US, India seal nuclear tech transfer deal

Meanwhile ..Despite US-India tensions and Trump-era tariffs , the first nuclear technology transfer under the 123 Civil Nuclear Agreement has been signed. Flowserve US and India’s CORE Energy Systems formalized a deal to transfer Primary Coolant Pump (PCP) technology—critical for reactor safety and efficiency—for local manufacture in Coimbatore. Approved by the US DOE and India’s Department of Atomic Energy, the agreement aims to strengthen India’s domestic nuclear supply chain, boost private sector participation, and support the “Atmanirbhar Bharat” and “Make in India” initiatives.

Exactly. Dems went after Trump once too many times in the first term. In effect, they cried wolf twice before. Russia collusion turned out to be a hoax or atleast GrOPers convinced the voting public of that. If they start impeachment drama once again in 2027, they might lose presidency in 2028. As it is their candidate lineup is quote terrible. Better if they do not interrupt Trump and let him completely destroy GOP.

As the call center industry is increasing daily, there are over 42,000 call centers only in the United States, hiring around 3.3 million to 3.4 million people.

Call centers have become the cornerstone of success in handling large volumes of company calls to provide excellent service and assist the company through lead generation. Call center enhancement is a positive relationship between a company and customer and earns their loyalty.

Moreover, a better customer experience means creating and establishing your organization’s brand image. It also enhances productivity, reducing agents' exhaustion with job satisfaction.
...
Who Has The Most Call Centers in The World?
The Philippines is reported to have the most call centers in the world. It is also recognized as the call center capital of the world.
Which US State Has The Most Call Centers?
Florida (3,880), California (3,601), and Texas (2,998) are the US states with the most call centers and telemarketing companies.
If they can pare costs if they start more call centres in the midwest in cities like Kansas City, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus. All three states currently leading have high real-estate prices and high cost of living. Employers have to pay more to their workers in these states.

I am pleased to announce that India, and the United States of America, are continuing negotiations to address the Trade Barriers between our two Nations. I look forward to speaking with my very good friend, Prime Minister Modi, in the upcoming weeks. I feel certain that there will be no difficulty in coming to a successful conclusion for both of our Great Countries!

India and the US are close friends and natural partners. I am confident that our trade negotiations will pave the way for unlocking the limitless potential of the India-US partnership. Our teams are working to conclude these discussions at the earliest. I am also looking forward to speaking with President Trump. Donald Trump was out of power for merely 4 years and he seems to have lost his mental balance.

Just imagine the state of mind of those who are out of power for more than 11 years already in India.

So let me get this right - contrary to the predictions from Lattu, Ron Vara et al, there's no "sorry/apology" from India, no slowdown/stop in buying Russian oil, no concessions on dairy/agriculture sector - but trade talks are going to resume. Seems like Modi sarkar has the upper hand and shown the world how to call the bluff.

India’s Growth Surges, US Stumbles: Fitch’s Latest Forecast | Vantage with Palki Sharma
India is leading global growth once again. Ratings agency Fitch has raised its forecast for India to 6.9%, making it the world’s fastest-growing major economy. Meanwhile, the U.S.—the world’s largest economy—is slowing down. Tariffs, high interest rates, and weak job creation are dragging it down. Fitch says the global economy will grow by 2.4% this year, with India driving the momentum. But rising unemployment and inflation concerns in America are now threatening global growth. What does this divergence mean? Can India sustain this lead? And is the U.S. losing its edge? Here's a full breakdown of Fitch’s latest global outlook.

Post the Israeli attack on Qatar, the major takeaway is that US security guarantees are not even worth a bucket of warm piss. Kudos to the Indian Govt who realized this a very long time ago and has been proven right. Shame on all the MUTUs on BRF that kept pushing the narrative for a strategic India-US military alliance against China.

I’m sure India MEA has this entire timeline of Trump’s tariff drama, and has factored it into their negotiating tactics.

Trump’s Trade War Lies Explained in 10 Minutes and 39 Seconds

Will Saletan deep dives into Donald Trump’s attempts to re-write the narrative around his tariffs that crashed the economy, as his administration officials including Peter Navarro, Howard Lutnick, Scott Bessent and Karoline Leavitt repeat the lies on the reason for the tariffs and why they were put on pause.

If Mr. Gor Kaliyug thinks he is going to dictate Chump's agenda to New Delhi, he is going to have an interesting tenure as Ambassador to India.

Meetings will fail to coalesce, or be rescheduled at the last minute. Internet connectivity at the workplace will be "iffy". During the least convenient months, air conditioning will cut out for hours at a time.

The myriad infrastructural projects (roads, cabling, water etc) integral to the development of a vibrant, noisy democracy will go forward (vibrantly and noisily) within earshot of Gor Kaliyug's office-- and will cause unfortunate impediments to traffic, parking, water supply and so on at the least opportune times.

For all the barking mutts that Chump has unleashed on mainstream and social media-- Navarro, Lutnick, et al-- when it comes to sending a clear and compelling message, they will find they are no match for India's strong, silent babus.

The problem is that Trump is trying to rig the 2026 House elections by doing an off-census-cycle redrawing of Congressional districts, gerrymandering them to increase the number of safe Republican seats.

So some of what the Democratic Alliance is claiming is factual.

U.S wants G7 to sanction India. This is something we will not be able to cope with. Stop all Russian oil purchases with wink to Putin. Along with this cease all FTA talks with U.S on a permanent basis and give two months for U.S companies to vacate India. IT sector will need to be subsidised some way for a few years. Phutnick, Retardo and Pessant need a lesson they won't forget. Retaliation will become inevitable for Modiji if this tactics of U.S continues.
