Mr. Gaurav Kampani seems to have vanished without a trace - dont see anymore of his BS about why India doesnt need nuclear weapons.
I bet he completed his 2yr program at MIIS (probably also got his green card in the process.
Mr. Sundara Vadalmudi is probably on the same track. You see he has a research assistantship etc. Bet he will vanish from the "bash India strategic think tank" pool in the coming months after he completes his program and probably gets his green card under some special "national security interest" quota.

A few things clear from the spate of stories about TSP proliferation are:
TSP proliferated centrifuge technology to Libya, Iran, And North Korea
TSP proliferated UF6 to Iran. This is the feedstock for the enrichment program.
TSP provided supplier lists for hardawre for centrifuge technology - Western European and Malaysian sources
TSP provided bomb designs to Libya, Iran and North Korea (?)
All the above is to state actors and the agency responsible was AQK and his KRL group.
TSP personnel have contacts with terrorist organization - Bashiruddin Mohamed from PAEC
The strong possiblity exists that terrorist entities have access to 'dirty' weapons.
The not so strong US repsonse to all these activites that endanger civil life due to various reasons stated and unstated
- Mushy's weak hold on power
- Mush's replacement could be worse than him
- If Mushy is overthrown the proliferation problem could become worse
- If Mushy is overthrown by fundamentalists the problem is infinitely worse for the US
etc. etc
The US appears to have taken a soft approach to secure itself
- Purge the proliferation prone KRL of its elements
- Secure the existing weapons with locks and monitoring
- Reform the ISI and Army of Islamist elements
- Give aid and military sales to boost their sagging spirits
All these steps are designed to protect from the organized armed forces of TSP.
Still this does not preclude the terrorists from making a strike on other powers with 'dirty' weapon.
Just as the US has taken steps to protect itself it is prudent for others to take some steps.
India should make it clear in no uncertain terms that a terrorist strike with dirty weapons from TSP will be considered a first use by TSP.

of dirty bomb (like a small radioactive sample in
lead case) has been passed onto US diplomats in
Pak via courier.
Pak frontier areas and karachi are the last and
most secure bastion of the al-keeda. The message
is likely to have been "we are fighting each other but certain rules are being observed. if you come after us in Pak with US army, prepare to face dirty bomb attacks on your major cities"
Al-keeda cannot survive without atleast 1 secure
national region and state backing. If NWFP is cleaned up they would be homeless mendicants.
