Yes. Cases have been registered. Two college magazines (both from Thrissur Dt.) had very rude comments about Narendra Modi. . In social media commies and "seculars" like SDPI first congratulated the brave SFI folks who came up with these magazines. And when cases got registered and arrests began the same gang started abusing the Kerala C.M Ooman Chandy.

GURUVAYUR: The police on Sunday arrested nine SFI students of Sreekrishna College in Guruvayur.
Arrest is made following complaint made by Hindu organisations and Congress outfits for using "objectionable and unsavoury" language against Modi, garbed in the guise of a cross-word puzzle.
Other politicians defamed are Kerala chief minister Oommen Chandy, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, party MP Shashi Tharoor as well as spiritual leader Mata Amrithanandamayi.
Student editor Vibin Raj, sub-editor P K Shihab, editorial members V A Ashiq, U S Sajil, Lenin Vishnu, Sahil, Girish, Alwin K Benny, K S Sanoop and N P Sajib were arrested for using objectionable language against Modi in the journal. They were later released on bail.
Police said the remaining three accused, chief editor and college principal D Jayaprasad, staff editor Santhosh and advisory board member P G Subindas, would be arrested soon. The college magazine titled 'Name' had used Modi's nickname 'NaMo' as a crossword clue with the purported solution 'NAyeente MOn' (s.. of a b....).

Not to derail the thread - This Guruvayur Sri Krishna College; it has the Guruvayur Devaswom Board (the equivalent of Muzrai Dept. in other states) as its managing body. Let us see how this case proceeds. This can also be used to test the resolve of the local BJP "leaders" to see the case reaches its logical conclusion.

There was this debate about how to identify Indian bengali muslims from BD muslim inflitrators. zimble i say. follow the money... Also wonder what accounts for the high amount of remittance to Pakistan from India. Doubt if we have any large scale Pakistani infiltration issue that is going on under the radar given all the attention on the western border? Highly unlikely for us to have more Pakistani immigrants than Nepalis. Or is it indicative of smuggling / hawala / other illegal practice

I gave a newspaper advt in jan-2012 on how Bangladeshis can be seeked out --- follow the cellphone call logs. A person who is having too many outgoing and incoming calls is Bangladeshis. And ISD call be recorded by policemen and also heard without court orders. That will be sufficient. Conformation can be done by Jurors by DNA tests with their relatives in bangladeshi and narco-test of Bangladeshi in public.schinnas wrote:There was this debate about how to identify Indian bengali muslims from BD muslim inflitrators. zimble i say. follow the money...
Expelling Bangladeshi 95% infiltratirs without harming refugees is a mahaa-trivial task - can be done by mere Rs 200 crore . No fence and hoo haa is needed. The point is --- ABV, Sonia etc never wanted to expel BDites. Which is why even Universal National ID system which can come in 1 year, didnt come till date.
Lets see what difference does NaMo make.

Brother fights for sister sold to an Arab family in Kuwait: Exclusive
thenewsminute.com | Jun 17th 2014
Like many below average families in Kerala, Selestina thought that a ticket to the “Gulf” would bring about some difference to her family’s plight.
In Wayanad district of Kerala, Johnson is struggling to bring back his sister home. Forty two year old Selestina, who left for Kuwait in March 2014 was sold off by an agent to an Arab family for two lakh rupees, Johnson says. The family is desperate as they believe that she is being physically abused by the Arab family she works for. '
Back home her husband George Manuel works as a construction worker. Manuel’s income was not sufficient to run the family. Especially because of the three children they have, two mentally challenged and require special care, schooling and attention. When an agent Kochu Teresia, also a relative, offered her a job in Kuwait as a househelp, she took it readily.
Like many below average families in Kerala, Selestina thought that a ticket to the “Gulf” would bring about some difference to her family’s plight.
Speaking to The News Minute her brother Johnson says that she did not go to Kuwait to make heaps of money, she went there to bring her family out of poverty. But their newly found hopes came crashing down when Selestina called her family and informed them that she has been “sold” to an Arab family by the agent and her driver.
Johnson says that she was cheated. “The agent told her that she herself would pick her up from the airport. But instead she sent a driver, who sold her off to the Arabi”, he says. “I only spoke twice to her after she reached, she does not have a phone to call us. She said that she is not allowed to sleep more than two hours a day, they give her a roti at night and she has to just subsist on that?”, Johnson is puzzled.
For this poor family from the high ranges, the whole issue is turning out to be emotionally draining. Two weeks ago, they filed a complaint in the police station, and to various ministries.
When The News Minute contacted the Sub-Inspector of the Kambalakadu police station, where Johnson filed a complaint two weeks ago, all he told us was that they have to contact the Embassy. When we asked him about the progress of the he said: “There is no progress, we have to contact the Embassy there. The investigation is still going on”.
Johnson also says that on June 5, the driver who “sold” Selestina contacted him from Kuwait. He told Johnson that she will return to India only if the family paid him one lakh rupees. Johnson immediately informed the police station about the incident, but that was it.
Clueless about what he should do next, Johnson says the family does not have money to bring Selestina back. “We did not receive any money to give back in the first place. All we want is our sister. Everyone is telling us to settle the issue by paying them two lakh rupees, but where do I get the money from, and whom do I contact? The woman who sent her there is not responding to us” he asks.
Tired of the wait Johnson is on his way to Thiruvananthapuram to try and meet the Chief Minister personally. “I will tell him that I want my sister back. I will tell him that we do not have any money, but I want my sister back”.
Selestina’s story is not an isolated one. Many women from Kerala go to Arab countries harnessing hopes of a better tomorrow. But what awaits them there is beyond their control.
Sadly, there is hardly any system or laws in place to keep track of their well-being once they are abroad. These women go through what could be classified as bonded labor and slavery according to Indian laws.

Gang sells stolen mobile phones after erasing IMEI numbers, get busted
The Bangalore police have arrested four persons for allegedly purchasing stolen mobile phones and reselling them after changing the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) numbers of the phones using a new commercially available software.
The four persons who have been arrested are Tannu Pasha (32), Haneef Seth (28), Shabaz (24), Ravi Prasad Punja (47), Udayakumar (23) and Mohammed Hasib (24).
The police typically use the IMEI number of cell phones to trace missing or stolen devices. But a group of people were using a new commercially available software called Pendra to erase the IMEI number and fix a new number to sell the stolen phones again, police commissioner Raghavendra H Auradkar said here on Tuesday.
“Our police team headed by sub-inspector P B Kiran gathered information about the gang and managed to nab them. “We have seized 66 mobile handsets, four computers and four boxes of Pendra software,” Auradkar said.
The Upparpet police have registered a case about the crime and arrested the accused persons.
The accused Ravi Prasad Punja and Mohammed Hasib are owners of mobile phone shops and the remaining four accused persons are employees in different mobile stores in the old city parts of Bangalore.

GUWAHATI: Assam government today said it has opposed a proposal from the Centre to give visa-free entry to Bangladeshi nationals below 18 years and above 65 years of age.
Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi said in a press conference here that the Narendra Modi government has sent a list of proposals to the state government this month seeking opinion on the same.
WTH is going on? Who is mooting these kind of nonsensical proposals from the government? Or is it a fake news?

Re: Internal Security Watch
WHEN the central govt. issued such a directive, would clearly prove who is messing things up. Assam AFAIK has an INC Govt. in place. This order may have come from the previous INC-led "Central" Govt. Now a pliable state government is bringing this up, with an implied meaning that the current Central Govt. (BJP-led) is behind this. Central Govt. ministry dealing with this should clearly put this back in Assam's Govt. court, and ask them to come up with dates etc.muraliravi wrote:GUWAHATI: Assam government today said it has opposed a proposal from the Centre to give visa-free entry to Bangladeshi nationals below 18 years and above 65 years of age.

Re: Internal Security Watch
The systematic attacks/murders of BJP leaders in UP is a very worrying occurrence. The media reported today that in TNadu,a Hindu Munani leader, who was non-controversial, was murdered in Chennai which led to some communal disturbances in the city, where both a mosque and small church were allegedly attacked.State police are reportedly expecting more "jihadi" attacks.TNadu is rapidly becoming a major centre for jihadi activity ,spurred on in recent times by the ISI operating out of Colombo.
It appears that this is a concerted effort by outside agencies to put pressure upon the new govt. ,eliminating its leaders and parivar leaders,so as to engineer communal disturbances which will paint the new govt. as being incapable of maintaining law and order. At the same time ,it was also reported that AlQ has been circulating a video in J&K with a view to exacerbating the situation there ahead of local elections.
Tye GOI must revamp the HM and increase massively humint resources apart from electronic intel to counter the expected surge in terrorist activity against the Indian state and ruling party.

BJP also is to blame by not putting any pressure on her. Even during the campaign time, there were murders of hindu activists in TN, but they went soft on her. Now again same story. I suggest the MHA and PMO office rap her on her knuckles and ask her to investigate the murder, the chennai railway station attack etc.. instead of doing drama everyday.

The bigger question is what are they doing to prevent it?
Just cry wolf?
So far NIA track record is negative.
The folks in NIA should re-examine their loyalty oath when they joined the police forces. They have not protected one single citizen of India nor brough one criminal/terrorist to justice. All they do is cover up Congress hit squads who terrorize Indian citizens.
Eg Patna blasts before elections.
Arresting some abdul is not enough. Take them to trial and have them sentenced.

NIA was created by PC to pretend he is doing something about terrorist attacks from IM. So they rush in take the evidence and ghyab it to prevent true source.
IM is Congress NSA module.
Take Doggy and give him brain mapping.

Re: Internal Security Watch
Perhaps we should write to the PMO @ Modi. Let there be a neutral evaluation of NIA and its performance so far. Especially in taking cases to logical closure. If it has not done a good job (which I feel is the case), this organisation should be disbanded. Many of its officers cadre are on deputation from state police forces. Revert them to their mother forces and close down the shop.ramana wrote:NIA was created by PC to pretend he is doing something about terrorist attacks from IM. Malegaon blasts: ATS says it has evidence against 9 Muslim men
June 23:
The Anti Terrorism Squad of Maharashtra police today opposed the discharge applications of nine Muslim accused arrested in the 2006 Malegaon blasts case.
The court had directed ATS to submit its say on the discharge applications, after one of the accused belonging to a right-wing Hindu group demanded that court seek replies of CBI and ATS on the issue.
The National Investigation Agency, which took over the probe from other agencies at a later stage, has exonerated these Muslim accused, and claimed that the blasts were in fact the handiwork of members of a Hindu extremist group.
The ATS, in its reply, said it had filed chargesheet against these nine accused on the basis of investigation into the conspiracy hatched by them, their respective roles and evidence of various kinds.
"The role of the accused was established on the basis of the samples taken from the spot and from the godown of the accused and their voice samples," said Pascal D'souza, Assistant Commissioner of Police, ATS, in the reply.
The evidence before the court was enough to frame charges against them, ATS said, adding that when CBI probed the case subsequently, its findings were "in consonance" with ATS' findings.
The next hearing would be in August.
The accused who have sought discharge are: Noorul Huda Samsudoha, Shabbir Ahmed Masiullah, Raees Ahmed Rajab Ali Mansuri, Dr Salman Farsi Abdul Latif Aimi, Dr Farogh Iqbal Ahmed Magdumi, Mohammad Ali Alam Sheikh, Asif Khan Bashir Khan alias Junaid, Mohammad Zahid Abdul Majid Ansari and Abrar Ahmed Gulam Ahmed. All of them got bail after the case was transferred to NIA.
Re: Internal Security Watch
So, the Malegaon blast suspects were all Hindus during UPA rule as per NIA and MHA ATS.
With the change of political dispensation at the center, and attendant ideological leanings, the suspects are all now Muslims according to MHA ATS.
It is the same MHA ATS of Karkare infamy that used to regale us with juicy tid bits every day as how and when they were terrorizing Col. Purohit and Sadhvi Pragya et. al.
Such investigation circus as above is possible only in a banana republic, not in a nation with a minimum sense of self respect. You cannot serve justice when your law enforcement arms have no credibility to begin with.
From a practical standpoint such flip flops ensures that ATS and such goon squads have no credibility

In case of NIA it is not a case of mere dereliction of duty.
They conducted themselves with malicious intent with sole aim of framing innocent people in false cases to build a phenomenon of Hindu terror.

And that is criminal offense (conspiring, worst letting go of actual perpetrators), dereliction is a lower bar. They should be hauled. That will also act as a deterrent to other officers who want to cozy with now out of power but still in loot Mafia family.
