With a gap of around 2-2.5 months between waves, I guess we will see at least one more mini-wave before sizeable population will be vaccinated with at least 1 dose...and then there is the challenge of 2nd dose. Hopefully, by that time, vaccine stock supplies would have improved considerably.Gupta said, “The administration has identified 26 lakh people above the age of 45 and 15.4 lakhs have been vaccinated at least one dose till date. Article was dated June 8th. Apparently, it is quite easy to tie up with a private hospital and get employees or residents vaccinated. One needs around 100+ recipients to qualify for on-site vaccination. Friend was saying that a bakery chain near his house has got all their employees vaccinated. Strangely, some employers are not taking initiative to get their employees vaccinated...
