Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Me been sincerely trying to sympathize with UQs reg the latest '3 violent incidents' this night. It's hard.
Jihadi terrorists shouting 'this is for Allah' kill seven in knife frenzy at 'FIVE' locations in the capital: Hunt for men with 12in blades who began the rampage by mowing down revellers on London Bridge
Lest we forget, the Briturds encouraged, aided, abetted, sheltered, networked, worked, ghost-wrote and shadow-directed the entire ISI jihardon enterprise in pak in the late 40s.

Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Most probably pakis or connected with al bakistan. Will the pakis demand additional security for their kirkit team currently in UKistan?
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Is it to the point where anything that happens gets labeled as "terrorism" if a party involved is muslim? How about calling it a muslim violence?

That's it, I'm cancelling my business trip to Britain.
No travel advisories issued yet-I guess that's only for third world terrorism.

Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Well, Little Britain has a last chance to reform itself next week in the general election. It seems the acts of terrorism will likely strengthen the chances of Trisha Mai's party which has promised to reduce "net immigration to zero". That would ideally mean throw Pawkees out and bring others in.
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Frankly, I do not feel anything bad for the UK as a nation. I feel bad for the people died and their families. The evil UK did to the whole world coming back to haunt it. The stupidity of allowing its citizens to join Jihad in Syria and Libia is astounding. It only shows how the NeoCons continue their near absolute hold on Western nations.
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
So, is it pakis?
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
The COBRA team is probably figuring out weather to call them Pakistanis, South Asians or British Muslims.
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
What a sad incident in Britain last night, our hearts go out to the victims of this senseless attack. This is of great concern to all peace loving members of the international community. The incident comes amongst increasing tide of right wing nationalist extremism in the UK where Muslims have been openly harassed, denied the right to practice Sharia as required by their religion, and targeted for deportation for alleged sex crimes (the accused, all hardworking family men and immigrants of Pakistani descent have denied all charges and clarified that, in a nation with widespread teen alcoholism and teen pregnancies the allegations are unfair and biased and that the females involved were part of a conspiracy to corrupt Islam with loose morals). Britain has also been accused in recent times of genocide of Muslims in Iraq which included participation in the Abu Gharaib death camp and continues a bombing campaign in Syria that kills many innocent Muslims. The international community must come together to pressure Britain to begin peace negotiations with Muslim groups like ISIS and reach a lasting settlement where all communities are treated with dignity and persecuted Muslims have their god given right of following the Koran.
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
The distinguished Pakistani Briton Janab Sadiq Khan,Mayor of London, has said such terrorist incidents are part and parcel of modern life.It is important britons should not over react to such isolated incidents.Already we saw a wave of intolerance in britain last month when indiscriminate arrests were made targetting one peaceful community. Those arrests were disproportionate beyond normal policing. This targeting of one community violated basic human rights and was one of the worst excesses of post war britain. One hopes britain does not descend further into more intolerance and xenophobia violating human decency and dignity.
London is one of the last civilised cities of the world,an oasis of tolerance and refuge to the oppressed,a beaconlight for those fighting for freedom. It is imperative that UK continues to allow muslim refugees from ME who enrich this city and bring colour(those lovely black niqabs and burkhas!) and sound to the drab english capital.

Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Apparently of Mediterranean origin. Fascinating thing is this that even after Manchester jermeyn Corbyn's election has had a big leg up in opinion polls. What's the message from the electorate ?
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
What of Mediterranean origin Akshay?
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Mediterranean : not of Pakistani origin. They tend to be of Moroccan, Algerian, Libyan, Turkish or Albanian all cultures that tend to look down upon their South Asian brethren. Also they are easily radicalised into jihad that serves the neo-con agenda.JE Menon wrote:What of Mediterranean origin Akshay?
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Hari S is sadly spot on.The Brits encouraged these "martial" races of the Islamic persuasion to enter Braitain easily,so that their special "talents" could be used around the world ,giving Britain a finger in various pies/hot spots. Now,blowback, which took place a few years ago,is increasing in tempo and there is precious little that Britain can do about it as the means to kill have become so easy, automobiles and knives available anywhere. Britain fondly imagining that it still has imperial gravitas, willingly behaved like Uncle Sam's subedar, accompanying him on his global wars. With the thousands of timebombs already inside Britain, only waiting to be switched on at the opportune moment,V.sadly, the latest attacks will not be the end of it all.More will follow.

Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Yes was referring to the terrorists JE. Philip sir what martial races ? They can't fight for nuts. Problem with Brits is they are clueless about Islam, Shia vs sunna and also have harboured all kinds of criminals and terrorists from Khalistanis to Islamic terrorists. Can't even distinguish Indians and Pakis. And now Corbyn seems on the ascendency while at the same time racism and extreme right is also growing. Interesting.

Yes, Akshay, it looks like it's going towards an uncivil bar of words between the infrared and the ultraviolent
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
JEM there is a sick compettion between those of Pakistan origin and those from the Med-Levant in the UK to see who can commit the worst atrocities against women. Previously it was the grooming of girls in places like Rotheram (white English) or slough (Indian, Sikh)JE Menon wrote:Ah you were referring to the killers. The twin attacks in Manchester and now in London targetted moms and their daughters attending a concert and now young women enjoying the street-food festivals and clubs in the Borough Market which is a great place for food from all parts of the world. Targeting women seems to be redolent of the worst aspects of jihadist violence
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
police investigating if one of the attackers wore S vest..
Yes on spot..Brits are massively confused when it comes to differentiating between Indics and Pakis or MEs. Always feeling superior of their white skin any thing else is not worth understanding.
Some bhadraloks do have some understanding but they are far and few.. press non stop screams in head lines like 'Asian gang of robbers..' never Pakistanis etc.
Some far right like Tommy Robinsons who takes it to SM to clarify between Indians vs Pk was harassed so much by police in UK that he has fled into some other country in Europe.
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Rotherham was beginning other stories are coming out..
Fears of 'another Rochdale' as police probe 200 cases of child exploitation in West Yorkshire town where girl, 13, was raped by gang who 'lined up' and took turns to attack her
West Yorkshire Police investigating 179 child sex crimes and 165 suspects
Force says 100 young victims are being supported in Keighley and Bradford
Campaigners say that the true figure could be far higher than that
Asian paedophile gang who raped victim, 13, for year were jailed for 143 years
Ringleader and drug dealer Arif Chowdhury, 20, fled to Bangladesh to avoiing arrest already

Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Why are you all stopping at Pakistan..Every link actually lead to another country and that's Saudi Arabia. The kingpin of terrorism in the world. Even Pakis get their does of hatred from Saudis. Everything else is a creation of this Saudi State. Any terrorist incidents, indirectly will always lead to Saudi Arabia..even when one look at the source of radical ideology..that person or their teacher must have come from Saudi Arabia or Saudi linked mosques.Almost a large amount of their attacks are non-direct. Possibly other than 9/11 when Saudi hijackers took part. Other than that everything is done through their proxies.
Re: Indo-UK News and Discussion - April 2013
Why stop at Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia was created by and been since it's existence blatantly propped up and encouraged regardless of what it does, by the US and the UK. Without explicit US/UK support Saudi Arabia wouldn't exist, plain and simple. And this continues even though the US (and to a large extent the UK) does not need their oil (at least not for domestic requirements, though their oil majors make big profits off it).uddu wrote:Why are you all stopping at Pakistan..Every link actually lead to another country and that's Saudi Arabia. So you would have come one full comical circle
I think we are right to focus on Pakis since they present the clear and present danger to us. Without them the Saudi ability to create trouble for India would be very limited and easily negated. However, it is important as you said to understand all the forces at play behind the scenes.

#ASSAD TO #WION: You cannot talk about terrorism and Al Saud family as two separate entities.
#ASSAD TO #WION: The only mistake we made is that we believed that the West and countries like #Saudi_Arabia had values.

Hardly anyone feels bad for terrorist attacks these days and if they do they are lying. The next hour its all gone and forgotten, the death toll is almost like a match score, how many died, how many injured. done. I saw two back to back messages on a WA group one saying attack happened and the next is India Pak match still on? .Yagnasri wrote:Frankly, I do not feel anything bad for the UK as a nation.
