BJP will lose onlee

I said there was >50% chance Kavita would lose.. the local BJP candidate is very sharp, excellent communicator and has strong grass root contact. They under-estimated him too much to their own peril.Vikas wrote:The news of BJP leading in 6 seats in TG (including the one of Owaisi) had an instant moment of grief in the NDTV studio. Even K Kavitha is trailing.
Now that Jagan is going to form the govt in AP (Chandranna is decimated for good), will we see return of YSR days with EJ's getting free hand. His will be the largest block in Parl after the 2 national parties.
Meanwhile there is a distinct risk of TN govt falling alongside MP and KA. DMK is in breathing distance of AIADMK numbers after the bypolls for assembly.

Nope, If he/she can become memeber of Parl, might as well become RM. There is no explicit restriction other than membership of parl but I don't see Gen Singh getting this portfolio.Bharadwaj wrote:Slightly ot -I have searched but no found an answer on this- is there any restriction on a retd Army chief becoming the RM?
