interesting fall outs:
there will be huge demand for Indian weapons esp SAM systems and missile systems
as for the chinks.. here is what a X handle says : Beijing summons Pak Ambassador Moin Haq to explain why, despite its dire warnings, Pakistan continues to deploy J17 fighters, PL15 missiles and HQ9 radars, leading to mass cancellations of their purchase orders by African nations that had already signed MoUs with China.

With the Trump ceasefire, this will allow TSP to rearm, replenish & repair their weapons. All thanks to the IMF $2.4B largely funded by the US.
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
This is good. We have established new level of deterrence. As much as I want a permanent solution, it is unlikely to come on the battlefield without significant losses on our side as well. Now we need to continue the non-kinetic squeeze through IWT water diversion, BLA support, international isolation, while staying ready to prove the credibility of our statement. Be prepared for war if you want to commit terrorism.
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
This is the reason to not buy American.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
That's Modi's "old friend" for you. What guarantees did Trump give to Modi on future puki terrorism? Probably nothing. After avoiding negotiations with the pukis for so long because of their consistant terrorism against India, I can't believe Modi has folded so easily just when we're making unprecedented progress against the pukis militarily and Modi has also agreed to direct negotiations. This is what the pukis cried and begged for all along. So the pukis basically won at the end.

This is where credibility is going to count in setting the narrative.

Based on geolocation, this video of missile strike Pakistan nuclear weapons storage facility in Kirana hills is accurate.
Tunnel entrance was struck in a precise hit.
FIRST time in global history, a nuclear armed state's nuclear warhead storage facilities are being hit.

And why is this a surprise??? Even our great QUAD ally JAPAN, generously provides funds to Pakistan.
This is the kind of 'Allies' our country has cultivated with our great policy of 'Vasudev-kutum-bum' aka 'Please come and kick my bum'!
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
What's in this ceasefire agreement for India to let go of the golden opportunity to sort out the pakis? Did we fall for some carrot/stick regarding trade deal with the US?
Next time Pak may not be this weak.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
It is well known in the forum but repeating, Suraj described Trump as one who looks for the opportunity for an ego massaging. He wants to be the centre of attention. But not interested in understanding the complexities or fairness. This grand announcement from Trump just proves the description. Hopefully Trump will lose interest in one week or so and India will get an opportunity to kill Pakistan by few dozen cuts of short war and economic measures.

Not a single video of any counter measures and all
Videos seem only of clean hits by our missiles
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
It's a question of leverage. US off course has leverage on Pak. What leverage did they use on Bharat to get us to agree to this ceasefire?!
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
there is apparently a follow up mod presser on the 12th, lets see what the situation is then

I hear you Sir. I think there is more to it.
Perhaps they wanted ascendency for the PA. There are pressure points on the eastern borders [hills and beyond]. They have been very active there since colonial times.
That being said, we must have given this lot of deliberation. Tremendous achievement by our armed forces, they never let us down. We are also lucky to have such a great prime minister.

In the aftermath of the 6 May 2025, ‘Operation Sindoor’ by India on the terrorist camps inside Pakistan‘s territory across nine targeted sites, the Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) declared jihad against India. The group avowed jihad as a religious duty under the ongoing situation between India and Pakistan. The declaration marks a serious escalation by the militant group’s rhetoric and strategic posturing.
AQIS's core leadership is believed to operate out of Pakistan with Osama Mehmood as its Emir, enjoying relative sanctuary in tribal belts and urban safe houses, often under the indirect protection or passive negligence of elements within Pakistan’s security apparatus. The group has long sought to recruit from the Pakistani faction of Deobandi institutions like Darul Uloom Haqqania, and Bahawalpur Madrasa and Salafi religious networks and madrassa circuits, particularly in Pakistan.
I fear pahalgam is only the beginning

From AIM on X.
Confirmation from the highest sources
• India has agreed to the ceasefire given that the final strikes were Indian ones on
Pak airbases
• this followed a call from the Pak DGMO at 3.30pm today to his counterpart saying Pakistan would not undertake any more strikes and specifically requesting a ceasefire
• US duress of withholding IMF loans was specific - The 1 billion provisional release linked to immediate acceptance & balance subject to compliance
• the Indus water treaty suspension remains unaffected. No information will be shared with Pakistan and India will commence water projects on the 3 northern rivers
• US has accepted India's change of war doctrine. Any further terror attack will be accepted as an act of war.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Given the fund crunch and suviving on IMF dole, I don't think pakistan is in any position to rebuild and replenish their stocks. They have taken a lot of beating. Looks like they have lost at least 1 Eyrie, 1 C-130, 2 JF-17s, not to mention the damages to their radar systems, ATC and other infra. Will take them probably $500m-$1B to rebuild their defences.
I only wish we had launched few more brahmos and decimated all their air bases and their army HQs at various places. But this level of retaliation by India is unprecedented under the "muclear weapons shadow". Going all in and willing to slog it out and taking out major military targets is something pakis had never game planned. This is going to cause them butt-hurt for a long time.
India should now release the full damage they have caused pak, their H&D be damned

Strange turn of events... Let's see how this goes in the next couple of days. Modi ji and Doval ji are not amateurs.
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
that would be a hoot, terror, absolute no, but regular shelling, yes

It's based on our contribution to the IMF. We have been reducing it, because we, rightly, see no point in it.uddu wrote: ↑10 May 2025 16:29 https://x.com/greatbong/status/1921052979379007636
This need fixed. Our economy is the size of Japan. But our voting weightage is only 1/3rd of Japs.
We haven't borrowed from them and don't want to.
If other lenders want to see their money go down the drain it's their problem.
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Nur Khan, Rahamiyar Khan, Rafiqui, Murid, Sialkot, Sargodha, Shahbaz, Bholari pounded in a single day. Only skardu seems to have missed out from the party. All pounding caught on camera. First time a nuclear power has been humiliated completely in a single day. Our boys were just getting started. Shame.
Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
We should have made handing over of Lashkar & Jaish left over top brass to India as a precondition for agreeing to ceasefire.
This does not looks ok to me. IG made a mistake in 1971 and we are yet to see if Modi repeated that in 2025.
On IWT, the US has no say. Also, no need to sit across and talk with TSP at all.

What's really scary is that this might open up trade and filling up puki begging bowl relationship between trumpian United States and pukistan which has been lacking during trump's first presidency and this second one. This was true even during the intervening Biden stint ar the WH.Trump in his simple mind would be greatful to the pukis for agreeing to the ceasfire and negotiation agreement. He'll take that as the pukis' adulation of him and will shower them with gifts.

For TSP aam abdul, Imran khan death is the diversion to wean away public from humiliation.
For us this will be decisive victory for Modi govt to drab TSP in 3 days.
In case ceasefire do not hold in Kashmir valley where it matter most then it is back to today situation. Hit pork military at free will like Israel attack of lebanon.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Don't think there should be much confusion as to why we would agree to/be open for a ceasefire
India's messaging from Day 1 has been these are retailiatory attacks for Pahalgham and all future attacks will also be responses. Each of the 3 nights strikes were also in response to Pak attacks
Usually in India-Pak wars it's just Pak who needs to be stopped from aggressing, We agree for de-escalation as soon as they stop
It may not have always worked to our advantage but that's how we have always set the narrative.
Hopefully Sindoor becomes the template for any such terror activities.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
Why did we agree to this ceasefire without any permanent changes? We have revealed to the Pakis the gap between our capabilities and their junk hardware. Their Chinese masters will make them will sit quietly for a few years and plug all these gaps before trying again.
After studying Pakistani reddit / twitter / instagram, they seem to be unaware of the beating they have taken and are basically saying that they won this round. The level of delusion in this qaum is unbelievable. But this skirmish has helped rather than harmed the image of the Pak military establishment.

The troubling thing is several IndiGo flights, which are codeshared with Turkish Airlines, are now having male Turkish flight attendants manning the Indian domestic flights alongside the Indian “girl powered” female cabin crews.

Re: Operation Sindoor - Bharat Strikes Back: Jai Hind!
We should use this opportunity to order large number of kamikaze drones. Our next salvo should begin with hundreds, if not thousands of drones targeted towards Pak power grid and POL supplies. We now know that Pak AD is absolute shit. Flood their airspace and it will get overwhelmed immediately.
