If the judge has been appointed and the relevant gazette notification has been issued, which I am given to understand that it has been done, then the only option open, per the constitution of India to remove the judge, is impeachment, and that mandatorily involves both houses of the parliament, and it will not be done based solely or even merely, on the request or at the behest of the judiciary

Strictly, per law, Shri Victoria Gowri can now only be removed by impeachment. But for modern Shakespeare, I am true because i am final (and not I am final because I am true- i.e. Satyamave jayati is wrong) - any thing is correct, what constitution?

Firstly, there is no way to remove a judge once duly appointed except by an impeachment in both houses of the Parliament with a rather arduous process . Secondly, if an appointment challenge is entertained by the SC, every current and future appointment can be challenged as well. I think the CJI admitted the petition (instead of rejecting it outright) and then publicly dismissed it to send the message that this route to challenge the judiciary is not open.

Indian banks' exposures to the Adani Group are not large enough to affect their credit quality materially, rating agency Moody's Investors Service said on Tuesday. However, it said that risks for banks can increase if Adani becomes more reliant on bank loans.
"While we estimate that the exposures are larger for public sector banks than for private sector banks, they are smaller than 1 per cent of total loans for most banks," Moody's said, adding, "Risks for banks can increase if Adani becomes more reliant on bank loans."

there were one or two attempts too on his life.

prakhar shrivastav's whole 'khari baat' series is an absolute treat & super-informative watch! his series was the reason i had subscribed to capital tv (though had first watched him in a conference with DD's ashok shrivastav, where he was describing about this 'godi media' nonsense & exposing some facts about who all had been sitting in whose 'godi' since long. an example i recall through his talk was of khushwant singh when he had publicly thanked congress for his RS membership in 'servile' words).

His remarks about Agniveers are scurrilous. Don't know which retired officers told him about their misgivings.
The current average age of soldiers is 35. Agniveer brings it down to 25.
An army has to have young people to fight and not middle age folks like RaGa.

And by bringing the Agniveers into his political speech he has politicized the military and broken the consensus.
Shame on all the retired military that lent their support o him.

Also, officials are not attacked as he did to NSA.
They are off-limits.

So many monuments are being broken in his frustration at losing political power.

Something to reflect on if this is the person who is face of Politics.
