Islamabad dismisses Pompeo's statement - Our Correspondent

ISLAMABAD: Dismissing the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s statement that Washington will hold Islamabad ccountable if it did not act decisively against terrorists, the Foreign Office insisted that no country could exert pressure on Pakistan for “something which we believe is in our own interest”. The Mouse That Roared!

Speaking at a weekly news briefing on Thursday, Foreign Office spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal said Pakistan’s own economic vision and integration into the broader region hinges on peace in Afghanistan.

“There is no question of any country applying pressure on Pakistan for something which we believe is in our own interest,” Faisal said while responding to the recent statement of Pompeo that Pakistan would be held accountable if it did not cut off ties to extremist groups, including the Haqqani Network.

The spokesperson made it clear that Pakistan’s domestic and external pronouncements were guided by its national interest and prosperity of the people of Pakistan.

He said Pakistan and the US along with other regional stakeholders were currently engaged in pursuing a political settlement in Afghanistan, which is Afghan-owned and Afghan-led.

In this context, US Special Representative on Afghan Reconciliation Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad visited the region, including Pakistan, a couple of weeks ago.

PM Imran, Pompeo discuss ‘aid’ suspension, Afghan peace

“It is important to reiterate that Pakistan’s cooperation with Afghanistan and the international community to bring about lasting peace in Afghanistan is borne out of our firm belief that a stable Afghanistan is vital for eliminating the menace of terrorism inside Pakistan and the region in general,” he added.

To a question, Faisal said he had no information whether senior Taliban leader Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar was released by Pakistan.

Baradar, who was serving as deputy to late Taliban chief Mullah Muhammad Omar when he was arrested in a joint Pakistan-CIA operation from Karachi in 2010, was thought to be freed against the backdrop of a renewed push for peaceful Afghan settlement.

On the possible role of Pakistan in brokering a deal on Yemen crisis, the spokesperson without going into details said Islamabad had always wished to play a positive role in bringing all Muslim countries together.

Prime Minister Imran Khan recently visited Saudi Arabia where he managed to secure a much-needed financial assistance from the kingdom. But questions were asked that under what terms and conditions Pakistan was being given financial assistance.

One of the concerns included whether Pakistan would play a more proactive role in the Yemen conflict.

The prime minister, however, clarified that Pakistan would only play a role of mediator between Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Separately, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi insisted that there were no strings attached to the Saudi assistance.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson on the invitation of the Chinese leadership said, PM Imran would pay an official visit to China from November 2-5.

This will be the first official visit of the prime minister to China after assuming office in August 2018. He would be accompanied by a high-level delegation, including the foreign minister.

During the visit, the prime minister would have wide-ranging discussions with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang. After his visit to Beijing, the Imran would visit Shanghai to participate in the first China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, where Pakistan is exhibiting a wide range of export products. The prime minister would be among the keynote speakers at the opening of the CIIE.

Perfect! Now the terrorist-in-chief can legally continue to roam around freely. Pakis, for some insane reason, have had a death wish which is about to become reality.

All the critical pieces are now falling in place.

Afghan Taliban say Mullah Baradar set free by Islamabad
Afghan Taliban on Thursday said that their former deputy chief Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar had been set free by Pakistani authorities.
It did not say when he was released and whether or not he had returned to Afghanistan.
The statement noted that he was “healthy” and that “no compromise” had been made to secure his freedom.
Mullah Baradar was the deputy head of the Taliban movement in Afghanistan at the time of his arrest in a joint ISI-CIA raid in Karachi in February 2010 and was believed to have then been working for a political settlement.

And now this.

‘Balochistan can become the only part of the world with full employment’
Academics, civil servants, media professionals and students attended an insightful presentation by Dr Kaiser Bengali on the five key aspects of deprivation in Balochistan – gas pricing, federal development expenditure, federal social protection, federal civil service and the structure of electoral representation – at the launch of his book A Cry for Justice: Empirical Insights from Balochistan on Thursday.
“Dr Bengali has detailed the reality of systematic economic exploitation, discrimination and neglect that Balochistan has shouldered and continues to face, minus the fiction of imagined wrongs.”
As an economist I can only authoritatively talk about something where I have data. Without data it would just be my opinion. What I found was a very systematic and very subtle form of discrimination and exploitation in Balochistan.
“At one job per family that means you only have to provide two million jobs, which is not difficult at all. It can be done in less than five years and I am saying this in my professional capacity with full responsibility. Out of this half a million jobs already exist. Balochistan can become the only part of the world where you could have full employment.”
There is also recurring insurgency in Balochistan, but if you bombard them with jobs, you don’t have to bombard them with drones  .
Narrating his own experience while he was on the Senate human rights committee, he said that they had found 51 mutilated bodies in Balochistan over the course of two years and not a single family member of any of those victims had filed an FIR, showing a complete lack of trust in the institutions of the state.
In 1986 I was in Kharan where there was a flour mill and there were a few bags of flour and a lot of cactus. I asked why the cactus was there. They told me that they mixed the cactus into the flour because no one can buy the flour at the price of wheat.
Check those "half a million jobs" in b'lochistan. Probably held by pakjabis.

China not asked for military access to Gwadar, Pakistan admiral says
China has not asked for military access to Pakistan’s Chinese-funded, deepwater port of Gwadar, a senior Pakistani rear admiral said on Friday, amid persistent speculation in India and the United States it could become a Chinese naval base.
“The Gwadar port has no military dimension. It will be just a commercial port,” Iqbal said. “The Pakistan navy will maintain a presence to ensure maritime security, to ensure the security of the port.”
Gwadar, in the southwestern province of Baluchistan, is the crown jewel of China’s $60 billion investment in Belt and Road Initiative projects in Pakistan.
Last year the Pentagon singled out Pakistan as a possible location for a future Chinese military base

It IS Begging ! But , With A Twist

Will bring funds, tech from China: PM
The News International
Oct 26, 2018
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday said his government would focus on transfer of technology and growing investment and trade relationship with Beijing through the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Chini garbage maal will come in through Kunjerab Pass. Paki agriculture and sea food produce will be shipped out to feed the hungry Chinese !
Addressing a ceremony to mark the first joint venture between China and the private sector, the prime minister said Pakistan has a young population who are in search for jobs. “With investment, unemployment will come down. Our government’s policy is simple -- to remove hurdles for investors and businesses,” he said.
All the Paki youngsters ( youthia ) are lining up in the refugee camps of Greece, Italy and France ( posing as political refugees) to escape the "terrible conditions" of their homeland
The premier stressed that ease of doing business in Pakistan was essential to eliminate unemployment and poverty from the country. Speaking on his upcoming visit to China, the prime minister said the government’s initiative to build five million homes for low-income groups will also be a focus of discussions, adding he was hoping to secure investment for this in China.
Hope the Kaptaan does not forget his "meds" when he goes to Cheen . They, however have severe punishments for consumption of "illegal pharma stuff "
Meanwhile, the federal cabinet has approved an increase in price of electricity by Rs1.27 per unit.
Finance Minister Asad Umar after the cabinet meeting distanced the federal government from the announcement pertaining to an increase in power tariff, stressing that the hike was determined by Nepra.
"I should clarify that this government had nothing to do with even a penny of this hike. This determination of the price hike was completed in August. The cabinet in its meeting chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan here at the Prime Minister's Office accorded approval."
Speak of ministerial responsibility under the British Parliamentary System
Asad Umar clarified that there was no direct Saudi involvement in the CPEC, which he emphasised, remains a bilateral venture between China and Pakistan. Chini Danda
Asad Umar dismissed concerns that Pakistan may have had to agree to meet some Saudi demands in return for securing a bailout package. "The Saudis did not make any demands that we refused to meet," he said, adding: "They made no demands. And this is the Pak-Saudi relation; it's a people-to-people connection. They will stand by Pakistan's side during our time of need." :((

Paki F.I.A Doing A Damn Good Job !

Police arrest Faisalabad man over Facebook picture
ARY News
Oct 26, 2018
FAISALABAD: A man was arrested in Faisalabad for uploading a video of him resorting to aerial firing near his residence in the city.
Since his post went viral on the social media, CPO Faisalabad Ashfaq Khan took notice and issued arrest orders for the man.
Aerial firing is one way to "pass time" in Pakiland if you are the out-doors kind of a man. If you are indoors and also have puradaneeshan khatoons in your kothi, then you are better off in watching Bollywood movies and dramas on your local channels
Earlier this month, the FIA had taken into custody a man for allegedly posting a girl’s objectionable pictures on social media.
FIA also is the moral's police !
Lately, the FIA acting on a tip-off recovered 19 boys from a gang of human traffickers involved in smuggling of boys to Europe via Turkey.
This illegal outflow is expected to stop completely once the Kaptaan returns back to Pakiland from Cheen, with lots of "goodies" for the youthia , who are escaping this "Islamic Paradise" by hook or by crook and end up in the refugee havens of Greece, Italy and France

SSridhar wrote:Saeed-led JuD, FIF no more on list of banned outfits in Pakistan: report - PTI
Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed-led Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) and Falah-i-Insaniyat Foundation (FIF) are no longer on the list of banned outfits in Pakistan as the presidential ordinance that proscribed them under a UN resolution has lapsed, a media report said on Friday.

In February this year, former president Mamnoon Hussain promulgated an ordinance amending the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 to declare JuD and FIF as proscribed groups.

During a hearing on Thursday of a petition filed by Saeed, his counsel informed the Islamabad High Court (IHC) that the presidential ordinance had lapsed and it had never been extended, Dawn newspaper reported. {Dimmy, who shares the same ideology and platform with Hafeez Saaeed cannot be expected to re-issue the ordinance or convert it into law. Let's see how FATF reacts to this. KSA might have made tall promises of USD 13B, but that still does not obviate the need for IMF bail-out.}

The petitioner had challenged the ordinance under which his organisations had been banned for being on the watch list of the United Nations Security Council.

Saeed contended in the petition that he established JuD in 2002 and cut off all ties with the banned Lashkar-i-Taiba, but India continued to malign the JuD for its past association with the banned outfit, the report said.

The petitioner said he was kept in detention in 2009 and 2017 due to India’s pressure. He said that the UN Security Council had passed a resolution against the JuD after which the government of Pakistan put it on the watch list, it said.

India has been pushing Pakistan to bring to justice the planners of the November 2008 Mumbai attacks. Saeed is the co-founder of the Lashkar-e-Taiba, which was responsible for the attack in which 166 people were killed.

Saeed’s counsel Raja Rizwan Abbasi and Sohail Warraich appeared before Justice Aamer Farooq of the IHC. On a query, Saeed’s counsel informed the court that the current government did not extend the ordinance or table it in parliament to convert it into an act.

Deputy Attorney General Raja Khalid Mehmood Khan confirmed that the ordinance has lapsed. He, however, declined the request of advocate Abbasi for giving a statement on behalf of the interior ministry about the lapse of the ordinance.

Khan told the court that since the petitioner did not cite the interior ministry as a respondent, he could not give a statement unless the petition was amended and the interior secretary added as a party in the petition.

Justice Farooq held that the petition became infructuous since the ordinance challenged by the petitioner has lapsed.

The judge disposed of the petition with an observation that in case the government renewed this ordinance, the petitioner was at liberty to file another petition against the promulgation of the law.

The petitioner claimed that the promulgation of the ordinance was not only prejudicial to the sovereignty but also contradictory to the fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution.

He said that any law which was violative of constitutional provisions was liable to be struck down.

According to a list updated on September 5 on the National Counter Terrorism Authority’s website, 66 organisations have been banned in the Pakistan and the JuD and FIF are not among them.
Super, now the FATF committee/task group should have no issues in changing the status of Shitistan from Grey list to Black List.

Immy's Goberment Takes "Steps" To "Fix The Bad Image" Of Pakistan

FIA establishes offices in Iran, Greece to curb illegal migration
Oct 26, 2018
RAWALPINDI – The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of Pakistan has established its sub-offices in Greece and Iran to curb increasing activities of organised criminal networks and illegal movements of Pakistani migrants.
One sub-office each in Greece and Iran had been established and soon two deputy directors along with their subordinates would begin performing duties in these countries, reported Dawn News.
Sure hope that these "juicy oversees appointments" are not made on "recommendations" or what is commonly known as "sifarish" !
The FIA teams had already visited Turkey, Iran and Greece to finalise the setting up of sub-offices there. The plan to set up a sub-office in Turkey has been delayed due to financial difficulties.
What exactly is the mandate of this so called sub offices ? Are they going to get local police support , specially from the Shias of Iran. Remains to be seen
he decision to establish FIA offices abroad was taken after a smugglers’ boat with a majority of Pakistanis on board capsized off the coast of Libya on January 31 this year, leaving several people drowned. The UN agency says Pakistani nationals had been taking an increasingly large share of migrants trying to cross the Mediterranean via Libya to Europe.

I.O.W. showing their full Pakistaniyat by lying that they are facing "political persecution" , posing as either Ahmedis , Christians or transgenders and /or gay man, or disguising themselves as Afghans !

"Bearded Islami Judge" Is Not Going Away Quietly Into The Paki Sunset

Shaukat Siddiqui moves SC against his 'unlawful, biased' termination as IHC judge
DAWN
Oct 26, 2018
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui, who earlier this month was sacked as a senior puisne ( judge of a superior court- maybe an Appeals Court Judge ! ) judge of the Islamabad High Court, challenged his termination in the Supreme Court (SC) on Friday.
President Arif Alvi had terminated Siddiqui on October 11 after the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) found the then IHC judge "guilty of misconduct" over a speech he delivered in July before the Rawalpindi District Bar Association. Justice Siddiqui in his petition contended that he was terminated without a due process and that his ouster was done without [the SJC] fulfilling legal prerequisites. The ousted judge mentioned that no inquiry had been conducted into his remarks regarding alleged interference by the country’s premier spy agency in the judicial proceedings.
The bearded judge is now complaining that he was sacked by the Prez on orders of The Premiere Institution , just because he "criticized" the ISI
Siddiqui also raised a number of questions on legality of the actions taken against him, saying he wanted to highlight additional grounds in support of his petition at the time of its hearing at the Supreme Court. In his appeal, Siddiqui stated: "In view of the historical evolution of procedure for removal from high public office through an impeachment under the public gaze and open proceedings, the action against the petitioner [Siddiqui] is violative of rule of law and judgements of the Supreme Court of Pakistan."
Worthy to note that this "Judge" was once the blue -eyed boy of the Deep State. But "corruption" charges were slapped against him, when he got into a tiff with his Boss, CJP Nisar . And it has now come to this final state . Dismissed !
The former IHC judge also claimed that SJC members were biased against him, saying that his removal "in an illegal manner was part of [a] preconceived plan of the worthy chairman of the SJC who intended to deprive the petitioner judge [Siddiqui] from becoming the chief justice of [the] Islamabad High Court. A plan is now afoot to bring 'his man' as a chief justice of [the] Islamabad High Court This is itself sufficient ground to establish the malafide exercise of power by the Chairman."
There may be "some truth" in this allegation. Hard to know in the conspiracy theory environment of Pakiland !
Siddiqui pleaded the apex court to withdraw the notification of his removal and restore him as IHC judge.

An whole extended family of mother, father, sons, daughters, uncles , aunts , cousins , inlaws, outlaws, neices, nephews ( like Maulana Fazl !) is dependent on this "judge" for their daily livelihood . Now, with his "dismissal", they will literally be "out on the streets"
On July 20, Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui had made serious allegations against personnel of a security agency, claiming that they were manipulating judicial proceedings. He also claimed the agencies approached the IHC chief justice to ensure Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz remained behind bars for the elections.
Desperate situation requires desperate disclosures
On July 31, the SJC had issued a show-cause notice to Justice Siddiqui on the reference for making unnecessary and unwarranted comments by accusing the establishment of manipulating the judicial proceedings.
No "accusations" against the Premiere Institution Of Pakistan will be tolerated
The SJC took up the matter after considering that such comments prima facie had the tendency of undermining the respect otherwise due to such constitutional institutions.
Buzz words nothing else IMHO !
On Oct 11, a letter written by the SJC had emerged, in which the council, comprising five Supreme Court judges, had said it found Justice Siddiqui guilty of misconduct over a speech he delivered in July. Later in the day, President Arif Alvi removed him. According to a statement, issued by the federal law ministry, the president took the decision after the SJC recommended his removal.
The President of Pakistan is just a rubber stamp President

Yemeni Embassy In Isloo Appears To Toe An Anti- Irani Line

Yemen conflict not a war between Saudi Arabia and Yemen: embassy
Dawn
Oct 26, 2018
The Embassy of Yemen in Islamabad on Friday issued a clarification on local reportage of the Saudi-backed Yemen war, dismissing the notion that the conflict is a war between Yemen and Saudi Arabia."Some media outlets depict the situation in Yemen as a war between Yemen and Saudi Arabia," the statement said. "This grave mistake misinforms the public and entails wrong conclusions and biased stances."
While the whole world is blaming Saudi Arabia of ruthlessly bombing Yemeni civilians from the air ( masterminded by MBS and Raheel ) the Embassy is toeing the Saudi line !
On Wednesday, in his address to the nation soon after returning from Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Imran Khan vowed to mediate between Saudi Arabia and Yemen to end their ongoing conflict.“I will make all-out efforts to get resolved Saudi Arabia-Yemen conflict by acting as a mediator. We will also try our best to play a mediatory role in bringing all the Muslim nations together,” he had said.
If Imran is really serious about playing the role of an "honest broker", he should immediately recall Raheel back to Pakiland . The "General For Hire" was last seen in Amman Jordon, using the Paki Embassy there , to meet with the Jordanian Army Chief , plotting "strategy" in Yemen !

Not sure where to ask this: Why does India not care that Wikipedia and Google report the Sharada Peetha in PoK as Azad Kashmir?

The Sringeri Seer asked PM Modi to restore piligrimage to Sharada Peetha in PoK

Perhaps GoI should first work on ridding Google, Wikipedia, etc. of this Azad Kashmir tag!

A quick look at Wikipedia on Sharada Peetha
Sharada Peeth (Urdu: شاردا پیٹھ‎; Kashmiri: شاردا پیٹھ / शारदा पीठ) is an abandoned Hindu temple and ancient centre of learning along the Neelam River in the village of Sharda, in the Pakistani administered territory of Azad Kashmir. Between the 6th and 12th centuries CE, it was one of the foremost centres of higher learning in the Indian subcontinent,[5][6] hosting scholars such as Kalhana, Adi Shankara,[7] Vairotsana,[7] Kumarajiva,[7] and Thonmi Sambhota.[7] It is also said to be where Pāṇini[citation needed] and Hemachandra completed and stored their writings on Sanskrit grammar.[8]
A quick look at Google on Sharada Peetha
Archaeological site in Sharda, Azad Kashmir

Why can’t we evolve naming this territory into Disputed Kashmir in Internet informational portals?
Its a friking shame that this high seat of learning is lying around in such a dilapidated neglect - and to call it Azad is puke worthy!

ISLAMABAD: Several prominent political figures and government officials, including Prime Minister Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan, own benami properties in Dubai, a report submitted by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to the Supreme Court revealed on Friday.

The report, covering details of properties owned by Pakistani nationals, also revealed that the government’s spokesperson on economy and energy issues, Farrukh Saleem’s mother, Senator Taj Afridi and PPP leader Makhdoom Amin Faheem’s widow also made it to the list.

The investigation further revealed that ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Mumtaz Ahmed Muslim owns 16 properties and former PPP minister Amin Faheem’s widow Rizwana Ameen own four properties in the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) lucrative real estate market.

SC seeks details of 20 individuals with properties in UAE

Former Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senator Anwar Baig’s wife owns an apartment while Senator Taj Afridi, Mir Hassan Talpur and former senator Ammar Ahmed Khan also included in the list.

Among other prominent individuals, singer Adnan Sami Khan’s mother Noreen Sami Khan owns three properties while customs collector Shahid Majeed, FBR officer Wasif Khan, former PIA MD Ijaz Haroon’s wife, daughters of former military ruler Gen Pervez Musharraf’s former secretary Tariq Aziz, DIG Suhail Habib Tajik, politician Zakim Khan, government official Agha Masood Abbas, Irshad Ahmed of Zarai Taraqiati Bank, and customs collector Wahid Khurshid’s wife also own properties in Dubai.

Bearded "Judge" Siddiqui Blasts "Clean Shaven" CJP Saquib

Former IHC judge Siddiqui accuses CJP of prejudice
Pakistan Today
Oct 26, 2018
ISLAMABAD: Former Islamabad High Court (IHC) judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui on Friday challenged his termination as a high court judge in the Supreme Court.President Arif Alvi had removed Siddiqui on the Supreme Judicial Council’s (SJC) recommendation on October 11. The SJC had unanimously found the IHC judge “guilty of misconduct” over an anti-ISI speech that he had delivered before the Rawalpindi District Bar Association on July 21. “Siddiqui, an IHC judge, displayed a conduct unbecoming of a high court judge,” SJC said.
Justice Siddiqui, in his constitutional petition, contended that he was terminated without due process and that his ouster was done without [the SJC] fulfilling legal prerequisites. Siddiqui also raised a number of questions on the legality of the actions taken against him, saying he wanted to highlight additional grounds in support of his petition at the time of its hearing at the apex court. He filed the petition under Article 184(3) of the Constitution of Pakistan, claiming that “he was discriminately sacked on account of making a public speech”.He also alleged that the SJC order “suffered from various illegalities and malafides” and prayed to the apex court to set aside the notification and restore his position as IHC judge.
Rule of law, will of the people, democracy etc etc be damned . All Paki "Justices", including the Chief Justice of Pakistan, plus the President , and the PM serve at the pleasure of The Deep State . You annoy them or cross their Red Lines and you are out . Ganja is the prime example . Even Siddiqui - a one time blue -eyed boy of the Deep State has been terminated for making statements against the Premiere Institution of Pakistan
The former IHC judge also claimed that SJC members were biased against him, saying that his removal “in an illegal manner was part of [a] preconceived plan of the worthy chairman of the SJC who intended to deprive the petitioner judge [Siddiqui] from becoming the chief justice of [the] Islamabad High Court.”Siddiqui pleaded the apex court to withdraw the notification of his removal and restore him as IHC judge.
Many many people of his extended family depend on his salary and benefits . Now, that he is out of favour, their standard of living etc etc is in jeopardy
On Oct 11, a letter written by the SJC had emerged, in which the council comprising five Supreme Court judges, had said that it found Justice Siddiqui guilty of misconduct. Justice Asif Saeed Khosa wrote in the 39-page report that Justice Siddiqui did not even spare the SC when he remarked that he knew who sent messages to the apex court and who delivered them. The report further stated that “such reckless and irresponsible conduct of a high court judge was not countenanced by any standard of judicial propriety and the Code of Conduct in this country is no exception in that regard”.
Earlier, on July 20, the former IHC judge had made serious allegations against security agency’s personnel claiming that they were “manipulating judicial proceedings”.On July 31, the SJC had issued a show-cause notice to Justice Siddiqui on the reference of his speech and was directed to submit a reply by August 28.The SJC took up the matter after considering that such comments prima facie had the tendency of undermining the respect otherwise due to such constitutional institutions.

Other Countries Of The World Should Follow Norway's Example And Reject / Revoke Visas For Prominent Pakis Who Practice Hate Speech by Demonizing Christians, Hindus, Ahmediyas And Other Minorities Of Pakistan !

VIDEO: Norway rejects Orya Maqbool’s visa for ‘hate speech’
Oct 26, 2018
OSLO: Urdu columnist and TV show host Orya Maqbool Jan has been denied the Norwegian visa following his remarks on the Ahmadiyya and Jewish community earlier this week. The journalist had intended to visit Lillestrom for an Islamic event scheduled on October 27.
Other countries should follow Norway's example . Hurt them where it hurts
n the video, Jan says: “Ahmadis have looted the finality of prophethood. As Muslims we only have one sunnah, the sunnah of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique (RA) which says to chop off the necks of ‘such’ people”.He also claimed that the Prophet (PBUH) himself ordered the murder of those who disrespected him.

PBUH has said many things in The Book . A whole new Industry has sprung up in Saudia, Iran and Pakistan Universities and Islamic "Centers Of Learning "( and probably in India as well ) as to what the PBUH said or did not say in his lifetime .Reams of "research" are produced and Doctorates In Islamic Philosophy are handed out, once his sayings are "verified" through multiple sources
The matter of Jan’s visa rejection has been reported by his own weekly show aired on Neo News on October 24th. According to the channel, “The right to travel, freedom of expression, and meeting friends and family has been stripped from Pakistani citizen Orya Maqbool Jan.”
First, it is not a Right, but a Privilege. Secondly, words matters and words uttered have consequences !
The event organised by Zohra Manzoor Welfare Society has also been cancelled as the venue, The Bratejordet School, has refused to lease space and cater to the journalist.
Other countries, specially Bartania should follow Norway !
According to the Rabwah Times, Bratejordet School Principal Sandra Hansen said: “The Zohra Manzoor Welfare Society had an arrangement with Bratejordet school regarding renting space to hold an event. Yesterday, the school was made aware of the content of this event and the organiser behind the event was informed that due to the views and statements of the speaker invited, the school’s facilities were no longer available. Neither our school nor the community can support the type of extreme views fronted by Mr Jan.” Moreover, Lillestrom Mayor Boye Bjerkholt also expressed his alarm on Jan’s ‘murderous views’.
“I was invited to a celebration of Data Ganj Baksh, organised by the Zohra Manzoor Welfare Society. I accepted the invitation and didn’t think more of it until I was told by outsiders that a Pakistani extremist by the name of Orya Maqbool Jan would also participate. I immediately did an Internet research, and found a number of articles and deeply disturbing videos in which Jan spews out his hatred, to the point of inciting the murder of Ahmadiyya muslims. I condemn these views as completely unacceptable and incompatible with the basic values of our society,” he said.
On the other hand, Jan’s channel expressed its views blaming secular people for the world’s problems. “Norway’s distasteful tactic of snatching the journalist’s rights of meeting his friends and family, travelling and expressing his innocent views can suppress the truth but not alter it. Secular people are only scared of his truth,” according to the channel.
Norway, IMO, should go further and strip any Pakis of their Norwegian Citizenship if they are found to be guilty of spreading hatred towards others in Norway . They should be deported back to Pakistan !!!

Chini Envoy Appears To Be On The Defensive !

China ready to help Pakistan stave off financial crisis, says envoy
Pakistan Today
Oct 26, 2018
ISLAMABAD: Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing on Friday said that Beijing would extend all possible assistance and support to Pakistan’s government to help mitigate its economic woes, as he dismissed the notion that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a burden on the Pakistani economy.
“CPEC is beneficial not only for China but also for Pakistan,” Yao said while giving a media briefing at the Chinese embassy here.
Hard to say what it means in practical terms ( more Chini loans to stave off insolvency ?) or toleration of Paki corruption by the Chinis
Yao rejected the impression that only Chinese companies are benefiting from CPEC or that “CPEC is a burden on Pakistan’s economy”. He said the Chinese authorities are ready to “provide information and clear reservations” regarding the project at anytime.
Whether the information provided is objective and truthful is anybody's guess. !
CPEC is China’s trust in Pakistan and we have faith in the ‘Emerging Pakistan’ slogan because the people and the government of Pakistan are hardworking and talented,” he added. While briefing the media about the upcoming visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan to Beijing, Yao said, “We understand that Pakistan is facing many challenges in the financial sector and China, as a true friend, is ready to extend all possible assistance and support to Pakistan.”
Speaking about the progress on CPEC, the Chinese ambassador said that projects worth $19 billion had either been completed or were near completion. The ambassador also cautioned the media against “some forces in the world who do not wish to see a progressing and prosperous China”.“They do not want out cooperation with Pakistan. Both countries need to boost mutual confidence and use this bilateral cooperation for regional development. All of us need to unite against the negative forces. The media’s role and cooperation are of utmost importance in this regard and we hope that the media can spread correct information regarding CPEC,” he said.
IOW, he does not want "the robust Pakistani media" to cast a critical eye on the gamechanger CPEC . And accept the Govt propaganda line on this !
He said that all Early Harvest Projects (EHPs) were put on the fast track.“Out of total 22 EHPs, 10 have been already completed while 12 are near completion. These include seven power projects, laying of fibre optic cable and KLM,” the deputy ambassador said, adding that the total amount involved in EHPs was $19 billion which were being spent on ground projects.
Instead of "Early Harvest" returns, the Pakis have seen their Foreign Exchanges Reserves mysteriously disappear as payments for CPEC maal imported by Chini State and Non - State Enterprises , with no visible improvement in either Paki domestic employment or domestic manufacturing as they were hoodwinked to believe by the "shrewd Chinis"
He further said that the repayment process would commence from 2021 and Pakistan would pay $300 million to $400 million annually.“All energy projects under CPEC are in IPP mode and funded by Chinese commercial loans which are borrowed and repaid by Chinese companies. There is no foreign debt on the Pakistani government through these,” he concluded.
Does not make sense to me . If repayment of loans do not start until 2021, then how come the Pakis are in such dire straits right now . And are now being compelled to beg and borrow from Big Ummah Bro . And the IMF

Will Action Be Taken Against The Kaptaan's Sister , Aleema Khan For Holding Benami Property In Dubai

PM’s sister among Pakistanis who own properties in Dubai
Pakistan Today
Oct 26, 2018
Several prominent political figures and government officials, including Prime Minister Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan, own benami properties in Dubai, a report submitted by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to the Supreme Court has revealed.
Notices have been dispatched to all individuals involved in acquiring properties in the name of another person. However, one of Aleema Khan’s servants informed the FIA that his employer was currently abroad. To which, the notice was sent to her through email.
Should have been sent by Registered Post and not E mail. Or followed it up by Registered Post . Most likely for one reason or the other , the FIA will be forced to later admit, that her name on the List is due to a clerical error or something  It is similar to FIA finding Shahbaaz Sharif guilty of "corruption" when Ganja Sharif was PM !

WHY IS CHINA BUILDING A MILITARY BASE IN PAKISTAN, AMERICA’S NEWEST ENEMY?
As the Trump administration announced plans this week to cut all security funding to Pakistan, Beijing revealed it would build an offshore naval base near a strategic Pakistani port.
The naval base will be located in Gwadar Port, in the Pakistani province of Balochistan. Chinese military officials told the South China Morning Post that the new base was necessary because the current port, which caters mostly to merchant ships, is unable to supply the services and logistical support Chinese warships need. The project would mark China’s second foreign military base in the world, after a recent expansion in Africa.

Islami Takat, Playing The Broken Record Of "Paki Adventure Tourism" At International Conference

International conference to promote adventure tourism in Pakistan concludes
Pakistan Today
Oct 26, 2018
First international conference on the majestic mountains of Pakistan was successfully held at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.
According to a press statement issued here on Friday, more than 500 enthusiasts of alpinism, adventure sports and tourism from many European countries, including Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom attended the conference.
Ambassadors of many countries, top ranking tour operators of France, notables of the Pakistani community and media persons were also present.
Wonder what BS was pedaled by the participants - most likely - of Paki origin !
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi addressed the inaugural session of the conference through a special video message. He said that Pakistan was unique and diverse in terms of its landscapes and offered a variety of activities and attractions for tourists of all shades.
Did he also "caution" prospective tourist that lots of bureaucratic hurdles ( including NOC from ISI) awaits them before they are allowed to enter the so-called Northern Areas , leaving aside the fact that they will be tailed, followed throughout their stay because of "spying" concerns in the sensitive areas close to the Chini / Kashmir border
The foreign minister further said that promotion of tourism was a priority of the new government. “Besides developing modern facilities and new resorts for visitors, the government’s tourism policy would also ensure that tourism remains sustainable and eco-friendly while preserving nature and its resources for future generations,” he said. :((
Pierre Mazeaud, a well-respected French politician and jurist, who is also an accomplished mountaineer, was the guest of honour. He spoke of his various expeditions to Pakistan and hoped that the conference would help in further promoting tourism in the country. One-minute of silence was also observed to pay homage to the mountaineers who lost their lives during their expeditions on the mountains of Pakistan in 2018.
The participants also benefited from the specially set up virtual reality show to experience paragliding over the mountains of Pakistan ( make sure that they do not accidentally glide over Dushman territory  ) with famous French paragliders Antoine Gerard.

Pakistan Today
Oct 26, 2018
ISLAMABAD: The All Parties Conference (APC) to be convened by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman appears to be in doldrums as the leaders of the two major opposition parties – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) – are reluctant to attend it.However, Fazl on Friday reached Lahore and is likely to meet PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif over the weekend and convince him to personally attend the moot.
Change of power in Isloo has made Maulana Diesel virtually homeless, powerless, and deprived of perks of power (free medical and dental benefits , bullet proof SUV and generous car allowance, limited free travel domestic and foreign and lots of other free goodies ) . Now It Is The Turn Of The Gulf Arbis To Financially Salvage Pakistan, In The Name Of Ummah Unity

Pakistan has asked UAE to provide deferred payment facility for oil import, says Qureshi
Dawn
Oct 26, 2018
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Friday said Pakistan has asked the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for a deferred payment facility for the import of oil, similar to the one agreed with Saudi Arabia earlier this week.
Qureshi said this while addressing a press conference in Islamabad, during which he briefed the media about a meeting earlier in the day between Prime Minister Imran Khan and a high-level delegation led by UAE Minister of State Sultan Ahmed Al-Jaber.
Pakis sort of running a competition as to which Ummah Bro "steps up to the begging plate" set in front of them
The minister said the UAE delegation is visiting Pakistan under the aegis of UAE Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed to discuss mutually beneficial projects which both countries can undertake."The delegation said bilateral relations between Pakistan and UAE are decades old, but there was a dip in the last 4-5 years," Qureshi said. "In today's meeting, we have discussed measures to expand the economic side of our longstanding bilateral ties."
"First, in the agriculture sector, we have discussed how we can increase exports to the UAE. We have an exportable surplus in rice which we used to export [to the country], but our exports have decreased considerably in the last few years.""In fruits, I discussed with them the export of citrus and mangoes. We have both in abundance and there is a demand in UAE too. Due to our proximity, we can easily export these despite them being perishable items," the foreign minister said, adding that the UAE has an "effective way of processing and packaging food, so we have decided to benefit from their expertise".
Can Pakis afford to promise rice, fruit, vegetables to "CPEC Cheen" and now " Ummah Bro" UAE in exchange of Moolahs from them . What if the rains fail. What if India continues to "steal Paki waters" , as in the past . Who is going to the preferred "customer" . The Arabs or China
The foreign minister further said that the matter regarding setting up a state-of-the-art LNG terminal in Pakistan with UAE's cooperation was also discussed during the meeting. The Emirati delegation has expressed interest in setting up an LNG terminal in Pakistan," he said.
Open and shameless begging in the name of Religion
Qureshi said a member of Emirati real estate company Emaar was also part of the delegation. "We told them that the government was planning to build five million houses and asked if they could be of any help in this regard," the foreign minister said.
No diplomatic language here. Open and shameless begging for this "pie in the sky" ( five million houses) scheme or racket if one wants to call it as such
"Another issue which we are facing these days is that of water shortage. UAE holds expertise in water desalination and if they could invest in setting up a plant in Karachi or Gwadar, our water crisis will be resolved and it will be a massive development," Qureshi said.
Emirati expertise in water desalination ? What a cruel joke on the Gulf Arbis . Falcon hunting and camel racing is more their forte . Like the Saudis, "everything" is out -sourced via money diplomacy . Most of the management and Engineering cadre is imported from North America or Europe , with a few Arabs, and Indians thrown in . Unskilled labor provided by the Pakis , only if they are lucky to get an UAE Visa . An UAE Minister is on record saying that he prefers Indians to Pakistanis .
The shameless Pakistan Foreign Minister , in the course of just one press conference , has openly "begged" for LNG Terminal, financial help for the 5 million Housing Scheme Scam , and "help" in setting up a desalination plant in Karachi and Gwadar ( were not the Cheenis supposed to build one  )

The naval base will be located in Gwadar Port, in the Pakistani province of Balochistan. Chinese military officials told the South China Morning Post that the new base was necessary because the current port, which caters mostly to merchant ships, is unable to supply the services and logistical support Chinese warships need. The project would mark China’s second foreign military base in the world, after a recent expansion in Africa [Djibouti].
China is trying to make it sound innocuous and trivial just in order to pull wool over everyone's eyes.

In c. 2014, the Namibian Times, a lesser known newspaper, leaked an official Chinese report that talked of 18 foreign naval bases in such places as Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Djibouti, Yemen, Oman, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Seychelles, Madagascar and Namibia. Apart from Djibouti, the other foreign bases for the PLAN include Chongin Port (North Korea), Moresby port (Papua & New Guinea, PNG), Sihanoukville Port (Cambodia), Koh Lanta Port(Thailand), Chittagong Port(Bangladesh), Gwadar Port(Pakistan),Hambanatota Port(Sri Lanka), Male(Maldives), Seychelles, Lagos port(Nigeria), Mombasa Port(Kenya), Dar es Salaam Port(Tanzania), Luanda Port(Angola) and Walvis Bay Port(Namibia). They are coming true one-by-one.

China classifies these ports into three categories: a First Group consisting of Aden Port, Djibouti Port (both at Bab-el-Mandeb), and Salalah Port (Oman). These ports will be used only for logistics supply. A Second group, meant for logistics supply plus naval personnel rest & Recreation. Currently only Seychelles falls under this category. A Third Group which is meant for Logistics Supply, Rest & Recreation and Weaponry Repairing. Currently, only Gwadar falls under this category. In March 2017, South China Morning Post had reported that China planned to increase the size of its marine corps from 20,000 to 100,000 personnel for overseas deployment, including at Gwadar and Djibouti.

A year after the report by the unknown Namibian Times, in May 2015, the President of Djibouti announced high level talks between China and Djibouti on the construction of the naval base. In late February, 2016, China announced “construction of infrastructure for the support facilities has started, and the Chinese side has dispatched personnel to Djibouti for relevant work.”, again making it sound so innocent and bland. And in c. 2017, it was inaugurated. It can accommodate 1000 PLAN personnel.

The efforts at Gwadar also follow same banal trajectory as Djibouti. During the May, 2011 visit by Pakistani PM Yousuf Raza Gilani ( two weeks after the elimination by the US of Osama bin Laden at Abbottabad on May 2, 2011), reports appeared of the Chinese interest in taking over the Gwadar port and building a naval base there. The Chinese later contradicted these claims!! In late January 2013, the Pakistan Cabinet led by the PPP Prime Minister Raja Parvez Ashraf decided to hand over the Gwadar Port from Singapore’s PSA (Port of Singapore Authority which won a bid in 2007 to operate the port for 40 years) to China’s China Overseas Port Holding Authority. Pakistan has been demanding China to convert the Gwadar port into a naval base. The Pakistan demand is coordinated between the two collaborating countries to make it appear as though China is building a naval base for Pakistan while in fact it is doing so primarily for its use.

Incentive To Recover So -Called Stolen Money ( $ 200 Billion !) Now Being Advertised By Imran's Govt

Whistleblower to get 20% of money recovered from corrupt politicians
The Express Tribune
Oct 27, 2018
ISLAMABAD: Minister for Justice and Law Dr Farough Naseem on Friday announced introduction of Whistleblower Protection Bill through which whistleblowers will receive 20 per cent of the recovered money and assets from corrupt people.“This law will invite countrymen to identify the corrupt, and whistleblowers will get 20 percent of the ill-gotten money and assets recovered from such people,” he said while addressing a press conference. “The names of whistleblowers will be kept a secret.”
80% of 200 Billion US Dollars- minus 20% commission - is still a lot of money for the bankrupt Imran Govt . No need to have Saudi money or IMF loans now to finance the Islamic Farewell State
According to Naseem, the draft for this bill is ready and will be presented in parliament and provincial legislatures soon.“The purpose of this bill is to ensure protection for people who point out corruption to the relevant authorities,” he added. It is pertinent to mention that a similar legislation was passed in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly during the previous tenure of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) .

Pakis "Shocked" That An Israeli Aircraft From Tel -Aviv Lands In Isloo And Then Flies Back To Israel After 10 Hours !

Arrival of 'Israeli aircraft' in Islamabad: Minister responds as Ahsan Iqbal seeks explanation
The News International - Web Desk
Oct 27, 2018
A tweet from a Israeli journalist that an aircraft flew from Tel Aviv to Islamabad has sparked a storm of rumors on social media. According to BBC the plane was not registered in Israel and it actually flew from Amman.
Avi Scharf, editor of Israeli newspaper Haretz who first tweeted about the alleged arrival of the aircraft, said the plane did not directly fly from the Israeli capital into Islamabad. He, however spoke of trick the pilot allegedly may have used to make it look like a flight from Amman-Islamabad instead of a Tel Aviv-Islamabad flight.
The BBC quoted him as saying that after taking off from Israel the plane landed in Amman and after a gap of 5 minutes it took off for Islamabad. Scharf claimed plane visited Islamabad on October 24.Quoting the BBC report, PMLN leader Ahsan Iqbal took to Twitter and sought explanation from the government.Responding to Iqbal, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry asked him not to worry as Pakistan was in the safe hands."The fact is that neither Imran is a Nawaz Sharif nor he has a fake Aristotle like you in his cabinet. We will neither hold secret talks with Modi nor Israel," he wrote in Urdu.
The minister, however, did not respond to the rumors that have been doing the rounds on social media.
No need to mention that Israel is "fast friends" with Dushman India, therefore Israel also is in The Enemy Camp . Did the Deep State ensure that the aeroplane did not fly over, places where the "crown jewels" of Pakistan are stored , and do some aerial "spying" on the side. Was the pilot "grilled" by ISI agents and then allowed to fly back to Tel - Aviv

PS . Are the Aam Pakis aware that MBS of Saudia is a very close friend of Jerald Kushner a Jew , and is a son-in-law of POTUS, and a very very stout supporter of Israel

More Information On That "Secret Israeli Plane" That Landed In Islamabad

Facts behind mysterious plane that came from Israel to Pakistan
Oct 27, 2018
ISLAMABAD – The arrival of a mysterious plane that reportedly took off from Israel and landed in Pakistan – with both having no diplomatic ties – has set the tongues wagging, however, the facts attributed with the said flight reveal an altogether different story.
According to the investigations by Daily Pakistan, the said plane is not Israeli and is owned by a private entity, contrary to what’s being reported on the mainstream media.
Moreover, the plane manufactured by Canadian Bombardier Inc arrived in Israel from the United States a few days ago and then it headed towards Islamabad – probably to carry a member of US diplomatic staff or military officer to Pakistan.
Any "See Eye Ae" afsars on board
Although the flight stirred hullabaloo in the country, it is actually of not much importance due to the fact that the American spy agency CIA used to transport prisoners from Pakistan to Guantanamo Bay using shady routes under their project ‘CIA’s ghost planes’.
And Pakistan, being a "whore" was paid handsomely by CIA . !
The plane which is said to have landed in Islamabad a few days ago is registered in self-governing British Crown dependency, Isle of Man through shell companies with no clear-cut ownership credentials.Interestingly flight radar – a portal which shows real-time commercial aircraft flight information on a map – has no record of the flight landing in Islamabad, though British paper BBC claims that there is evidence of the flight on the same website.
Another important aspect about the aircraft bearing serial number 9394 in question is that it is listed on multiple websites for sale.
The strategy of a stop-over at Amman technically changed the code numbers associated with the plane through which it was allowed to make contact with different air traffic controllers to land in Pakistan’s capital.Days after tweeting the plane story, Schraf gave another viewpoint that he was not sure whether the plane touched down in Islamabad or not. In a series of tweeted, the journalist narrated that the flight disappeared when it came close to Islamabad and after 10 hours, reappeared again from Pakistan capital city.
Pakistan’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has strongly refuted reports about touchdown of any Israeli plane in Islamabad.‘No Israeli plane, whatsoever, landed on any airport in Pakistan,’ the authority clarified on Saturday.Pakistan has not recognized the status of Israel and both the countries have no diplomatic relations; the residents of Pakistan cannot travel to Israel as it is clearly mentioned on their green passports. Pakistan and Israel came closer only in 2005 when the then Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Qureshi held dialogue with Israeli counterpart, Silvan Shalom in 2005 in Turkey.
Not to worry now . All is well . Pakis once again used by "Massa" who used "Enemy Israel" to ferry military personnel to Pakistan . Not sure why the Pakis are burying their Pakjabi Head in the sand when it comes to Israel . Turkee has diplomatic relations with the "Zionist Entity" . Air India is "allowed" by Saudia to go over its airspace on way to Tel - Aviv . And the Saudis are "secretly" talking to the Israelis to "contain" Shia Iran. And just this past week, Netanyahu went to Oman to talk to the Sultan Of Oman, although they do not have diplomatic relations . What are they trying to "prove" over here. That they will not "get over their anti-semitism" ever . 99.99% of the Pakis have never seen a jew in person or talked to one. The ( useless) Paki passport is good for every country except Israel . And the latest is that they denied that an Israel (Business) Jet landed in Isloo with Amreeken Faujis on board !

SC bans Indian content on Pakistani TV channels
Oct 27, 2018
ISLAMABAD – The supreme court on Saturday barred all Pakistani TV channels from airing Indian content, local media reported. A bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan was hearing a petition filed by a producers association against a verdict announced by the Lahore High Court (LHC) allowing the local media to air the Indian content.
The apex court had suspended the high court verdict. “They are trying to hinder the construction of our dams and we cannot event shut their channels?” remarked the chief justice. The chief justice has directed the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) to take stern action against violators.
And of course there is the question of being "brainwashed" with Hindu culture , which Nisar "forgot" to state !

Imran Invites Himself To Malaysia To Meet Mahathir

PM Imran Khan's Malaysia visit schedule unveiled
Oct 27, 2018
*ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan Malaysia tour has been finalised and the tentative dates have been revealed.*
*PM Khan will leave for Malaysia on the invitation of its Premier Mahathir Bin Mohamad in the second week of November.* Premier will depart for a state visit to Malaysia along with a high level delegation comprising Finance Minister, Foreign Minister and Information Minister.
Prime Minister Khan, on October 18, made a telephone call to Malaysian Premier Mahathir Bin Mohamad. During the phone call, leaders of both states agreed to extend cooperation in various sectors and invited each other to visit their respective states. An invitation that Malaysian leader has accepted and assured his Pakistani counterpart to visit the country soon.
Imran is a "great admirer" of the half - Indian 92 year old Mahathir . Malaysia did not "go to IMF" during the currency crisis and Mahathir at that time, turned Malaysia "around" without seeking IMF bail-out . Immy wants to replicate that in Pakiland . And therefore seeking expert advice

Really? India hindering "construction of dams" in lower riparian region? How is that physically possible? Or, is the CJP confusing the matter of pakjab diverting rivers and canals that flow to Sindh?
