Close Clinton Ally Gave $467,500 To Wife Of FBI Official Investigating Hillary’s Missing Emails
Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who is a Democrat and a key ally of Bill and Hillary Clinton, gave $467,500 to the campaign of the wife of an FBI official who later led the probe of Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information.
According to an explosive investigative story by The Wall Street Journal, McAuliffe’s political action committee donated to the 2015 Virginia state Senate campaign of Dr. Jill McCabe, the wife of then-associate-deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe.
The WSJ reports:
The Virginia Democratic Party, over which Mr. McAuliffe exerts considerable control, donated an additional $207,788 worth of support to Dr. McCabe’s campaign in the form of mailers, according to the records. That adds up to slightly more than $675,000 to her candidacy from entities either directly under Mr. McAuliffe’s control or strongly influenced by him. The figure represents more than a third of all the campaign funds Dr. McCabe raised in the effort.
Dr. McCabe, launched her campaign in March 2015 and was eventually defeated by the Republican incumbent Dick Black.
Andrew McCabe was then promoted to deputy director, a role in which he had an oversight of the Clinton e-mail investigation.
The FBI released a statement reiterating that Mr. McCabe had “played no role” in his wife’s political campaign and was promoted to deputy months after it had ended.”

As per the charts, S&P is expected to correct by the end of the month. If it does, the stops will be pulled out and market will be forced to levitate. Fed has a meeting on 2 November, I think. In a falling market, the incumbent party looses. And as per experts, the market is at the moment lagging the real data of the polls by 2 weeks. Its all up in the air at the moment. Of course only IMO.Gagan wrote:Guys,

Strangely the site link is being attacked but not "Political science professor Helmut Norpoth" who has been getting it right for last 20 years, 5 times. And there are other colleagues of his who agree with him.
Plus he also points out that same polls got "Brexit" wrong. These are facts... these should be countered....

Nate Silver's statistical model at FiveThirtyEight is giving Clinton a 86.5% chance of victory, while the betting market is averaging 91%. But that is still is not 100% and unlikely as it may be, Trump could still win.Every mainstream media outlet in the country keeps saying Trump is losing badly. They say this as if it’s fact. And based on many polls, it does look that way.
But so did Brexit. That was the vote for UK to leave the EU. No one anywhere in the establishment…or media…or any major politician thought it would pass.
But it did.
I believe this is our Brexit. And I’m putting my money where my mouth is. I’m betting big on Donald Trump to win the election. Here’s why.
That being said, lets put this "but the Brexit polling was wrong" canard aside once and for all.
https://ig.ft.com/sites/brexit-polling/
^ Scroll down for a full list of polls.
Its quite clear that the race was a dead heat leading up to the referendum with a majority of polling over the last 30 days showing the Leave campaign tying or leading the race. Basically, the commentators & analysts may have gotten it wrong, but the polls got it right... mostly.
Same for the primary that Trump won. The commentators & analysts (incl. Silver) got it wrong but the raw polling was correct and showed Trump winning a plurality of likely voters (in a three horse race).

Professor Who Predicted Last Five Elections Says Trump Has 87% Chance of Winning
Helmut Norpoth still confident despite polls showing Hillary ahead
His voters will "get to blow up the whole God damn system"
Helmut Norpoth still confident despite polls showing Hillary ahead
Michael Moore: Trump’s Election Will be the Biggest “F**k You” in HistoryPolitical science professor Helmut Norpoth, who has accurately called the results of the last five presidential elections, still asserts that Donald Trump has an 87% chance of defeating Hillary Clinton despite Clinton being ahead in the polls.Norpoth’s model has correctly predicted the outcome of the popular vote for every election since 1996, including the 2000 race where Al Gore won the popular vote but George W. Bush took the presidency.
“It usually turns out that the candidate who does better in his party’s primary beats the other guy who does less well,” said Norpoth, adding that Trump’s margin of victory in New Hampshire and South Carolina compared to Clinton (who lost in New Hampshire) was crucial to his model.
The other factor is the “swing of the pendulum,” which makes it far more likely for a change of government if one party has been in power for two terms.Norpoth said he has gone “all in” on a Donald Trump victory and is sticking with his bet.
“There are also quite a few colleagues of mine who have a prediction that Trump is going to make it,” added the professor.
Many Trump supporters are now claiming that the media narrative that the election result is a foregone conclusion is a trick designed to convince potential Trump voters to stay home on November 8.A confidential memo allegedly obtained from Correct The Record, a Democratic Super PAC, reveals a plan to “barrage” voters with high frequency polls that show Hillary ahead in order to “declare election over,” while avoiding any mention of the Brexit vote (which completely contradicted polls that said Brexit would fail).Emails revealed by Wikileaks show how Democratic operatives planned to encourage “oversamples for polling” in order to “maximize what we get out of our media polling.” In other words, sample more Democrats than Republicans in order to make people believe that Hillary’s lead is far greater than the reality of a tight race.Norpoth’s forecast of a Trump victory mirrors what’s taking place in the betting markets, with British bookmakers William Hill revealing last week that 65% of all bets on the market have backed Trump to win the election, a similar phenomenon to what happened before the Brexit vote, where the polls were proven completely wrong.
His voters will "get to blow up the whole God damn system"

Trump finds unexpected support for Rigged Election claim: George Will is one of the most respected of old-style Republican columnists
(meaning I don't usually agree with him on anything)
(meaning I don't usually agree with him on anything)
“[Trump] sweeps all his grievances into one big puddle,” Will said. “He talks about the media, he talked about the primaries, he talked about the polls, he talked about the Republican National Committee.”
Will added that most Americans think of government intervention when they think of a rigged election, and believe past elections have been rigged by the IRS.
The Democratic fight against voter ID laws also does not appear to be innocent, according to Will.
“[Democrats] say, ‘Well that burdens the exercise of a fundamental right,’” said Will. “The Supreme Court has said that travel is a fundamental right. No one thinks that showing an ID at the airport burdens that fundamental right.”

It seems Hillary used a psychologist to provoke him in the debate. He self destructed.

The second one, despite blatant media bias. The media bias was also evident in the VP debate, where they totally failed to shut off the mike on the disgusting twerp Caine who kept interrupting and talking over Pence's time.
So I think all this stuff about HiC "winning" any debate is Goebbelsian. There was zero substance to her, and she was all slimy and evasive. DT's problem was that he was too busy landing small punches, and he had clearly decided ***NOT*** to try any substantive explanation or discussion of issues. That may seem very shallow to you or (a much younger version of ) me, but I've seen what happens when ppl try debating issues in the POTUS debates. Reagan-Carter 1980. Reagan-Mondale 1984. Bush-Dukakis 1988. In each of those "substance" was crushed, show and bluster triumphed. Dukakis was a jerk, he allowed himself to be torpedoed by the "Card-Carrying Member of ACLU" cr*p (er... whole point of ACLU is that one should **NOT** have to carry a card, unlike Bush's Skull&Bones Club..) and the "What will you do if ur wife is raped?" taunt. Kerry, Romney and McCain were deserving losers.
The phrase "sowing pearls b4 (the Debate-Watching Public)" comes to mind. Most ppl simply have no ability to pay attention and think about what the candidates are saying. So DT sticks to such deep statements as
We'll see around 8pm EST on Nov. 8 (or is it 10pm EST?) Given that 40% votes are supposedly being cast in early balloting, maybe the media will violate the guidelines and "project" starting at noon, I don't know. Catch Californians and Hawaiians as they are waking up..
would probably love his style. At least I thought he won ALL 3 'debates' and HiC self-destructed by her amazing level of dishonesy, shiftiness and nastiness (in my view) in each of those. Trump was absolutely observant when he said "She's full of hate!" - I was also thinking the same whenever she was not grinning her switch-on canine grin. Uggggghhhhhhh!Go ahead, make mah day!

How many POTUS candidates have had female campaign managers I wonder. Certainly none in my memory. If Trump wins, this is the Chief of Staff at the WHOTUS, the most powerful position in 'Murica.

Ulan Batori,
Your memory must be short then. Donna Brazile was Al Gore's campaign manager in 2000. She's both female and African American.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donna_Brazile
And Trump will lose in an electoral landslide. I know this will crush the scholarship on this forum but I sincerely think this forum has become bizzaro world, where up is down and left is right. At least it satisfies in providing daily amusement. Sane posters and sane posts long ago disappeared. Too bad!
