Dance Party In Islam - Abad ! Raided By Police .

Police raid dance party at Islamabad hotel, arrest 50
The Express Tribune
ISLAMABAD:
Police raided a hotel in G-5 area where a dance party was under way in the wee hours of Sunday and arrested at least 50 people. The orders for the raid were issued by Assistant Commissioner Capt. (Retd) Shoaib Ali. So, the members of the Paki Fauj- the eyes and ears of the "Paki Ideology"- is infested in every nook and corner of the Establishment !
Police officials said many men and women were dancing and playing music on loudspeakers and were also smoking tobacco and sheesha at the hotel. In the raid, police rounded up 34 men and 16 women and booked them for “obscene acts and songs” and for violating the amplifier and the tobacco control laws.
The hotel’s owner and manger were also been booked for abetting. However, all of them were released a few hours later on bail by a magistrate. After initial enquiries, and a few phone calls, it must have been revealed that the hotel owner and the customers were powerful people - and therefore released !
Campaigns against “social vices” are not new in Islamabad where Maulana Abdul Aziz of the Lal Masjid and its affiliated madrasa for women Jamia Hafsa had created groups of stick-wielding vigilantes for moral policing in the neighbourhood in 2007. They harassed citizens until a military operation had to be launched to stop them.

Gulbuldin Hekmatyar Behind Recent Kabul Attacks - Indian Journalist

Pakistan’s Two-Pronged Game in Kabul
By Anand Arni and Pranay Kotasthane on
Kabul’s tryst with terror seems never ending. The city was never really out of danger through the last two decades but the frequency, scale, and impact of the latest round of terrorist attacks is comparable only to the darkest days of the Afghan Civil War between 1989 and 1996. Now, there’s another common link between that tumultuous period and today’s chaos: Gulbuddin Hekmatyar. Though there is little to establish direct causation, but the strong correlation between Gulbuddin Hekmatyar’s return to Kabul and the spike in the attacks deserves serious attention. He has always been an "Agent Of Pakistan" , therefore this is not implausible !
Hekmatyar, known as the ‘butcher of Kabul’ for his role in causing the deaths of thousands of Hazara, Tajik and even Pashtun civilians in the past, has the worst human rights records of Afghanistan’s multitude of warlords. Apart from indiscriminate shelling that killed thousands of civilians in Kabul, his Hizb-e-Islami stands discredited for other ghastly acts such as the assassinating intellectuals, throwing acid on women, helping Bin Laden escape from Tora Bora, and facilitating Taliban’s presence in north-eastern Afghanistan. A primer on this "available for rent only commodity"
In the last few months, Pakistan appears to have segregated its political and military levers to destabilise and regain greater influence over Afghanistan. The military levers are represented by the Taliban and the Haqqani network. One reality that has become evident is that there is no one in the Taliban who could be acceptable as a leader in Kabul nor does Pakistan have confidence that the Taliban would not bolt once let out.
The current leader of the Taliban, Haibatullah Akhunzada, is little known and has been foisted by Pakistan to deny autonomy to the group. Together, the Taliban and the Haqqani network – both beholden to Pakistan – have made it clear that their endgame is not talks but conquest. Even though the National Unity Government (NUG) has tried several processes from Istanbul to Murree to Kabul, and has opened up the terms of the dialogue to include a number of wide-ranging issues, Pakistan has made it clear that this military lever will not be transitioned into a political one. In fact, the increase in attacks by Taliban is a nudge for the exasperated peace-talkers to look for players other than the Taliban. Pakistan wants a pro Pakistan and Anti - India Govt in Afghanistan nothing less !
His return was engineered by Pakistan and it is most likely that the US, Russia, and other international players had prior knowledge of this manoeuvre. For Pakistan, his return earns them some respite from the censure that it has attracted for not getting the Taliban to reconcile with Kabul and to forestall US pressure to crackdown on the Haqqani network which, a few months ago, seemed likely. Moreover, having a man in Kabul in whom they have invested so much and who is now cloaked in acceptable attire is the strategic victory that Pakistan has longed for. Has not come out in the open at his double game yet !
An Indian position on Hekmatyar’s return is yet to be articulated. Pakistan has appeared somewhat restrained in the context of Jammu and Kashmir despite the political turbulence there. Instead, it appears to have invested in creating strategic space across its western border where, on one hand, it has a Taliban faction that can be used for terrorising the Afghan population and on In one scenario, Hekmatyar will exercise some say over governance in Kabul and might even make diplomatic overtures towards India. In spite of his presence in Kabul, Pakistan will not be able to secure the one thing that it desires – Afghan recognition of the Durand Line.the other, it has a politically acceptable face in Hekmatyar who is being spoken of as a future leader of Afghanistan.
Hekmatyar’s comeback should ring warning bells for India because forces that rely on terror are on the ascendance in Afghanistan. And this is definitely what the Afghans do not want.

The mullah and the Pakhtun

According the author's theory, the Mullahs Of The Frontier Province have always been ridiculed by the mainstream Pashtuns , but later on were "encouraged" by the Paki Establishment (via the JIU and the JI) and this has own Pakhtun society forever !

Falijee wrote:Pakistan’s Population to Cross 306 Million By 2050: UN Report
According to “United Nations’ World Population Prospects (2017 revision)”, in mid 2017 the world’s population stood at 7.6 billion.
And it will grow to 9.8 billion by 2050, the report estimates. Not to wonder, Pakistan’s population by the time will hit 306 million mark, that’s some 33% more individuals than we have right now.
Paki Govt should enlist the help of the "game changer" CPEC to solve this "urgent" problem
Falijee Ji :
Clapistani Population - in Millions

1951 : 033.740, 1961 : 042.880, 1972 : 065.309, 1981 : 084.254, 1998 : 132.352

You will note that in the 20 Years Periods 1951 – 1972 and 1961 – 1981 the Clapistani Population has doubled.

Now that the Clapistani Health Services have improved the Clapistani Longevity, and in addition Three Clapistan have fathered 96 Children, it stands to reason in the Period 1998 to 2017 the Clapistani Population has also doubled from 132.352 Millions to 264.704 Millions. Let us take a Round Figure of 250 Millions. Thus say in the 33 Year Period 2017 to 2050 will at least DOUBLED TO FIVE HUNDRED MILLION i.e.500,000,000 - possibly 600,000,000!

At this juncture India must take note. When Muslims have a problem with their Muslim Government THEY MIGRATE TO NON-MUSLIM COUNTRIES.

As such India must build an Impregnable Barrier to keep the Clapistanis from entering India as they will overwhelm the Non-Muslim Indians! India can disregard such a development at ITS OWN PERIL!

Senator McCain's And Other Key Senators On The Armed Services Committee) Surprise Visit To Pakistan .

No regional peace without Pakistan, U.S. senator McCain says in visit
Reuters
U.S. Senator John McCain said on Sunday there could be "no peace" in Afghanistan or the rest of the region without Pakistan's cooperation, as he visited Islamabad ahead of a review from the United States of its Afghan war strategy. McCain, chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, met Sartaj Aziz, Pakistan's top foreign policy official, and also met army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa. "Our relationship is more important perhaps than ever before," McCain told Pakistan TV as he left the meeting. McCain, has always been pro-Pakistani ( and a war monger). It remains to be seen whether this Anti Trump Senator is going to sabotage Trump's pro- India stance or is is genuinely pressuring Pakistan to mend its ways !
U.S. President Donald Trump's administration is exploring hardening its approach toward Islamabad over Pakistan-based militants launching attacks in Afghanistan, two U.S. officials told Reuters last month. "We will not have peace in the region without Pakistan," McCain, who was accompanied by senators Lindsey Graham, Elizabeth Warren, Sheldon Whitehouse and David Perdue, said later. It appears to be a bi-partisan delegation ( republican and democrats ) from the component of the delegation .
Aziz, who is Special Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs because PM Nawaz Sharif holds the Foreign Ministry portfolio himself, said that the strategic partnership between Pakistan and the United States was "was critical to achieve peace and stability in the region and beyond". U.S. officials say they seek greater cooperation with Pakistan, not a rupture in ties, after the review the 16-year-old war in Afghanistan, due in mid-July, where some 8,800 U.S. troops remain to support the Western-backed government.
Pakistan last week also reacted sharply when the U.S. State Department on June 26 designated as a terrorist Syed Salahuddin, leader of the largest Kashmiri militant group fighting against Indian rule, accusing the U.S. of acquiescing to the wishes of visiting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. McCain recently also met in DC with an oversees MQM Leader who briefed him about atrocities carried against the Mohajir community !

McCain Spews Pro- Pakistan Line

McCain urges India, Pakistan to hold talks on Kashmir Issue
ISLAMABAD: The visiting US Congressional delegation led by Senator John McCain on Sunday urged both India and Pakistan to resolve the Kashmir issue through dialogue and asserted that peace in Afghanistan could not be possible without Pakistan’s help.
The delegation met Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz and discussed with him important bilateral issues, including terrorism, Pakistan’s relations with India and Afghanistan and regional peace. Other members of the US delegation were Lindsey Graham, Sheldon Whitehouse, Elizabeth Warren and David Perdue.
The delegation of US Senators meets with Sartaj Aziz. ─ DawnNews. Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua was also present during the meeting.
After the meeting, Mr McCain, Chairman Senate Armed Services Committee, while talking to the state-run PTV said that Pakistan had a significant role for establishment of peace and stability in Afghanistan. “Peace and stability in Afghanistan is not possible without Pakistan’s help.”
He said: “Kashmir problem should be resolved in a peaceful way through negotiations.” He has said these things before on his previous visits as well ! IMO,main question is whether this visit has the blessings of POTUS. ( McCain does not get along very well with Trump ) quote]
According to the Foreign Office, Senator McCain appreciated the contributions and sacrifices made by Pakistan in the fight against terrorism. He said that continued engagement with Pakistan, a close friend and ally of the US, was important. The US senators also praised the economic turnaround, as manifested by investors’ interest and confidence in Pakistan. They agreed with the need for the US and Pakistan to forge closer cooperation in confronting the peace and security challenges in the region and beyond. This is the version "announced" by the Paki Foreign Office . What happened in the private meeting between the two delegation may be entirely different . Pakistan has very few supporters in the US Senate; McCain appears to be one of them, and the Pakistanis know this !
Mr Aziz apprised the US delegation comprising prominent senators from both Democratic and Republican parties about Pakistan’s success in combating terrorism through Operations Zarb-i-Azb and Raddul Fasaad and informed them that the terrorist networks had been dismantled, their sanctuaries eliminated under the overarching National Action Plan. “The dividend of these policies is empirically verifiable,” he added.
“Pakistan look forward to constructive engagement with the United States on all efforts and initiatives that would lead to a stable and prosperous Afghanistan,” he said. He said Pakistan was also ready to strengthen and deepen its partnership with the US to counter the new and emerging terrorism threats, including the expanding footprint of the militant Islamic State group in the region. Nothing has been officially said about Pakistan's growing friendship with China , but this issue must have been raised by the Americans !

Deep State's " Honour And Dignity" AKA "Echendee" Takes " A Big Hit "

Pak intelligence officials 'angry' over Raymond Davis's memoir
AP
POSTED IN FULL
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan intelligence and security officials reacted angrily Sunday to the release of a memoir by an ex-CIA contractor, saying his 2011 acquittal in a high-profile murder case and subsequent return to the U.S. was an arrangement between Pakistan and the U.S., not among individuals.
Raymond Davis made headlines this week when his book exposed the alleged role of Pakistan’s former spy chief Shuja Pasha in quashing a murder trial against Davis by paying $2.4 million to the families of two men Davis killed while working for the CIA in Pakistan in 2011. The incident triggered a diplomatic crisis when police arrested Davis for the killings. But, seven weeks later, the families of the slain men told a court that they pardoned Davis, ending a tense showdown between the U.S. and Pakistan, America’s ally in the war on extremism.
Sunday’s reaction came after Davis released “The Contractor: How I Landed in a Pakistani Prison and Ignited a Diplomatic Crisis.” In the book, Davis says he considered the two Pakistanis a threat when they rode their motorcycle near his car and one of them had a gun in his hand. “I had never killed anyone before,” he writes. “Thankfully, all ten rounds I fired found their intended targets.” A Pakistani intelligence official acknowledged the country’s spy agency helped the CIA to remove Davis from Pakistan, but said that no such help would be given the CIA in the future. The intelligence official spoke on the condition of anonymity in accordance with agency policy. IMO, Pakistan had no choice but to release Davis . In this case, a face saving ( for the Pakis !) device - application of Sharia ! was implemented with the help of Gen Shuja to whisk him away from Pakiland - free of "charge" Massa should be a little more "careful" about the Echendee factor, because the same kind of scenario was played again when US "violated" Paki airspace and killed OBL and the Aam Abduls were up in arms that the super-efficient "Paki Fizaya " could not "take action" against the Amreeki helis for the violation of the sover-virginity !
“(Davis’) release was an arrangement between two states and not two individuals. It was based on goodwill between two agencies or two states and it helped the CIA get their man out through legal means, but in a confidential arrangement,” said the official. Agree 400% ; same with OBL operation! But the "Zionist media" always, without fail, show Pakistan in a bad light. The Pakis should have complained to Sen McCain about this, when he was here !
A security official familiar with the interrogation of Davis after his arrest confirmed that Pakistan helped to facilitate Davis’ release. He said he was also angry over the publication of the “scandalous memoir.” He, too, spoke on condition of anonymity as he was not authorized to speak to the media on the record. “If the objective was to turn Pakistani and (its spy agency’s) favor into a vilification campaign, then Raymond Davis and his sponsors achieved it for a short period. But Pakistan and its intelligence agencies will not be obliged to repeat such favors in future,” the intelligence official told The Associated Press.[/quote These kind of "hollow words" have been mouthed before ; unless you are economically independent and self reliant ( which you are not !) you will be considered an "empty vessel" and also a fountainhead of terrorism , ( due to your policies !) around the world!

About Face By The Qatari Prince: Throws Ganja Sharif To The Wolves ! Does Not Keep His Earlier Promise !

Qatari prince refuses to record statement in Pakistan embassy
ISLAMABAD: Today for the third time, Qatari Prince Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al Thani has refused to visit the Pakistan Embassy to record his statement in Panama Leaks case. Sources told that the prince has asked the authorities to come to his house if they want to record his statement for the panama case. ( The Echedee factor again ! The Arabs consider Pakis as Miskeens ! Are GOP resources being used- for non official business - to "chase" the Prince ! ) According to Qatari sources, no witness can record the statement in such circumstances which appeared after the leaked photo of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s son, while he was being questioned by JIT at the Judicial Academy.
So, the "Qatari close friend" also has come to the conclusion that Ganja is "toxic" as far as his financial shenanigans is concerned. And the Prince is now refusing to give him a "clean chit" as earlier promised. Ganja has got two levers against the "unreliable Arab" . He should ask the Prince to return back the Paki Thoroughbred Horse, which was flown to Qatar on a Pakistan Air Force Jet two years ago; Ganja should "direct" the concerned Govt Dept , not to grant the Prince and his entourage permission to hunt the Houbara Bustard. This is all under the assumption that Ganja will not be removed from power in a few weeks

Pakistan TV Geo Gives Face Time To Global Terrorist Syed Salahuddin !

Syed Salahuddin shocks, brags on Pakistan TV about carrying out terror attacks on India, Watch video
Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin today admitted of carrying out attacks on India, days after being designated a global terrorist by the United States, ANI reported. Salahuddin on his alleged involvement in the terror attacks said that it was not a crime if Pakistan paid for their arms and Kashmiri diaspora helped the militant group. In the interview to Geo TV, he claimed that Kashmir was his home. He said that he has been purchasing weapons from the international market and has a network wide enough to distribute them. This new action against him will hopefully make things tougher for him and his outlawed Hizbul Mujahideen !
The State Department statement said that the Executive Order imposes “sanctions on foreign persons who have committed, or pose a significant risk of committing, acts of terrorism that threaten the security of U.S. nationals or the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States. As a consequence of this designation, U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with Salahuddin and all of Salahuddin’s property and interests in property subject to United States jurisdiction are blocked.”
PTI reported that Pakistan has been presenting Salahuddin as a “freedom fighter”. He had recently sent out a video message for a week-long agitation in memory of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani, who was killed by Indian security forces on July 8, 2016. According to ANI, Salahuddin said, “If we would have taken our operations out of Kashmir at that time [after 9/11], India would get a chance to label Kashmir-e-Tehreek a terrorist organization. We have support and we can target any place in India, at any time.” :((

"Pakistan Ideology" Does Not Discourage These "Fun Seeking" Paki
Abduls From Relentlessly Harassing This Married Paki Ayesha At Khunjerab Pass Near The Chinese Border !

I understand Facebook posts are discouraged here. But here is the story of the girl who was harassed by a group of boys on their way to Khunerjab pass.
By Meenah Tariq
want to share something that happened to me recently, and upset me greatly. These guys harassed me at Khunjrab Pass two days ago. They followed me asking me to take a photo with them. They actually blocked my path and would not let me pass. They positioned themselves around me and took photos so I would be in the photos. They said things like 'le le aik tasveer, acha feel karay gi' after I repeatedly said no and kept trying to get away from them.
It was broad day light, there were hundreds of people around, and I had gotten separated from my group. I hadn't considered that this public place was unsafe for me. The Boy (my husband) had gone to climb a mountain on his own,! towards a glacier, and I went to look for him while our group waited. I was actually in full sight of my friends through all of this. There were families, women, children - atleast 600 people around me, and yet no one intervened.
And they want "foreign tourists" to visit this "paradise" !
I finally completely lost my cool and started screaming at the top of my lungs. Obviously, these Paki Abduls would not like one bit, if the same treatment was meted out to their sisters, mothers, wives, aunts etc !
I'm really not victim material. I'm outspoken and proud of it, and I'm mostly quite able to take care of myself. I think this shook me because it was so blatant, so unashamed. And it made me feel absolutely helpless.

Will The Visiting US Senators Be "Fooled" With Paki Mehmaan Nawazi

Army flies US delegation to South Waziristan
A high-level delegation from the United States is visiting Pakistan’s restive tribal areas as Islamabad continues to fence its borders with neighbouring Afghanistan. A military spokesman on Monday said the delegation, comprising members from the US Senate’s Armed Services Committee, visited South Waziristan Agency where they were briefed on border fencing and surveillance. They should have insisted on visiting Parachinar , if they did not want a "dressed up " drama that was what was presented to them
Major General Asif Ghafoor said the delegation also witnessed various development projects being initiated by the authorities for socio-economic uplift of the area. “The delegation having seen the realities on ground acknowledged efforts and sacrifices by Pakistan Army and of the local tribes for re-establishing peace and order in the area,” he added :((
“The senators reiterated importance of institutionalised Pak-Afghan border security coordination and cooperation mechanism.” Diplomatic courtesies must be observed at all costs
The members were later scheduled for a visit to Line of Control, a heavily militarised and disputed frontier that divides Kashmir between Pakistan and India, but couldn’t get through due to weather conditions. The "real reason" could be something else ! The all common generic reason - weather" will however suit the purpose !

PS: Senator McCain seems to developed a "fond feeling" for the wild frontiers of South And North Waziristan  . Exactly a year ago :
US delegation led by Senator John McCain visits North Waziristan

Paki Navy Plays Catch Up; This Time It Is The Norwegians Who Are Footing The Bill- For A New System - For This Almost Bankrupt Artificial Entity !

Karachi Shipyards to Spend $30 Million On a Syncrolift System
Pakistan’s Karachi Shipyards & Engineering Works (KSEW) has signed an agreement with Norwegian ship design and building firm, TTS Group. The US $29.8 million deal is for the implementation of infrastructure modernization in the form of a 9,000 ton Syncrolift, ship lift and transfer system. In an official press release, TTS Group has confirmed that the design and development work will be carried out in Norway while the manufacturing will take place in China and Europe. KSEW is set to receive the system during the first half of 2019.
Pakistan’s Ministry of Defence (MoD) set up the acquisition of a lift and transfer system as a priority for KSEW in 2017. The = = with India, with the help of the Chini brothers
Pak Navy’s next generation submarine program – the Hangor class submarines – is considered to be the trigger behind this venture. KSEW will be managing 4 out of the total 8 submarines. The steel-cutting (inauguration) of the first Hangor-class submarine, built by the KSEW, is scheduled for October 2020 while the remaining are to be in the hands of Pakistan Navy by 2028.
On the other hand, KSEW’s modernization could enable foreign designers to pitch custom solutions to Pakistan Navy. In short, it could help reduce overall costs for the naval forces. So, the unrealistic dream of being = = with India, come hell or high water is still very much on the books . This is a sure way to becoming a Chinese pawn or at the least , a sure path to bankruptcy

" Shameless" Dar - The Chief Money Launderer Of Ganja Sharif - Come Out Hard On Mr. And Mrs. Imran Khan !

Ishaq Dar slammed over sexist remarks on Jemima Khan
ISLAMABAD – A strong public obloquy and outrage on social media erupted after Ishaq Dar allegedly made sexist remarks against Imran Khan’s former wife Jemima Goldsmith. Just after appearing before Joint Investigation Team (JIT) for Panama probe on Monday, Dar held a fiery media talk outside Federal Judicial Academy in which he made several attacks on Imran Khan, his wife and Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital. This relative of Ganja Sharif (and Finance Minister of Pakistan ) is a well known misogynist of Pakiland. Maybe, Maryam Sharif needs to "tone" him down !
Attacking his former wife, the Finance Minister called Jemima a Jewish. “He (Imran Khan) wanted to become the PM with his Jewish wife (Jemima Khan)”. He also claimed that Jemima Goldsmith and Imran Khan were not married in Paris as he knows who the witnesses were  There is no need for him to make these sorts of remarks unless he wants to hit below the Kaptaan's shalwar
The PML-N senator told Imran Khan to look at the ‘ATMs’ beside him who send money who launder money outside the country on a regular basis Pot calling the kettle black !!!
He said he could only pray for the PTI chief who is not only a gambler but also a liar and tax evader. The PML-N lawmaker called it an ‘internal and external conspiracy’ against the ruling government. He passed fierce critclaiming that Imran Khan had gambled with the Zakat money gathered from his charitable organization. “He (Imran Khan) should be ashamed of himself for basing his politics on lies,” he stated. Dar, is a London qualified Chartered Accountant ! So, he obviously knows what he is talking about
Responding to Ishaq Dar’s remarks, Imran Khan tweeted: “And no amount of hysterical gutter language is going to get him off the hook.” So, this time, the Kaptaan refrains from using profanities against his political rival !

Pakistan Can’t Afford China’s ‘Friendship’
recent months, the Chinese-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has left Pakistanis emboldened, Indians angry, and U.S. analysts worried. Ostensibly, CPEC will connect Pakistan to China’s western Xinjiang province through the development of vast new transportation and energy infrastructure. The project is part of China’s much-hyped Belt and Road Initiative, a grand, increasingly vague geopolitical plan bridging Eurasia that China’s powerful President Xi Jinping has promoted heavily.Pakistani and Chinese officials boast that CPEC will help address Pakistan’s electricity generation problem, bolster its road and rail networks, and shore up the economy through the construction of special economic zones. But these benefits are highly unlikely to materialize. The project is more inclined to leave Pakistan burdened with unserviceable debt while further exposing the fissures in its internal security.Pakistan and China often speak of their “all-weather friendship,” but the truth is that the relationship has always been a cynical one. China cultivated Pakistan as a client through the provision of military assistance; diplomatic and political cover in the U.N. Security Council; and generous loan aid in an effort to counter both American influence and the system of anti-Communist Western treaty alliances. China also sought to embolden Pakistan to harangue India, but not to the point of war because that would expose the hard limits of Chinese support. Despite Pakistan’s boasts of iron-clad Chinese support, when Pakistan went to war with India in 1965, 1971, and 1999, China did little or nothing to bail out its client in distress.Pakistan’s civilian and military leadership alike have told the public that CPEC will solve Pakistan’s chronic electricity shortages, improve an aging road and rail infrastructure, provide a fillip to Pakistan’s economy, knit an increasingly pariah state to a new Chinese-led geopolitical order, and diminish the role of the much-reviled United States in the region. CPEC has the bonus of irritating the Indians because it strengthens Pakistan’s hold on territory in Jammu and Kashmir that it snatched in the 1947-48 war as well as portions of that territory that Pakistan subsequently ceded to China in 1963 as a part of the Sino-Pakistan boundary agreement. India claims these lands, currently held by Pakistan and China, and deems their occupation illegal.
Despite the bold claims made by China and Pakistan, there are many reasons to be dubious about the purported promises of CPEC. There’s already violence all along the corridor. The north-most part of CPEC is the Karakoram Highway (KKH), which gashes through the Karakoram Mountain Range to connect Kashgar in Xinjiang with Pakistan’s troubled province of Gilgit-Baltistan. Xinjiang is in the throes of a slow-burning insurgency by the Muslim Uighur minority against the Communist state. Gilgit-Baltistan, a Shiite-majority polity under the thumb of a Sunni-dominated Pakistan, is part of the above-noted contested territory of Jammu-Kashmir. Here, geology and weather further limit CPEC. The Karakoram Highway, a narrow road weaving through perilous mountains, can’t bear heavy traffic. Expanding the KKH will not be easy. Residents of Gilgit-Baltistan worry about the environmental costs in relation to the few benefits they will enjoy. There have been episodic protests, which the Pakistani government has ruthlessly put down. Meanwhile, Gwador is experiencing a prolonged drought, frustrating the project while the four extant desalination plants remain idle.
In the south, CPEC is anchored to the port at Gwador in Pakistan’s insurgency-riven Balochistan province. The local Baloch people deeply resent the plan because it will fundamentally change the demography of the area. Before the expansion of Gwadar, the population of the area was 70,000. If the project comes to full fruition the population would be closer to 2 million — most of whom would be non-Baloch. Many poor Baloch have already been displaced from the area. Since construction has begun, there have been numerous attacks against Chinese personnel, among other workers.
There’s also the stubborn problem of economic competitiveness. For CPEC to be more competitive than the North-South Corridor that is rooted to the Iranian port of Chabahar, Gwador needs to offer a safer and shorter route from the Arabian Sea to Central Asia. For that to happen, Gwador needs to be connected by road to the Afghan Ring Road in Afghanistan’s Kandahar province, which is under sustained attacks by the Afghan Taliban. Alternatively, a new route could connect Gwador with the border crossing at Torkham (near Peshawar) by traveling up Balochistan, with its own active ethnic insurgency, through or adjacent to Pakistan’s Federally Administered Tribal Areas, which is the epicenter of Islamist terrorism and insurgency throughout Pakistan. It takes great faith — or idiocy, or greed, or all of the above — to believe that this is possible. All of these issues raise salient questions about the real utility of this unfolding fiasco. If CPEC is not an economically viable route for actual commerce, what purpose does it serve? Analyst Andrew Small, among others, has argued that CPEC is, in reality, a redundant supply route for China should it face an embargo during a military conflict. It’s also possible that if the port at Gwador is not economically sustainable the real goal is the creation of a Chinese naval outpost. Many in India, Pakistan’s historic rival, have also come to this conclusion. They may well be correct, according to recent Chinese reports indicating that China may “expand its marine corps and may station new marine brigades in Gwadar.”Recently, The Dawn claimed to have accessed the alleged CPEC “master plan,” drawn up by the China Development Bank and the National Development Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China. It suggests that CPEC is really about agriculture, an issue that had not previously been discussed in the extensive media coverage of the plan. As part of the overall project, thousands of acres of productive agricultural land will be leased to the Chinese for “demonstration projects” for newly developed seed varieties and irrigation technology. Chinese companies will be the primary beneficiaries of these initiatives.
Pakistanis should be worried about the way CPEC is shaping up. If it is even partially executed, Pakistan would be indebted to China as never before. And unlike Pakistan’s other traditional allies, such as the United States, China will probably use its leverage to obtain greater compliance from its problematic client. China is particularly concerned about the Islamist militant groups active among China’s Uighur Muslim population in Xinjiang. Uigher militant groups have long shared ties with groups in Afghanistan and Pakistan, some of which have been patronized by the Pakistani state, such as the Afghan Taliban. China has used religious and political oppression, along with crude violence, to eviscerate the Islamist revival among Xinjiang’s Uighers and has counted on Pakistan to give China political cover while doing so. In taking on Chinese debt, Pakistan may also risk severely worsening its already critical relations with India, which has been watching the CPEC drama unfold with growing alarm. In the north, CPEC continues to make permanent the Pakistani and Chinese grip on territory India claims. In the south, Chinese naval vessels may dock in the deep port of Gwador, threatening New Delhi in the Arabian Sea. In normal times, this would be a serious concern for the United States — but Washington is so distracted by the chaos of the Trump administration that the issue has gone largely under the radar.
But the news may not be all bad. For China to get maximal returns on its extensive investments in Pakistan as well as Afghanistan it needs stability in both countries. In recent years, China has stepped up its role in trying to negotiate peace in Afghanistan by helping to mediate between Pakistan and Afghanistan. As Pakistan’s economy becomes evermore interwoven with China’s, China may be in a position to dampen Pakistan’s worrying affinity for terrorist groups and nuclear proliferation — particularly the latter, because China enabled Pakistan’s nuclear program to begin with. If China took on the responsibility of managing Pakistan, Washington might be happy to wash its hands of the problem and let the civilians in Islamabad and the uniformed men in Rawalpindi stab someone else in the back for a change.

Paki Origin British Teen Jailed For Plotting To Bomb Sir Elton John Concert

Teen jailed for life for plotting to bomb Elton John concert
A teenager who plotted to bomb an Elton John concert on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks has been jailed for life. Haroon Syed, 19, ( Paki origin of parents unmentioned !) tried to get a suicide vest or machine gun and identified the Hyde Park event as a possible target. He was snared online by officers from the British Security Service posing as a fellow extremist.
The Old Bailey heard the trigger for his radicalisation was the arrest of his older brother for plotting an Islamic State-inspired Poppy Day attack. Syed, from Hounslow, west London, had admitted preparation of terrorist acts between April and September last year.
Mitigating, Mark Summers QC said it was a "crude, ill-thought-out" plan made at the behest of others. The court heard Syed had fallen under the influence of members of Al-Muhajiroun (ALM), the banned group linked to jailed preacher Anjem Choudary. Another radical Paki, who wants Sharia in Bartania , and whose legal expenses for getting out of jail, are fully funded by the British Taxpayer ! )
Despite the risk around the time of his brother's arrest, Syed, slipped through the net of the Prevent anti-radicalisation team although his passport was seized in 2015. Home Office approved de-radicalisation expert and Bradford imam Alyas Karmani  Home Office "seal of approval" is going to make this Paki Mullah appear normal ? ) told the court there should have been earlier intervention in his case.
Mr Summers added that Syed now publicly rejected his past beliefs and condemned the recent bomb attack at the Ariana Grande pop concert in Manchester. But Judge Michael Topolski QC said the risk Syed posed warranted a discretionary life sentence and ordered him to serve a minimum of 16 and a half years. Good that the British Judge did not buy his story of "rejection of past belief"

Frontier Justice In Shikarpur City Sind Results In 12 Deaths !

Tribal dispute leads to 12 deaths in Shikarpur
At least 12 people were killed when two rival groups clashed in Shikarpur on Monday, police and witnesses said. A police spokesperson said two rival groups of the Jatoi tribe clashed over an old enmity. “The area had already been a warzone when we reached there,” he added. Police had to deploy additional officers to bring the situation under control. The dead bodies were sent to a local hospital for medico-legal formalities.
So, the warring tribes are fighting it out their differences in one of the main trading town ( and the gateway to Balochistan in the pre - partition days !) of Sind Province !

Pakistani man jailed for 4 years over $19.6M hacking scheme
Muhammad Sohail Qasmani, a 49-year-old Pakistan was sentenced to four years of imprisonment after he was discovered to have hacked into the internal phones systems of U.S companies and made $19.6 million in revenue.
Although there have been more brutal hacking schemes by groups that are still out on the loose, this particular scam, however, by a 49-year-old Pakistan is still significant considering the amount of money that has been illegally laundered. Qasmani pleaded guilty in front of the Acting U.S. Attorney, William E. Fitzpatrick, who stated that the hacker essentially placed unlimited long-distance calls from unused phone extensions of U.S companies.
The charges of these phone calls were paid by the companies themselves and the hacking scheme involved hijacking the PBX systems as well.
According to the documents, internal phone services of certain U.S companies were attacked whereby the hacker placed calls through unused phone extensions. These extensions were then programmed and used to connect with adult entertainment services and psychic hotlines for money. The revenue was generated based on how long the call was. It requires an I.T.( not International Terrorism !) genius to conjure up this devilish scheme to generate "unearned income"
The scheme allowed the hackers to collect money from as many as 650 people across 10 countries. ( so, his "business" was global ; any "customers" from Pakistan, subscribing to the adult entertainment sites :D ) The entire scheme caused a loss of $70 million as reported by Nj.com on the 29th of June. It was also stated that the head of the operation was Noor Aziz, a 55-year-old man still on the loose.
“The hacked telephone systems were then used to make calls to premium telephone numbers – such as purported chat lines, adult entertainment, and psychic hotlines – that generated revenue based on the calls’ duration and were set up and controlled by Aziz. In actuality, the numbers provided no actual services. Telephone company representatives who suspected fraudulent activity and called the numbers heard recordings of fake rings, fake password prompts, fake voicemail messages, music, or dead air on continuous loops.”
While Qasmani has been found guilty and punished appropriately, his accomplice, Noor Aziz, as mentioned earlier, has not yet been found by the FBI. ( fled to Pakistan ? :D ) .Aziz remains on the most wanted list of the investigation list and the search is on to find Noor Aziz, who was allegedly the leader of the entire operation. As of now, the names of the companies whose phone extensions had been used, have not been revealed.

Pakistan Deep State Dry- Cleaning Taliban Fighters Into Pro - Government Militias

EXCLUSIVE: Pakistan recruiting Taliban fighters into pro-government militias
DERA ISMAIL KHAN/PAKISTAN, 3 July 2017
Pakistan waged a bloody offensive for years to drive Islamist militants out of Afghan border regions, but now some Taliban factions are regrouping, only this time with the government’s blessing, according to opposition politicians, residents, and a former Taliban leader. In 2014, Pakistan’s military launched Operation Zarb-e-Azb [Sharp and Cutting Strike], which aimed to drive Islamist militants out of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas, a semi-autonomous region on the border with Afghanistan. The operation has mostly wound down now, and hundreds of thousands of families have returned. Many insurgents were killed during the operation, while others fled over the porous border into Afghanistan. Now, some of those militants – members of Taliban factions – have been invited back to form militia groups in FATA and three districts in neighbouring Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. Local politicians and a former Taliban leader told IRIN that the men, who previously fought the government and killed civilians, will now help defend the region against other militants. Some residents reject the strategy, which they believe will only lead to more fighting. Pakistan is still not letting go of its "good terrorist, bad terrorist " grouping !.
“The militants are doing all this with support of the local administration,” said a member of the Awami National Party, requesting anonymity for security reasons. “The administration, in return, expects these militants to spy for them on the locals and fight against foreign militants.” Mohammad Shoaib, an assistant political officer in FATA’s South Waziristan Agency, denied that his government is supporting Taliban groups. “The presence of the militants in the area is a matter of concern for us and we keep chasing them constantly,” he said.
Such official denials ring hollow to Naimat Gul, a former member of the Taliban shura, or governing council, in South Waziristan. He said members of the faction formerly led by Mullah Nazir, who was killed by a US drone strike in 2013, have come back to South Waziristan from Afghanistan and regrouped. “Obviously, they have returned to their homeland after getting a green signal from the government,” he said.
“They all are pro-Pakistan people and will help us keep Pakistan secure from infiltration of foreign militants,” said Gul in an interview in Dera Ismail Khan, a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa district where he and others said Taliban elements have been meeting in a dilapidated house with the full knowledge of the government.
Syed Fida Hassan Shah, the regional police officer overseeing Dera Ismail Khan and Tank districts, denied that the Taliban were organising in his jurisdiction. “These all are rumours,” he said. "We will take action if they tried to open their offices." Muhammad Saleh Shah, an independent senator in Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad, negotiated the deal with Pakistani Taliban founder Baitullah Mehsud that saw him agree in 2008 to cease attacks against government forces (before he was killed by a US drone strike the following year).
He said it was clear the Taliban fighters were being encouraged to regroup: “The government is giving incentives to those who killed hundreds and maimed thousands in suicide attacks and bomb blasts.”
“Taliban are getting offices again not only in Waziristan, but also in the settled areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province,” he said. “The militants are getting benefits and we are left at their mercy again.”

Protest in Belgium by Afghans against the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s State policy of fomenting Mohammadden Terrorism in Afghanistan:
Afghans in Brussels stage protest against Pakistan

By Javed Hamim Kakar On Jul 03, 2017 - 14:59 KABUL (Pajhwok):

The Afghans living in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, staged a rally in support of Afghan security forces and the government and against Pakistan.

Shan Pacha Shinwari, an organiser of the rally, told Pajhwok Afghan News the demonstration held in front of European Parliament was attended by dozens of Afghans.

He said a number of Afghans came from other European countries to Brussels to take part in the rally in support of peace and stability in Afghanistan.

Shinwari added the protestors chanted slogans against Pakistan and the terrorist groups enjoying safe havens in that country. Participants reminded the world, particularly the European Parliament, that terrorist hideouts in Pakistan not only disrupted security in Afghanistan, but also threatened the whole region, he said.

He alleged the terrorists trained in Pakistan were sent to Afghanistan for carrying out attacks. The rally told the international community to declare Pakistan a state sponsor of terrorists. Shinwari said the protestors shared their demands and a resolution with the European Parliament.

The resolution letter, a copy of which was obtained by Pajhwok, urged the international community to impose political, economic and military sanctions on Pakistan and drag Pakistan’s military to the International Court of Justice.

The letter also asked NATO to continue supporting the Afghan security forces. The protestors called on the US to fully implement the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) it had signed with the Afghan government.

Sunni Terrorist Fragments of Unstable Pakistan - June 20, 2017

Post by Peregrine »

Pakistan’s anxiety

In a recent op-ed published by the New York Times, former US national security adviser Stephen J. Hadley and I argued for a US approach to Pakistan that centred on understanding Pakistan’s strategic anxieties. We argued that encouraging an India-Pakistan dialogue, including on how to coexist in Afghanistan, and efforts for a political settlement in Afghanistan offer the best hope for the US to get greater Pakistani support in Afghanistan.

Expectedly, a fair share of American policy readers didn’t bite. These voices much rather see the US punish Pakistan to coerce a change in its attitude. Of course, on the Pakistani side, you can always trust some to read too much into everything: for many here, the op-ed was a camouflaged attempt to blame Pakistan for sheltering the Afghan Taliban and legitimise India’s primacy in South Asia.

But neither of these reactions worried me as much as some of the more complimentary feedback from Pakistani readers — especially those who matter in the policy arena.

I say complimentary only because they vindicated the thrust of our argument by confirming that those entrusted to make decisions for this country remain fixated on India. The views represented genuine concern, some truth, and quite a bit of conspiracy theory, all of it echoing a simple fact: Pakistan won’t budge until it feels its worries about India’s clout in Afghanistan are being addressed.

These responses also exposed just how blinded the Pakistani strategic mind is to its own follies. The angst towards the US is deep. Ultimately, Washington, Kabul, and Delhi are seen as the root of the problem. Many feel their anti-Pakistan agenda is so set there’s no point in trying to engage constructively. They want Pakistan to look to China instead. When I expressed my disappointment, I bewildered them. They were complimenting me for my argument, but I was taking issue. Here is why.

The op-ed was an argument intended for the US policy enclave. It echoed my view that the more commonly touted US policy options like sanctioning Pakistan are not likely to deliver the desired results for the US. I also believe some of what is being talked about in US policy circles could rupture the bilateral relationship altogether and destabilise Pakistan, creating an even bigger problem for the US in the long run.

But this view should have offered no solace to Pakistani decision-makers.

As important as it is for US policymakers to recognise that no policy that ignores Pakistan’s fixation on India will succeed, this in no way justifies Pakistan’s outlook.

So now, to the Pakistani policymaker.

Pakistan’s India-centred strategic paradigm is one of the biggest drags on the country’s progress. Data to prove this is indisputable. I have contended Pakistan must invert its traditional refrain of ‘politics before economics’ with India by transforming itself into a transit and investment hub for the region. This is just about the only way Pakistan can retain a solid negotiating hand with India in the long term while furthering its (and the region’s) human welfare goals. The status quo is untenable because it isn’t working — differential with India is growing by the day. Also, no one in the international community, including China, accepts the logic of Pakistan’s approach anymore.

Second, while I accept the unfairness of looking at Pakistan from a purely Afghan lens, as many in the US do, far more important for Pakistani policymakers is to recognise what their policies may have done to reinforce this. In a post-9/11 world where proxies that espouse Islamist ideologies are out of fashion, extremist elements have continued to use Pakistani soil to attack targets elsewhere.

This is not the place to unpack the finer debates and disagreements on the realities surrounding this issue. The bottom line is that the presence of externally focused extremist groups in Pakistan has done more to harm to its international standing than anything else. And it promises to continue bringing grief if things don’t change.

Finally, let’s stop pretending that China offers a substitute to the US. No good can come out of goading a US policy machinery already frustrated with Pakistan. Even the Chinese have been saying this.

Yes, the US needs Pakistan. But the opposite is also true. The US is the largest export market; it, and not China, wields influence over the international financial institutions Pakistan depends heavily on. The military benefits greatly from its relationship with the Pentagon and wants it to continue.

Unfortunately, none of this is will be heeded. But neither is my view on US policy going to wrest the anti-Pakistan momentum in Washington. The US and Pakistan are on a collision course that will hurt both, and the region. Pakistan should not wait for the US to prevent it.

CPEC Alarm Bells Raised By A "Concerned Paki "

Why is our government and army not answering these important questions of such a far reaching project like CPEC
Why is the government not revealing the finer details of the CPEC program? The loan rates, The projects included in it, How much will we be paying the chinese companies who execute it, what is the expected date of the CPEC program to become profitable? There is an english phrase called, "The Devil is in the details". If the cpec program really is as generous as government claims to be, why are the relectant to reveal the full details! The Chinese are the "last resort" as far as Pakistan is concerned ! Beggars cannot be choosers !
CPEC supposedly are going to contain large super farms run by chinese companies as an important component. These super farms will be able to service the food needs of Pakistan. In such a case, what will happen to Pakistani farmers? Economic competition with chinese government funded super farm program will be impossible for them! Hog and Pig Farms are probably on the list !
What are we going to do to take care of the massive unemployment in wake of the chinese super farms which have been greenlight by the government under CPEC?43% of our countrys labour are directely or indirectly employed by Agriculture Get ready for mass migration to Paki cities like what happened in China !
What is the government going to do for the repayment of electric bills? The biggest reason for the electric crisis in this country is because of non payment of bills by comment people, rampant theft of electricity, politicians giving electricity to big industrialist at cheap below market rates, Infrastructure theft etc. How is the government planning to deal with this. Defaulters, like in China will go to prison , where they will be used as prison labor to make cheap things for Walmart and other companies !
What are the contigency plan in case CPEC Fails? How are we going to pay the shitload amount of money owed once the bill starts coming in? Since all of the CPEC program is mostly funded by chinese bonds and ADB, we cant do the usual trick of taking loan from one bank to pay another bank as that is against rules of the loan! By that time, Pakistan will become a "problem for China" , so not to worry on that score . !
Why are the chinese not hiring pakistani labours and workers to do the work in CPEC instead of chinese companies and wokers! Why is there no open bidding or auction of contract of the CPEC projects to get cheapest bidder! The whole premise of CPEC is China is main beneficiary ; Pakistan is a secondary beneficiary , if any !
What is the government doing to protect small and mid level buisnesses in pakistan against the chinese flooding of the market after OBOR is completed? Chinese products are cheaper and better quality than pakistani products! Our industry will be ruined as it cant compete with a massive manufacturing economy like china! Due Diligence should have been performed !!!
Large amounts of lands are being acquired in baloch areas for expansion of pre existing roads under CPEC peograms. Why is the government not paying the fair market price to the people who own the lands? Instead, police are being used to break up protests against low prices and intimidate the people! The writer is of course, not a Baloch, so he should not be concerned about this . He should however, draw the attention of the Mullahs , as Islam - the jugular vein of Pakistan - is surely in danger !

Ganja Shariff receives Orders from Genera Bajwa

PM rebuffs invitation to attend UN event over silence on Kashmir

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has decided to decline a United Nations’ request to attend a high-profile event in the wake of the world body’s continuing silence on atrocities by Indian forces in the Occupied Kashmir.

The UN Mission in Pakistan, scheduled to organise an event on September 21 for “promoting peace”, had requested the PM to preside over the conclave as its chief guest, sources in the PM Office said.

Initially, the sources said, the PM Office tentatively conveyed confirmation to the UN Mission in Pakistan for the event to be held at Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) building in the federal capital.

Subsequently, the PM decided not to attend the event on account of the world body’s silence on the situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb was invited to attend the event as Guest of Honour, the sources said.

Sources inside the PM Office said it was decided that the PM would not attend the event and the government’s side would be represented by the state minister of information, who would highlight the glaring human rights violations and focus on various aspects of the Kashmir issue.

“This is necessary. They (the UN) keep talking about peace. But they do nothing to overcome the plight of Kashmiris and stop state-sponsored terrorism in the Valley,” the insider said.

“This behaviour is duplicitous. How is it even possible to strive for peace in the region without acknowledging (Indian) terrorism in Kashmir?”

The Express Tribune called PM’s Spokesman Musadik Malik for his comments on the issue but he did not respond.

Chairman of the Parliamentary Special Committee on Kashmir Maulana Fazlur Rehman claimed that he recommended to the PM to adopt a tough stance in this regard.

“This is an effective way to highlight the Kashmir issue at world forums. It is a shame that the Indian PM, despite unleashing terrorism upon innocent Kashmiris, managed to win Washington’s favours on Kashmir … (The US must remember) Modi himself is a terrorist who has blood of thousands of Muslims on his hands,” he told The Express Tribune.

Senior PML-N AJK leader Sardar Sikander Hayat Khan agreed that the issue of the UN’s silence over the Kashmir issue remained high on agenda during recent meetings between the PML-N’s central and AJK leaderships.

“We remain committed to the idea that there must be no compromise on the issue. Skipping an event is not such a big deal,” he said.

Paki Cousin Marriages Become "Raw Material" For Disease Research :D

Study finds 1,317 knocked-out genes in DNA samples from Pakistanis
Research published in the journal Nature has analysed the DNA of 10,503 Pakistanis who were participating in a Pakistan Risk of Myocardial Infarction Study (PROMIS) and discovered 1,317 disabled or “knocked-out” genes.
The high number of human knockouts found in the country is due to the cultural tradition of cousin marriages that is prevalent here. I would go further and say that "honour killing" is somehow related to this phenomenon !
This Pakistani research study is reportedly the first time where the knockouts found have been tested and their blood biomarkers like cholesterol have been studied to discover more about their health. As part of this study, knockouts have been found that have not been seen anywhere else in the world.
Which once again confirms the "special nature of Pakistanis"
“Such studies provide unprecedented opportunities to understand the function of genes and provide important insights into the development of drugs,” says Dr. Saleheen. This research study was the result of an international collaboration between scientists from Pakistan, the United Kingdom and the United States. Pakis are hoping that a "special drug" can be found, to cure the "gene problem", arising out of "cousin marriage", so that can continue with this deplorable practice !

Pakistan High Commission seeks release of Hindu family arrested in India

Since when has Pakistan ( Govt / High Commission ) all of a sudden become interested in the welfare of their minorities ( Hindu, Christian, Buddhists etc ). They should start "charity" at home ! Just a way to score political points

Ganja "Basks" In Kirket Team Glory :D

‘Don’t plead with any country to play in Pakistan’, PM Nawaz tells Shahryar Khan at grand ceremony in Champions’ honour
ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif felicitated the national cricket team on Tuesday in an event held to award the cricketers for winning the ICC Champions Trophy 2017. Addressing the participants of the gathering which included federal ministers, cricket team members and their families besides other prominent personalities, Nawaz Sharif said he was thrilled at the performance of the national cricket team in the tournament and he had watched the whole match against India which Pakistan won by 180 runs to clinch the title. “You are the Prime Minister, not me,” he said, gesturing towards the national team. “You are the real heroes of the nation,” he added. Once in a while, Ganja becomes "sentimental" ; this is one such occasion :D
On the occasion, the PM asked Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shahryar Khan to not plead any foreign team to visit the country. “There is no need to plead with any country to visit Pakistan,” said the premier, adding all those who want to play in Pakistan are welcome in the country. Till yet no is willing ! And PCB coffers are empty !
The premier rewarded every member of the Trophy winning squad with a prize of 10 million rupees ($100 000) while members of the team management received five million rupees ($50 000). Easy to announce, like a Moghal Badshah ; but where is the money coming from , Chini Banks, World Bank or from Ganja's pocket
The family members of the players are accompanying the team, which is lodged at a private hotel in the capital. Hope that "private hotel" is able to collect the bill !!!

Old Scam : Donkey Meat Masquerading As "Ghost" ! New Scam : "Stray Dogs" Being Sold As "Purebreds"

Karachi: Man arrested for selling strays as purebred dogs
KARACHI – A man from North Nazimabad area of Karachi was arrested for duping people by selling stray dogs at exorbitant rates claiming them to be pedigreed canines.According to Gulberg SP Bashir Brohi, a local, Riazuddin, informed the police that a man named Sagheer sold him stray dogs claiming they were of a special breed.
The buyer, happy at purchasing the breed, gave them a bath to have the shock of his life as the colour painted on them to make them look like pedigreed dogs came off. ( Hope that in the interest of "public safety" the dogs were not "rabid" ) Riazuddin took to police, which acted upon the complaint, and conned the accused by contacting him through another advertisement that was posted on the same website. Western Technology in the service of Pakistan !
The police arrested Sagheer and recovered four stray dogs from his possession, whom he had claimed were German Shepherds. As interrogation started, the accused told the police that he and his accomplices caught stray dogs wandering around in streets paint them. They put the photos up online after which people contact them and they deliver the dogs at their doorsteps, he added. ( So, "shipping and handling" does not appear to be "extra" )
