(I couldn't find such a thread, and felt we should have one, since the topic is relevant & significant to India's interests)

Why can't veto power be taken away from certain existing veto holders

Even better if majority of nations deregister themselves from UN making it useless effectively and what if they join forces with India to start and lead "a genuine United Nations" ?...
