I looked at the video, its not rockets for sure. The explosions are quite massive. And since the locations were > 100 kms from border - it has to be some medium range cruise missile - perhaps israeli or brahmos.

The max distance hit is Bhawalpur - about 60 miles from Indian border. The rest, Kotli, Muzzafarabad is less than 20 miles from the border.
