There is a need for such a td. because in the last month there have been massive environmental disasters worldwide,floods,fires,tornadoes,etc.,apart from the devastating Chennai floods.Such disasters will impose huge financial burdens on some already poor nations apart from the developed world,and may lead to social unrest,etc. Nature is infinitely more destructive than man!

Part of the problem of this huge extreme form of climatic change is due to global warming,man-made,but also cosmic cycles which affect the Earth in sev. thousand yr. cycles.We have forgotten about such cycles and are very upper-pared fro what is to come,even worse disasters than before.
A few samples of what's happening right now.

1.Chennai floods: We know all about that.

2.UK floods in the north,Eng and Wales:
The UK is experiencing its Chennai moment in the north and Wales with even cities like York,Manchester and Leeds being affected.

Fire Tornado: California Sees Blazing Pillars as Wildfires Spread

Wind-whipped flames spawned spinning columns of fire known as fire tornadoes (or firenadoes) in southern California this week, heightening fears as officials battle wildfires that continue to rage out of control.Several firenadoes were caught on tape in and around San Diego, according to Vox Media.
The phenomenon occurs when heavy winds and raging fire collide. Temperatures in a firenado can reach 2,000 degrees, according to Vos.
