http://www.deepika.com (Malayalam daily) says:-
1. MB Rajesh (CPI(M)) won at Palakkad/Palghat
2. CN Jayadevan (CPI) won at Thrissur/Trichur

EC web site how ever still shows them as leading.. only. So looks like Media is relying on non-EC sources to get the updates.
