituency where he can poll more than 50 percent votes

It is clear by now that the entire Anglo-Saxon west is unusually interested in this elections and decisively against NaMo and in favor of anyone other than NaMo. This is quite alarming. West is suspecting that the entire leverage that they earned over many decades might vanish. They are hell bent on keeping that leverage.
Islamic nations are anyway not going to be happy with NaMo Led India.
Not sure how NaMo is going to handle this onslaught both internally and externally.

big cahunas and conglomerates karporate world corruption has big big loopholes right off the legal shelves of US constitutions. health care is one area which is $300b profit making out of just fear psychosis alone.

gas industries are the same.. they destroyed GM's electric venture that came out some 20 years back.. quitely though. oil nations are behind automative companies to deny r&d in advanced technology that denies oil oppty.

now, texas shale gas has gone big! phuckers whereever they dig in texas, they get oil! if you had owned a home in texas and right over oil rocks, you are rich.. the check on your mail box would have 6 zeros at the minimum. no jokes! all real!

oil companies will not allow prices to go down, and will do so only if they think they lost control of the oil production.

Well from his affidavit it is clear that he has done Senior Secondary in 1989 , BA from Rollins College Florida 1994 and then MPhil ( Development Studies) fro trinity College Cambridge 1995 without doing in between Masters. Is it permitted under US education System? And what he was doing between 1989 to 1994?
