Arvind Kejriwal's Bail Was Not A 'Routine Judgment': Amit Shah On Alleged 'Special Treatment' For Delhi CM

Amit Shah: Kejriwal bail not routine, many believe special treatment given

In an interview with news agency ANI, Amit Shah added that it is for the judges who granted Kejriwal bail to think how their judgment is being used or misused.

Kejriwal was campaigning that if people vote for AAP, he won't have to go back to jail, and noting that, Amit Shah said that that was contempt of court, in his opinion,as though the court would change their decision based on election results; and the judges need to think about how their judgment is being used or misused.

The position of BJP and NDA after Phayze 4 has been a matter of some debate.

Some folks give BJP about 200-210 seats so far, which would project out to a similar final result as 2019 (about 310 seats).

Others are on the opposite extreme, i.e. BJP has already crossed 272 on its own.

Neither seems realistic. I think Shawn Jay and his colleagues (Omkar, Abhishek, and other observers reporting from specific regions) have the right consensus number.

BJP is likely at about 235 now, and the allies are at about 45 seats, with the NDA at around 280 seats out of the 379 that have already polled.

Given the projections for the remaining 164 seats, currently the BJP is likely to get 105-110 seats and allies about 10 seats, so NDA will be at 115-120 seats from the remaining Phayzes 5-7.

That works out to a final tally of BJP around 340-345 seats, allies around 55 seats, NDA at 395-400 seats. This does match well with what most opinion polls and other surveys had been projecting until mid-April.

The NDA momentum seems to have only increased during the election. And the INDI sh!tshow has been hit by many blunders and setbacks (including AAP tamasha which will surely impact PB and DL)....it would seem SC Milords are (perhaps unwittingly) helping the NDA by unleashing Kejriwal to screw up things for INDI before locking him up again.

Summary -

BJP and NDA are doing very well so far and have a good chance of reaching 400. NDA has reached 272 already.

If all goes as planned, BJP will get really close to 272 in Phayze 5 (which has only 49 seats split between BJP and allies), but will surely be past 300-310 in Phayze 6.

INDI appears to be on its last legs by now, and is on track to be completely routed in Phayze 6. The final knockout punch would be in Phayze 7, including Modi leading a likely grand victory in eastern UP (Varanasi and surroundings).

Starting June 4, there would be a massive upheaval in the opposition ranks. Some parties may collapse altogether, merge, all kinds of defections....it will be quite a sight to see.

Delhi Police is a travesty. Kapil Sibal is the lawyer, as expected when any anti-nationals are involved. Imagine the money power & clout of this guy Prabir (who was hardly known) that he can have Sibal represent him in the Supreme Court

Its also a travesty of justice that such bail cases go to the SC & the milords drop everything to hear such cases on priority!

While I am happy that Motabhai is calling out the SC's hypocrisy, he has to realize that he has been in power for 10 years and the sarkar has done zilch in cleaning up the judiciary (or the babudom, Armed Forces leadership etc for that matter). The key battles are the ones that Modi sarkar steers clear of, sadly

Hope Modi 3.0 will be different, though I am not too optimistic on this front. India needs a different kind of ruthless leadership & importantly the masses have to be ready to back such a person single-mindedly. We are far away from that

The general trend is congress supporters not coming out to vote since they have given up. Most of them are daily workers and small shop type of guys who will miss money if they miss a days work. Low voting in Hyderabad rampur and Bangalore Central proves this. I think this is why congress is getting the message out that BJP is loosing.

As per internal report of BJP, NDA can win 398 seats in loksabha.
How reliable is the above news ?
Did a quick Google search, but can't find report about BJP's total. Hindustan Times reports that as per BJP's internal survey they may get 15 to the entire 21 seats in Odisha.

Mr. @Jairam_Ramesh

Where can you hide on June 4th 2024? Better start working on Assembly elections which are coming soon in 4 states. People have already decided who should be PM & that is Modi Ji in 2024

Add +
NDA
430 or 400 or 385 is the only question

BJP
329 or 338 or 357

See the above tweet. He is saying that BJP is winning 3 seats in Bengal where Muslim population is above 40%. Add to it the report by Pradeep Gupta about certain percentage of Muslim ladies voting for BJP.

I am not so sure about Muslims voting for the BJP thing. It did not happen even in Gorakhpur where they regularly take a lot of favours from the Gorakhnath Matt daily. On the rest of things, BJP will be 325+. Will it go above 325, it could. 350+ could be very hard. There will be a small reduction of numbers in some states where it polled nearly 100% in 2019. Repeating 100% or near 100% wins is hard for anyone. Some local factors etc crop up sometimes. The party will gain in UP, WB, Odissa etc. That will make up the shortfalls elsewhere and add some more numbers. But will it be

Pravin Patil of 5forty3.com also tweeted something similar though I am skeptical of it.

I have now seen enough of these data patterns, phase after phase.

About 12-18% of Muslim women are defying their men and voting for Modi (more so in states like UP)!

Who would have thought that a "Dictator" would turn out to be the liberator of Muslim women's voice in India!

Same is reported in Kerala. Kerala BJP chief Surendran said that after this election several prominent people from both Cong and Communist parties will join BJP. Few weeks ago BJP candidate Sobha Surendran revealed that E.P.Jayarajan who is considered as the the second or third most prominent leader of CPM, (the current ruling party) planned to join BJP!! He dropped the plan at the last minute after a phone call and had a worried look on his face. He was reportedly upset with CPM that he was not considered for the post of party general secretary.

lel, articles like these are a complete hoot, someone or the other may or may not have told this or that to the author which very neatly fits into the authors' viewpoint, happy coincidences are by nature's design, happy indeed.

as always, the audience for these rags must also be considered, the older average foreigner only wants to read about india's open defecation, young'uns want the same to be fed via tiktok, the only ones reading such literary droppings are indians who like to see themselves from the viewpoint of what random gora institutions think about them, and those goras wanting to serve their country's babucracy, it is them that articles such as these scam the most as they gain a wrong understanding of their foreign counterpart and based on that devise completely incoherent and inadequate methods to treat with the said counterparts

ergo, all the ford foundation money is spent on gaining incorrect and erroneous takes that makes spender and minions lose face every time, monies well spent; foreign agencies get scammed into paying for fanfictions by thinking it is original ip

as long as they are into the mudi shud rejine, amit shah is a scary meanie  understanding phase, it will remain a good illustration of garbage in garbage out.

Pravin Patil is smoking dope. Muslims voting for BJP never crossed the 6% mark

That community attaches itself to Modi Govt's schemes and sucks it dry, all the while vilifying him

Its an extremely dangerous illusion to think that Muslim women or Pasmandas have had a change of heart. The worst jihadi crimes & instigations are done by these 2 groups

"Dangerous" because, once you consume this lie, you will appease them more & more, hoping for an extra percentage voting here or there, while they happily string you along

Better to rip the band aid off, openly work towards a Hindu civilizational state, declare Islam as an enemy and let them know that we are also prepared to fight a 1000 year fight-to-the finish

Looted Money to Be Returned to Corruption Victims in Modi 3.0?

BIG statement by PM Modi:

In Bengal, there’s an established rate card for govt jobs.

In Kerala, communists looted thousands of crores from the poor and middle class in co-op bank scams.

I am finding legal ways to return the attached property seized from corrupt to the poor

Hello Madam @SupriyaShrinate !
Hearing that you are going to be thrown out of CONgress IT cell as Chairperson & will be replaced by Supriya Bharadwaj? Is it because of Internal Tussle b/w Bunty & Babli?

Asking this because your removal is planned by Jairam Ramesh...same person who misguided Bunty leading to his disqualification as MP as planned by Babli?

आप तो बली का बकरा बनने वाली हैं!

I hope your replacement is as hilarious as you!!

With 10 ‘Khata-Khat’ barbs, PM Modi tears into Rahul Gandhi in Pratapgarh

The video is about 4:27 minutes long

While addressing a public rally in UP’s Pratapgarh, PM Modi brutally mocked Rahul Gandhi’s Khata-khat remark. PM Modi Non-Stop repeated the term ‘Khata-Khat’ in order to mock Rahul Gandhi.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi while addressing a public meeting in Rajasthan’s Anupgarh promised of giving a woman of every BPL (Below Poverty Line) family One Lac rupees annually directly in their bank account, and said, “If you are below poverty line, then we will transfer in the bank account of one woman in your family one lac rupees annually. Unless you cross the poverty line, every year your account will be credited with one lac rupees – Khata-Khat Khata-Khat.”

He further claimed of removing poverty from the nation instantly and said, “Ek jhatke se ham gareebi ko Hindustan mita denge.”

It's quite possible Antonia/Pappu told some chaprasi "arre bhai, woh supriya ko IT cell me kaam par laga do" and they only recently found out it was the wrong supriya that got the job.

Similarly, "haan bhai gangaram, kuch chatpatta bayaan do...US me baithe ho, kuch to karo!"

The opposition by attacking the EC in the manner in which they did. Told their comitted voters that there is no point in voting.

For the last decade, opposition parties are more interested in smearing Modi government than winning the hearts and minds of Indian citizens. Also by extension they also smeared every Indian government institution including the armed forces. Right now they know they cannot win, so they are going for disparaging the entire system and claim some moral high ground. It is a losing strategy, but the criminal ecosystem they nurtured does not provide any other option :D

williams ji,

pappu and his BIF masters are busy setting the overton window for 2029 and this narrative setting has to be kneecapped in the bud, excuse the awkwardly mixed metaphors

It was never about 2024.

Modiji had too much of a head start and was already on a very strong wicket even before the run up to these elections

Post the election results on the 4th of june, I anticipate some trouble by the jihadis of all description just to muddy the waters and ensure that the gora press has enough material to smear Modiji's victory

They are arrogant because they know they have global elite supporting them, backing them for every single crime they do. Human rights violation, theft, money laundering, any crimes, they know they won't be judged. Hope Modi 3.0 sees heavy handed approach towards "collaborators". They have never been punished.
