Propagandu Headline In Paki -Paper : Sick resurgence likely , RAW tell Indian Govt

First , the source of the 'report' is suspect - The Newspaper's Correspondent :D

Second As one reader said "this is just hearsay and nonsense" :D
The Hindu quoted the report as saying that on June 6 in Germany, Sikh radical organisations such as Babbar Khalsa International (BKI-G) and Sikh Federation (SF-G) staged a protest in front of the Consulate General of India, Frankfurt.

“The event was attended by 8-10” people of Pakistani or AJK origin as well. “A few new Sikh families, which arrived from Portugal, were also seen participating in the protest.”

Statement By Paki Phoren Office Seem To Confirm Existence Of Multiple Power Centres In Pakiland

Pakistan 'asks' :?: India :D to adopt cooperative approach.........

Compare this with the ex Kammundu's recent outburst of "moo tor jawab daenge "

My conclusion: India should talk only to the real centre of power in Pakiland; everyone knows who that is . Bypass the civil admin. !

Apparently Mullah Omar death is all but confirmed. The new Taliban chief will be Mullah Mansour and deputy would be Siraj Haqqani. Both big Pakistan supporters

Mansour fella is Taliban's "aviation minister" and was involved in the Kandahar hijack.

Imran Khan Grilled (Like A Kabob) Over The Coals By A Paki Anal- ist :D

What was it all for Mr Khan?
TODAY Imran Khan owes the country an answer to this simple question: what exactly was all that sound and fury last August all about?
In the name of their grievances, they laid siege to the capital city for months and caused a totally unnecessary delay in the visit by China’s president, who wanted to announce $46bn worth of investment[*] projects for the country[/b].
[*] A.K.A. LOANS !
I refer to the massacre at the Army Public School, from which the PTI publically washed its hands with the argument that providing security at the school was not its job.
I refer also to the floods that have devastated Chitral,[*] the coverage of which has had to compete with the judicial commission report for space on the broadsheet and on the airwaves.
[*] And what about his fellow Pushtuns ( if he calls himself as one of them ) being displaced ( to put it mildly )by the so called army action
Let’s stop vilifying the only system of rule we have. Let’s work together to mend it. The PTI can start by doing its duties in KP province, and then turn to the electorate in 2018 with a story to tell.
Well said !

Pakistan Foreign Office Says That A Co-operative Approach  Is Required And Pointing Fingers Towards Pakistan For The Gurdaspur Attack is 'unhealthy'
http://www.dawn.com/news/1197346/gurdaspur-attack-pointing-fingers-before-probe-is-unhealthy-says-fo
Pakistan's Foreign Office categorically rejected the "baseless allegations" made by Rajnath Singh, Home Minister of India, in the Parliament, today.

"Pakistan regrets the unsubstantiated and unwarranted assertion [*]that those involved in the Gurdaspur incident of July 27, had entered India from Pakistan and believes that the home minister’s provocative comments are a threat to peace and security of the region," FO spokesman said.
[*] But then were not similar denials made when Kasab was caught after 26/11 :D

This is old (2013) but amusing, in his testimony to Congress, Daniel S. Markey suggests that the US follow the Indian (MMS) approach to Pakistan.
(PDF) http://docs.house.gov/meetings/FA/FA13/ ... 130319.pdf
With some modification, an Indian-style approach to Pakistan comprised of tit-for-tat and de-linkage could also work for the United States. Where Pakistan is forthcoming, as it now appears to be with Afghan peace talks, the United States should seize opportunities and pocket gains as they come. Where Pakistan disappoints, as it continues to do on military operations in North Waziristan, the United States shouldwithhold favors. Frustration along one front (such as Pakistan’s inaction on LeT or its continuing support of the Haqqani Network) should not necessarily hold others (like U.S. investments in infrastructure and education) hostage.

Sunday, July 26, 2015 - Lahore—The trade bodies from all over the country including small traders organisations, under the banner of All Pakistan Anjuman-i-Tajiran, have announced to observe shutter down strike on August 1, 2015 (Saturday) against imposition of 0.3 per cent withholding tax (WHT) on banking transactions by the Federal government. This was decided during the traders convention held at a local hotel. The convener of the convention and APAT central General Secretary Naeem Mir said that all trade bodies will, however, attend the meeting of Finance Minister called on July 27 and if talks are successful the strike will be called off.

Erdogan coming to Shittistan tomorrow. Could this visit be context of the coming Iran deal? Turkey has been conspiciously silent on Iran coming out in the open so far. I cannot see Turkey hapy with this.

Let me put it this way: If Iranians are becoming Persians, then Turks will become Ottomans.

ISLAMABAD (Online) – US Ambassador Richard G. Olson inaugurated the new building of the embassy in Islamabad at a ceremony, said a press release issued here on Friday.
Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Daniel F Feldman and the State Department Director for Overseas Building Operations Casey Jones, Pakistani government officials and foreign diplomats were also present on the occasion.
Bad, Good Sharif Duo not invited ; maybe, massa wants to keep a low profile on this juma- din :D
The construction on the building began in 2011 and it was completed at a cost of $85 million.
The new embassy building incorporates numerous features designed to protect the environment, including an array of solar panels, energy efficient lighting, and architectural sunshades to reduce heat in the building.[*]
[*]And it also contains the latest state- of the- art surveillance gizmos and high -tech spy gear

Me thinks the part about 4000/7000 marines is CT. A decent sized bunker would be part of any plan just for the embassy staff in case of unusual situations.

Ijaz Butt hits out at BCCI, says India not keen to revive ties
Former Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ijaz Butt has said that the present PCB set-up should stop wasting its time trying to organise a series against India as "it would never happen"."It is a waste of time. It is never going to happen because the Indian board is not interested in playing against us. They use the excuse of their government's permission all the time to not play us," Butt told PTI today.Butt, a former Test batsman and a controversial figure in Pakistan cricket particularly when he was PCB chairman from 2008 to 2012, was clear in his mind that the Indian board, BCCI, would not play Pakistan in December."The Indians playing us at an offshore venue is out of the question. The truth is they don't want to play us. When I was chairman we even offered to play our home series in India if we got to keep the revenues but they flatly refused," he recalled.Butt said that the Indian board's decision to not play Pakistan was due to the seething relations and bad blood between the two countries since independence."We may talk about friendship all the time, the fact is the Indian cricket officials have always tried to hurt us in every way possible. Ethically they owe us at least two home series but they will not play even now," Butt said.
He noted that for no other series does the BCCI needs to involve its government except for Pakistan.
"It is nothing but a delaying tool and our board should not waste their energy and time. Pakistan cricket has shown despite so many problems since the last few years that it can stand and survive on its own feet."
The former PCB chief pointed out that the Indians had shown their true feelings about Pakistan cricket and players by constantly ignoring them in the IPL since 2008.......

As I understand., the head of the good Haqqani was rolling in the mud already for a year and the head of the good taliban (mullah omar) was rolling in mud for a good 2-3 years. And this news comes out now. Something even the middle-order management of the haqqani network and the good taliban did not know.

Feel free to correct my misunderstanding or understanding.

Victimhood from the times of the Brophet!

If they know our true feelings, and they know about "hindu mentality", why are they still begging us for a series?

On another forum, kaalchakra wrote about the limits of Pakistani self-criticism:
“One can ‘criticise’ Pakistan, and promote ‘self-introspection’. But to not fall “beyond the pale” one must offer ‘solutions’ that call for at least one of the following three –

(1) more Pakistani military, to protect Pakistan against a rapacious India

(2) more Islam, to save Pakistan against the ill effects of Hinduism

(3) more Jinnah, to make Pakistan different from what Hindu/Gandhian leadership would want it to be.

The less a person buys into this living TNT as Pakistan’s universe of solutions, the more unacceptable/sell out the person becomes.”
I thought this crisply expressed insight worth propagating and preserving.

Correct. That apart, they have no intention of controlling all the snakes. When everyone belongs to some small group that is opposed to someone else, it is an advantage for the biggest of the groups to keep the others fissured and fighting. And on a deeper plane still - attempting to control all the snakes simply causes each group to expend itself - so each of Pakistan's multiple power centers control some territory to the exclusion of others. It's like multiple kingdoms.

Whichever way you cut it - Pakistan is not a normal state and it is totally stupid of India to continue with its slavish mentality of copying the US and UK and trying to treat Pakistan as a normal state. We need to break free from our own mental slavery and I am not at all sure the BJP has broken free from this international mental slavery that makes us treat Pakistan like a normal state. BJP and Mani Shankar Aiyer may be more alike than we like to admit. Pakistan is a special case and being next to us it behooves us to recognize it for what it is rather than what the world community tells us about it.

From the 'Such Gup' section of today's TFT:

url=http://www.thefridaytimes.com/tft/such-gup-96/]Splitting up[/url]
The buzz is that a famous Pakistani cricketer wedded to a famous tennis star from across the border, is trying his best to hide the fissures in his marriage. We hear they are close to splitting up and have been forced to keep the news from the press, on account of the recent Sri Lanka series. Apparently, the lady has made up her mind and will announce her decision soon.
What did she see in him to marry him in the first place?

X Posted from the “Pakistani Role In Global Terrorism” thread.

Washington Post discloses that Afghan Taliban head, Mullah Omar, was treated at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi, a fact that was raised by the then CIA Director Leon Panatta with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s then President Asif Ali Zardari (?).

Mullah Omar’s sectarian identity as a Sunni Mohammadden did not seem to come in the way of minority Nizari Ismaili Mohammadden sect who control Aga Khan University Hospital covertly providing medical treatment. Mohammadden sectarian identity it would seem is secondary to supporting violence against Non-Mohammaddens, Christist Americans in this case:
In early 2011, then-CIA Director Leon Panetta confronted the president of Pakistan with a disturbing piece of intelligence. The spy agency had learned that Mohammad Omar, the Taliban leader who had become one of the world’s most wanted fugitives after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, was being treated at a hospital in southern Pakistan.

The American spy chief even identified the facility — the Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi — and said the CIA had “some raw intelligence on this” that would soon be shared with its Pakistani counterpart, according to diplomatic files that summarize the exchange.

U.S. intelligence officials now think that Omar probably died two years later, in 2013, and Afghan officials said this week that he succumbed while being treated for a serious illness in a Karachi hospital, just as those earlier intelligence reports had indicated.
