More than ministers, we need the vision and ideas for each of these.

Modi already put Economic vision out today. Hopefully he will have similar ideas/vision for others too including education.

More than Jailtely, I trust people like Khanduri who can be honest and deliver (remember GQ project)

If true, this is phenomenal BJP expecting 10 seats in West Bengal

Going by volunteer reports & rally crowd sizes, even if they dont get 10, BJP is seriously eating into Mamata's voteshare

NN if he had contested as a independent (he had no need for congi money) and declined to take the sikular support of "intellectuals" would imo have much more going for him vs Ananth Kumar. but I guess he had some obligation to congis being appointed as head of UIDAI and enjoying support of PMO/10jpath.

GD sir,
Don't get confused. Wisdom starts when there is no maya, i.e you understand things in the right way (even if you cannot do anything about it). As MMS was groomed and before hand known to have led Indian govt, he did lead Indian govt after Indic parties lost the 2004 election. He was no Sonia's MMS and was no accidental PM, he was a Manchurian candidate or a Trojan horse (or you can pull a better metaphor). Similarly NN is same for 2014 as the old one MMS has lost all credibility and marginal utility. God forbid, if BJP/NDA looses 2019, you know who will the PM. We are no better than our neighbor to the west, where PM candidates are decided somewhere else, in fact few of them have not been its citizen. That's how pathetic it has become. Let NN greatness or anything cloud your judgement. He is a Bhisma/Drona/Karna standing in Kaurava army (I.e. with Adharma) so he needs to be slayed, their individual righteousness notwithstanding.

NN's hamartia (fatal flaw- increase your vocabulary 8) ) is same as MMS. They enable Congress corruption while putting on a clean face. So don't be fooled.

While there are lots of valid concerns on EVM 'magic' I think posters should put things in perspective. While it makes for excellent CTs, the fact is that there is no conclusive proof of it actually happening. As has been pointed out by other posters that technically and logistically it is very difficult to pull off. On the other hand there are various types of electoral fraud other than EVM magic taking place in every election including the ongoing one. Its happens in a massive scale, everyone knows that it happens and almost all political parties indulge in it some way or the other. I have just listed down some of them:-
-Giving illegal immigrants voting rights: BDs settled in almost every corner of India. In some areas in significant enough numbers to tilt the electoral results.
-Bribing voters: Happens everywhere, especially in slums of the cities and areas where moneybags like Reddy bros, Jagan etc are contesting.
-Threatening voters to either vote for a particular party or not vote at all: Latest example of this being Ajit Pawar episode and of course the boycott calls given by maoists, separatists and the like.
-Removing electors from rolls: From time to time names are removed summarily from the voter list, sometime allegedly targeting certain sections. Think Pune.
-Voting multiple times by the same elector(You can call Mr Pawar for more info) and/or on other electors name, people who have move out or deceased
While I don't deny that we need a better system than the current EVM process the other types of voter fraud that are happening have become so common that we have begun to accept it as a part of the process. The Multinational Elite Men, CIA, Dienasty, your local politician etc don't need EVM magic to swing the election result in their favour.

The day he wore the skull cap and talked about reservation in private sector he lost all credibility. He should have campaigned as an industrialist and ended up coming out as a congi stooge and sellaway of all principles.I bet even Narayanmurthy would have not voted for him!
As I thought he was supposed to become a ManmohanVer2.0 for UPA3 but hopefully it flopped and he should learn a lesson that you cannot fool all the people all the time.

"I hope I will get all sorts of cooperation from West Bengal chief minister in solving the Singur tangle. Not only Singur, I hope I will get cooperation from the state government in creating a conducive atmosphere for industrialsation in the state. Hope Trinamool Congress will not indulge in votebank politics on the question of development of the state", he said.

On the Nano project, he said, "I gave land to the Tatas when they were in trouble. But I had some guilty feeling towards West Bengal because it was not my intention to deprive it (of the project). "Now when I am thinking of the development of the entire country coming out of Gujarat, I have a thought on Singur also," he said.

...
Modi said, "Whatever Mamata Banerjee says about me, I will not make any personal comment against her. On the other hand, I will give a guarantee that the state will not be deprived in any way as far as far as development is concerned. Whatever be the political differences (between us), Centre-state dispute should not be there".
It looks like NaMo and team are pretty confident of the final outcome. It's not "If I become the PM...". It's more like "After I become...".

If am not wrong the LED lights are on the left side and so are the party/candidate symbols with the buttons being on the right side. OR do they use different models?

Here are the revised numbers for the three urban Bangalore constituencies:

Bangalore North: 56.47% (2009 -- 46.47%)
Bangalore Central: 55.70% (2009 -- 44.55%)
Bangalore South: 55.69% (2009 -- 44.74%)

The average increase in voting is 10.7%.

In sharp contrast, the fourth Bangalore constituency witnessed a higher turnout, which tells its own story:

Bangalore Rural: 68.80% (2009 -- 57.92%)
