Sunni Terrorist Fragments of Unstable Pakistan-Sept 05, 2015
Re: Sunni Terrorist Fragments of Unstable Pakistan-Sept 05,
IT is high time that there be a strong criminal investigation into MSA. He is a big time crook. Why can't the BJP and media go after him the same way that C-goons and its media have been coming after Modi?
And somebody explain to me why that turd, Sudheendra Kulkarni, is still a member of the BJP party? He needs to be booted out with a swift kick to his gonads.

Re: Sunni Terrorist Fragments of Unstable Pakistan-Sept 05,
Nothing surprising. I dont even feel anger anymore. These guys are brothers, really. Both of them hate the unwashed on both sides, and they are afraid of the bearded greens whom they shall appease at any cost.
This is what ruled us for 70 years. If not for a few lucky breaks (For ex: Well organized Armed forces that could produce and promote people like Sam Bahadur, one-off non die-nasty PMs like LBS who were really good tacticians etc) we would have been screwed.

Unfortunately for us, whether we are angry or not, they are Indians and we dont support two nation theory. So they have all the right to come back in.

Like an erudite poster once posted -- for the 30 pieces of silver they are willing to sell their nation, land, culture and dharma down into the jaws of extinction ...... It is sad and very frustrating that with all the data points available today people like MSA and others keep sticking to this tune of appeasement.......

No they are not Indians by any measure of the sense. And they have forfeited their right to come back in.LokeshC wrote:Unfortunately for us, whether we are angry or not, they are Indians and we dont support two nation theory. So they have all the right to come back in.

Pakistan to face balance of payment crisis in 2016, says Paki Business Tycoon
As noted elsewhere, the future generation of Bhooga Nangha and /or Madrassa educated Pakis are going to be saddled with a debt load which will be impossible to ever payKAARACHI:
Business tycoon Aqeel Karim Dhedhi has said Pakistan will face a balance of payment (BoP) crisis next year.
In an interview with The Express Tribune, the chairman of the AKD Group said the external sector of the economy is likely to come under pressure as soon as 2016 when foreign exchange inflows from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) stop.
Pakis as usual are going to be " propped up " by their 3.5 friends on the "excuse" of "too big to fail" argument; but the day of reckoning is becoming nearer and nearer“I foresee a BoP crisis because exports are declining and foreign direct investment (FDI) is nowhere to be seen. We should forget about achieving a current account surplus this year,” Dhedhi said.Finance Minister Ishaq Dar prides himself on building SBP-held foreign exchange reserves from just about $3 billion in November 2013 to almost $15 billion. Critics, however, point out that most of these reserves owe their existence to foreign debt“It won’t be wise to be overly bullish on the stock market. Retail investors should invest, but not use borrowed money. It will be dangerous to borrow just because credit is cheap these days,” he says

Citizenship programmes: High Net-Worth Pakistanis Buying A Safer Haven In Foreign Countries
assigned ensconed-under the false pretext of being a full-time student - to "manage all the accumulated loot" for future generations of his family
Dozens of high net-worth Pakistanis are buying citizenships of countries in North America and Europe every year as they try to secure a safer future for their families, away from the political and security turmoil at home, immigration consultants say.
Incorrect inclusion of INDIA (as above) commented upon by a Paki reader as below:.....following in the footsteps of dual-nationality seekers from the Middle East, China and India.
India is one of the countries who will never allow Dual Citizenship unlike many countries like Pakistan and Many more. India has a very strong Nationalism Factor and I know many Indians in USA here who will always want to live as Green Card Holder Permanent Resident rather than accepting US Citizenship and losing their Indian citizenship. Those Indians believes loosing Indian citizenship is NOT accepted any cost even though they don’t get US Citizenship. That’s really something to be looked upon.
That is why once they acquire passport( as an "insurance" for future trouble in their homeland) of UK, US, Canada they scoot back to Pakiland and "offer" their "expert services"; in their field ; in this class, you will find an Ex PM of an military dictator, Ex Home Minister of a PPP Govt, a "famous" La-whore based Fiction Writer, the "moderate" preacher/-container fame - ally of Kaptaan, and other second and third level luminaries of the Paki political scene. But Pakistan has dual nationality arrangements with only 16 countries, including the US, Canada, UK France and Belgium. To acquire the citizenship of any country outside this list, a Pakistani would have to give up his or her nationality.
Concerns should also include investigations into Ganja's foreign haven investments in Londonistan, where a member of his family has been permanentlyConcerns have started to emerge about the kind of capital these investment programmes are attracting, especially as governments struggle to battle money laundering and tax evasion.
But a money transfer agent said these schemes also allow tax evaders and those with ill-gotten money to get away. “Who knows how much has been accumulated in offshore accounts. And there is always some new way of making the black money white,” he said.

Will "ALL" include GUBO
ARACHI: The special assistant to prime minister on foreign affairs, Syed Tariq Fatemi, said that Pakistan is ready to hold dialogue with India on all outstanding issues. He called upon the members of civil society to continue nudge and push the leadership of both the countries to hold talks.
It is a reality that (Powerless) Nawaz desires cordial relations with India, he added.Speaking on the occasion, former foreign minister Khursheed Mehmood Kasuri said he has not lost faith in the common sense of the people of both the sides and things will hopefully move in the positive direction. He also appreciated the premier for taking initiative to hold composite dialogue with India.Addressing the gathering, former Indian diplomat turned politician Mani Shankar Aiyar said “Pakistan and India have very close human relationship and there is so much to encourage both sides to develop healthy and friendly ties”.He was of the view that hard political problems between Indo-Pak should also be solved.Addressing the seminar, former foreign Secretary Shamshad Ahmed Khan said Pakistan and India have to come out of the current mode of not talking to each other. He said that Indo-Pak relations are extra-ordinary, which need to be understood and the aspect of human relationship between the people of both the sides should not be forgotten.Senator Aitzaz Ahsan, Indian High Commissioner Dr. T.C.A. Raghavan and former Sindh governor Moinuddin Haider were also present on the occasion.

Modi Wave in Pakiland.

Few weeks back, on an election trail in Bihar, Indian journalist Shivam Vij in an article for Huffington Post India reported that in Darbhanga, north Bihar a Rajput told him that "there is a Modi wave even in Pakistan! Even in Lahore they want Modi…"
Thousands of miles away from Lahore a certain Rajput knows about the Modi wave in Pakistan and the pulse of the Pakistanis.
"No other Indian prime minister has had such an impact on India-Pakistan relations before. The day he was elected I predicted that he’ll create problems for Pakistan," screams a TV news show host.
"Modi is a household name in Pakistan, he’s more popular here than in India," tells Naveed a local shopkeeper in Lahore. "Why should we be against him? In fact he can bring in good business for us as well."
We, the people of Pakistan and Narendra Modi — the politician and the Indian prime minister — are in a turbulent relationship. As much we dislike the idea of Modi being called the "most powerful prime minister in the history of India", we still consider it important to keep a close check on his activities.
We’re well aware of who he’s taking selfies with, his yoga regimen, which designer suit he wore when he hosted Obama, which ‘friendly’ Muslim countries he’s been visiting (what information he got from them and used against us), how he pushed away the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and how he became teary-eyed when he spoke about his mother’s struggle.
Actually, we’re like that desi pesky mother-in-law who keeps record of all the wrongs of her daughter-in-law (read Modi), yet pretends she doesn’t care about her activities anymore and has no strings attached.
Indians ask us rather fondly, what do you think about our prime minister? The replies are usual: "We don’t see him in good light because he was the architect of Gujarat riots." "He is anti-Pakistan." "Modi doesn’t talk about Kashmir." They (Indians) argue that a lot of water has flowed beneath the bridge since 2002, and the perception is rather hyperbolic. They argue we Pakistanis are stuck in time.
Are we stuck in time or are we stuck with the word Modi?
We essentially don’t have an argument when it comes to politicians. At home we’re used to of blaming our politicians with charges of corruption, treason, incompetency and nepotism. We, the urban middleclass, don’t like the idea of a powerful politician calling all the shots. Let’s say we are accustomed to seeing a toothless political prime minister struggling to make his presence felt.
We root for the "boys" and look up to them in times of trouble. Inherently, we’re anti-democratic; when there is shortage of bijli we’ll blame the politicians and badmouth democracy.
Our disdain for Modi essentially stems out of our bias towards politicians and democracy. Our jealousy for the guts of the Indian democracy, where even an erstwhile tea seller, goes on to occupy the highest seat of power in the country. Our frustration over how the mandate of the majority political party is accepted and no one works through the judiciary or dharnas to derail the system.
While the political Indian prime minister gets to decide whether he wants to be friends or enemies with Pakistan, the political Pakistani prime minister finds it hard to sell home his idea of being friends with India.
In the run-up to the 2014 elections, section of the mainstream media and the Pakistani liberals wanted Modi to become the pime minister for they believed that only a powerful man on the top could take forward the dialogue process. Unlike, Manmohan Singh whom Pakistanis thought was too weak for the purpose.
Similarities were drawn between the two ruling Right-wing parties, PMLN and BJP, and the two head of governments, Modi and Sharif. How like any other man from subcontinent, both the PMs loved their mothers and both had an eye for business and trade. But the contradiction was seen in the powers of both.
It seems the obsession with Modi will continue in Pakistan till the time there is a powerful political prime minister (like Modi) who is permitted to work on his policies.
Till then, here we are in Lahore "waiting for Modi".

With Holding Tax ( WHT )imposed On Transactions- Announcement By FBR
Grand announcements, notifications, directives and other "buzz words" on paper are one thing, but to enforce (consistent) implementation is all together another ball game, which this artificial entity, for various reasons (incompetence, corruption, lack of sincerity / will power) is not capable of doing; for the time being, it will serve its purpose; remains to be seen whether it will make a difference ultimately
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has imposed withholding tax on "Pakistan Real-time Interbank Settlement Mechanism (Prism) transactions at banks under section 236P of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
No doubt, this measure has been reluctantly taken on the demand of the lenders who are keeping this artificial entity afloat ;To a query, Shahid Hussain Asad FBR Senior Member (Inland Revenue) Policy(Grand Title ) and designated Official Spokesperson of FBR told Business Recorder here on Sunday that the PRISM transactions at banks have now been subjected to withholding tax under section 236P of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. These banking transactions have been subjected to withholding tax through Income Tax Amendment Ordinance 2015.
Under the Ordinance, in section 236P, in sub-section (4), the expression "Pakistan Real-time Interbank Settlement Mechanism (PRISM) transactions or" shall be omitted, Ordinance added.
At present reduced rate of 0.3 percent withholding tax is applicable on banking transactions under section 236P of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. The Board has already extended time period for applicability of 0.3 percent withholding tax on banking transactions of non-filers up to November 7, 2015.

Re: Sunni Terrorist Fragments of Unstable Pakistan-Sept 05,
So, on the job grooming is very much in operation, as a result of the "successful US debut".ISLAMABAD: Within a year of its inception, the federal government has decided to expand the operations of the little-known Strategic Media Communication Cell (SMCC), operating out of the Prime Minister’s Office.
Set up with the special approval of the PM as part of the information ministry late last year, the SMCC has since evolved into a powerful unit, working under the watchful eye of Maryam Nawaz Sharif, PML-N sources told Dawn.
How can Abbaji " refuse" this small requestInitially, the SMCC was provided with a staff of 15 people and a budgetary allocation of Rs20 million for the current financial year.
But only recently, the information ministry sought the PM’s approval to increase the number of SMCC employees to 38. With this increase in staff, the cell requires another Rs20 million to meet operating costs.
High sounding "buzz words"; remains to be seen if Ms. Nawaz is indeed going to be "Ganja's secret weapon", as someone earlier predictedThis cell is mandated with preparing the annual media campaigns for social welfare projects, in consultation with various government and public sector organisations and will arrange bulk media buying on behalf of the government, according to the original SMCC summary approved by the PM.
But Information Minister Pervaiz Rasheed has a different view altogether. For him, the SMCC, which he said was still in its formative stages, would act as a bridge “between the academia and governmental policy making”.
So, how much more sychophantic than this can one get ? Nice to also know that good old nepotism is still alive in PakilandAn insider told Dawn that the cell’s entire staff had been recruited on her recommendation, even though some of its key members held academic qualifications irrelevant to communications.

"Peace Activists" want visa relaxation and free strolling rights in India.
Having the kabila in lahore i should now be able to just stroll into India when i wish.
"If visa norms are simplified, people will get opportunity to cross the border and meet each other and all the misconceptions about Pakistan will be cleared. But people in power are of the view that stereotypes should not be broken and that is why the norms are so complex," said Diep, adding that it took her eight months to get the visa for Chandigarh, despite being a known face in Pakistan.
Peace activism - ( Yes one sided from Pukistan)
We look similar and speak the same language. Peace activism is gradually getting converted into tourism . To attain peace between India and Pakistan, people need to rise above their religious beliefs," said Diep.
Beggars making Demands - as usual only in pakistan. The author happily twists historical facts to show Pakjabis as sufferers instead of being butchers and plunderers of Sikhs and Hindus. She said her team started out with Pakistani Punjab and gathered 1,00,000 signatures demanding visa relaxation because Punjab saw the maximum number of killings on either sides of the Border at the time of Partition. "If we had carried out the campaign in Sindh, Balochistan or any other region, it would not have received such a positive response as people of these areas have not been affected by Partition. We had submitted the signatures to Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and our next aim is to gather 5,00,000 signatures, but that would be done only after we submit 1,00,000 signatures to PM Narendra Modi," said the peace activist.
So what if these students will exhibit Pakistaniyat and indulge in killings in India.
Moreover, she said that when students from different countries of the world could come for higher education to India, why visa norms cannot be simplified for Pakistani students.

Re: Sunni Terrorist Fragments of Unstable Pakistan-Sept 05,
Pakistan’s nuclear program threatens the world, not just India
Should India revise its nuclear doctrine in the light of Pakistan’s deployment of tactical nuclear weapons? Unlike Pakistan, India considers its nuclear weapons as a deterrent against nuclear attacks and they are not Pakistan-specific. The label on a nuclear weapon, tactical or strategic, fired against India or Indian forces makes no difference to its consequences. A nuclear exchange, at whatever level it is initiated, will inevitably result in an all-out strategic exchange. To believe that either side would, in the fog of war, be able to limit the exchange only to a theatre level is a dangerous illusion.
It would, however, be reckless for Pakistan to believe that having a nuclear deterrent, even a full spectrum one, gives it the licence to use cross-border terrorism against India, without fear of retaliation.

I have a different take on MSA, MKB types - you need a shikhandi to do lungi-dances as a diversion, while the professional Arjunas wreak havoc. The Indian civvie/uniformed establishment lets these creatures loose, to please the bakis, but the core decision makers of any party are advised not to step out of line. Once some baki scheme to chisel out Siachen is foiled by the professional Arjunas, these trannys will erupt into a dance of angst, soothing the baki and their backers. India thus has its claims to "checks and balances" against "hawks". Such people are devoid of any dignity and they kind of like giving a handie to the bakis and cheenis, in exchange for coach-fare and kebab. So IMO, it is better to utilize them this way, without pay, than some kind of 50-cent model.

There is a joke in Washington D.C. about the Pakistani politicians and lobbyists: If you ask them how their country is doing, they will tell you how India is doing. If you ask them what is wrong with their country, they will tell you what is wrong with Afghanistan. If you ask how they can fix their country, they will tell you what America is not doing to fix their country. If you ask what future looks like for Pakistan, they will tell you how the past (starting from 1979) looks like.

Or maybe not much is going on in his political life so he keeps on going to Pakistan to indulge in some good old Pee-Pee contact and have some pictures published in the papers. For netas in India, getting your picture published in the newspapers is the end goal. Many a neta can be found with multiple papers in the morning to read what a particular reporter wrote about them and to look and marvel at their picture published. MSA seems to have realized that even notoriety is good publicity
Hnair-ji is right in his assessment, that assessment is more close to the truth than anything else. There are many colors to a big democracy, that incldues giving enough visas to the Pakjabis to tiltate them, allow some Pee-Pee contact between (Indian political Men and Pakistani wimmens), like the CONgi leadership has been doing in Punjab...
Ah, the multiple mysteries of democracy and the corridors of power that is Dilli.

Re: Sunni Terrorist Fragments of Unstable Pakistan-Sept 05,
That is the exact situation that I was referring to and hoping would happen.Falijee wrote:Ghulam Ali cancels Delhi concert, says he won't perform until relations with Pak improve
Getting the Message
A polite letter to the organizers to desist from inviting Pakis should do it. And Gulam Ali is the 'hate kafirs and love kafir money' bigot.
There are plenty of other nationalities and so many domestic ghazal singers who should get preference.
