Terroristan - March 31, 2022
Re: Terroristan - March 31, 2022
Perhaps more terrifying than their terrorists is the rubbish in their minds.
"....showcasing its rugged terrain and craters in exquisite detail..." - a moderately powerful binoculars or camera lens from Earth does better.

I get a better view of the terminator with the naked eye. Forget about my Svarovsky binoculars and 6 inch Schmidt- Cassegrain
Re: Terroristan - March 31, 2022
Defining moment. For the first time an Indian PM recognizes reality & is not living in delulu land. Pakistan’s auqaat was always just a Bhikari Terroristan waiting to implode. Let them realize their destiny & focus on claiming ours.
There goes Aman ke Asha...
India will not engage Pakistan till the time he's in power or till Pakistan exists, whichever comes sooner. India will respond in kind if/when necessary, otherwise we will only watch them screwing themselves from a safe distance.
This was more or less evident, now we have offical confirmation. Superb stuff, yet another bodyblow to the Nehruvian consensus

Meanwhile: Indian flag hoisted in Rawalakot, Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, during a protest against the Pakistan Army and Police
Protestors even pelted stones at the security personnel.
(And just like Canada ..They are shouting about RAW and what not)!

What a KLD to Pakis ? Now some Paki anchors are saying prince is busy with Eid preparation and will come after Eid. But from reliable sources the real reason is that prince is not happy with some proposal by pukis and wants some more time to study it.MBS visit to Pakistan delayed
Official sources had indicated earlier without giving any schedule that the crown prince would be in Islamabad on May 19, for two days

ISLAMABAD: The anticipated visit of Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman (MBS) to Pakistan has been deferred.
Official sources had indicated earlier without giving any schedule that the crown prince would be in Islamabad on May 19, for two days.
Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zehra Baloch, when asked to comment on the development, made it clear on Friday that as soon the schedule was worked out between the two capitals, it would be made public. She was confident that the visit would take place soon and it would surely be very valuable and people of Pakistan are anxiously waiting for the leader from the brotherly country.

They are demanding tax free electricity from Mangla dam and more free atta in PoK. Massive rioting, with Brown Pants running away. There are stomach churning videos on twitter showing brow pants being pushed from cliffs by the local faithful.
A consequence of massive inflation, steep electricity tariffs mandated by IMF. As usual the cycle of violence has begun with the brownpants sending in reinforcements, locking up people.
Ofcourse, Al-Bakistan is somewhat like the Soviet Union. All the natural resources and food produced by Balkan states were looted to keep Russian citizens happy. Same in happening in Al-Bakistan, where Pakjab is Russia, and Sindh, Balochistan and PoK are the Balkan states.
Pin drop silence in the vibrant Pakistani media, which the Pakistanis never fail to point out is more free, vibrant, has taller and fairer people than SDRE media across the border. Pakistani reporters report from wide open spaces, indian reporters report from dark tiny studios. The vibrancy and freedom is in full display.

"vibrant" --> shalwar shiver.
Re: Terroristan - March 31, 2022
To counter this, Pakistan should sign a few deals with Iran to demonstrate equal==equal. Like approving a pipeline for natural gas from Iran
Re: Terroristan - March 31, 2022
The current khela at POK between PakJabis and Mirpuris is still practicing in nets. It has to go to a multiple T-20 tournament levels. And till Kejru cries Modi'ji kuch kariye, we should be minding our own business and wishing them that they get 2-4 rotis peacefully.

It will not happen, all Top generals Settle in USA, UK Australia with Children already there, unless off course the USA wants it to be done. China is just a way of US pushing the costs on China.
Re: Terroristan - March 31, 2022
Iran can try and get it via the other hand of China, North Korea.
Re: Terroristan - March 31, 2022
Iran definitely has better engineers, facilities and resources than the neighbouring bhikaris and NoKo. They can build a weapon no doubt.
The Chinese design may be to either aid miniaturisation or to make it more efficient as Iran does not have a ready stock of enriched fissile material.

Could be. Tech, or, for that matter anything is not difficult if you put your mind to it and work. I know of a few Pakistani firms that do amazing work. Yes, they have collaborated with designers in Hollywood and Hong Kong firms for the Tech, but with time they can easily go up the ladder.sanman wrote: ↑15 May 2024 14:59 I heard this was made in Pakistan - impressive for a first time effort

And not only Pakistan, but Vietnam, East African countries, everyone is a competitor. India has no manifest destiny of becoming an economic superpower, if we don't stay humble and work hard.

Well, just like some Indians love Pakistani soap-operas, and find them to be of higher quality than Indian ones.Mukesh.Kumar wrote: ↑22 May 2024 13:08 Could be. I think that here and there among the Pakistanis, they have some good quality artists.
And yet we speak all the time of our inevitable rise. This has become a substitute for calling for hard work. And not only Pakistan, but Vietnam, East African countries, everyone is a competitor. India has no manifest destiny of becoming an economic superpower, if we don't stay humble and work hard.
Japanese never spoke of their inevitable rise. Neither did Koreans, etc.
They just encouraged work ethic, and their rise happened as an unconscious side effect.
We are idiots who plan their celebration party instead of training for the cricket match.
Re: Terroristan - March 31, 2022
That was just a canard floated by The pakis using the WKK and the Aman ka Tamasha sellouts to save paki H&D. They knew they couldn't compete against Bollywood and tried to push their dramas..

Absolutely right, sanman ji.
This is a very bad Indian habit and will come back to bite us in some unmentionable places
best to keep your mouth shut and like Longfellow said, (with due apologies for paraphrasing him)
The heights by great countries reached and kept were not attained by sudden flight, but they, while their companions slept, were toiling upward in the night.
hopefully, things will settle down after the election season

Speaking of fantasy stories, there's a group which regularly publish alternate history news video reports generated from AI. See the following examples of their work:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOsOhB8ey1U
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tw7uij5CK40
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Il8yjWa7nGk
They do take suggestions/proposals for what video reports to make, although you should supply some useful archival footage for them to study and imitate.
Some wiseguy (presumably paki) gave his proposal for what kind of alternate history news reports he'd like to see:
I didn't like his idea at all. So I responded with my own counter-proposal:

Some wiseguy (presumably paki) gave his proposal for what kind of alternate history news reports he'd like to see:
Hindustan's War [REVISED]
War breaks out in South Asia between the axis-aligned state of Hindustan and the OFN-backed dominions of Pakistan and Khalistan. The conflict represents another clash between Axis forces (Einheitspakt and the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere) and the Allies (Organization of Free Nations).
Hindustan formed as a result of Britain’s defeat during the Second World War. Filling in the void of international support, Germany and Japan indirectly control the former British Raj through the formation of a fascist government within the region. While Hindustan de facto rules over the borders of modern-day India, the country is plagued by antifascist insurgents.
Khalistan and Pakistan function as Dominions of the British Commonwealth, much like Commonwealth states do in our world (ex. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc). Both states receive extensive support from the OFN, acting as a deterrent against land incursions by Hindustan.
I didn't like his idea at all. So I responded with my own counter-proposal:
Yes, I poured on maximum chutiyapa to make it as triggering as possible.I have a better idea. How about Ottoman-German aligned Paktunistan consolidating their control over Punjab while sending troops to help the Ottoman-German Axis to take over the holy places of the Middle East. Meanwhile the US-backed Indian Federation is locked in battle with Manchuria over Tibet, while Japan is tied down fighting both Russia and British Australia farther east. The combined air forces of the Luftwaffe and the Pakhtun Aryana aviation corps along with Taliban and SS shock troops are able to take full control of the Levant area, forcing European refugees sheltering there to once again flee farther east to the safety of the Indian Federation. This leads to an anti-fascist scientific & technical collaboration network who lobby Washington to fund the Manhattan-Mumbai Project (aka. Project M2). Their first success however is in the invention of radar. When Axis-aligned Pakhtunistan attempts to invade Kashmir, its air corps suffer heavy losses over Srinagar. Pakhtunistan's refusal of a surrender ultimatum results in the first ever dropping of an atom bomb on the city of Lahore. After another surrender refusal, the city of Multan becomes the site of the second ever atomic bombing.

Re: Terroristan - March 31, 2022
Sorry to disturb...but for the sake of accuracy ..
The pictures are of (L-R) Homi Bhabha, Robert Marshak and Robert Oppenheimer. Bhabha was the father of the Indian atomic program. Marshak (along with Sudarshan ) independently published the V-A theory of weak interaction and worked with Prof CL Mehta etc..(bit of information - I interacted with these two so can identify them well )
Also interestingly related... Marshak developed the theory of radiation-driven shock waves, now called “Marshak Waves”, which sounds incredibly scary in the context
