Where can I find the full-text of the SOP GoI uses to deal with foreign nationals claiming to be refugees? Has it been made public?

As a response to questions by MPs ([Shashi Tharoor](https://www.mha.gov.in/MHA1/Par2017/pdf ... 23%20E.pdf) & [Anil Dave](https://pib.gov.in/newsite/PrintRelease ... lid=108152)), the MoS (Home) has repeatedly mentioned about the existence & circulation of a Standard Operating Procedure it uses to deal with foreigners claiming to be foreign nationals.

Has this SOP been made public? I’m not able to find its text on the internet.

Ramanaji, interestingly came across a doom and gloom news article on the BBC on the human cost on poll workers caused by the SIR. Was wondering whet was behind this. Your post seems to indicate that there is major aches and pains being caused to the usual suspects due to SIR.

The ongoing SIR is revealing many illegal immigrants in India.

And that is the reason there is an active campaign in media showing the "plight" of the BLOs who are involved in the SIR. It is following the same route of how media campaigned against demonetisation. News about BLOs committing suicide (due to work load), having heart attacks (due to SIR again) is getting reported by the MSM with vested interest. This is more in states which has non-BJP governments, and the state government staff unions are with the party who rules the state (CPI(M) in socialist heaven KL, and TMC in WB).

Couple of observations seeing this story pan out over the last few weeks:

1. Yes it is hurting entrenched interests and hence the emergence of reports. ToI, NDTV, Indian Express, The Hiindu, Matrubhumi, India Today, The Print, ET.
2. Most of the reports seem to be highlighted from contentious states where the NDA parties are not in power.
3. There definitely is khujli in the nether parts of the usual suspects.

However, despite this I have been trying to find first hand reports corroborating the news of a mass exodus of B'deshis in my home state of West Bengal. Seems to be exaggerated, and in reality it seems that the TMC has managed to mitigate the SIR processes effects. And these protests and news are just for lip service. The insight that I was given is that the TMC and ilk are actually leveraging the SIR to legitimize the illegal migrants- Kind of put a government approval seal on their Indian citizenship,

Does anyone have any similar information, or, opposing information. Keen to hear.

There are court orders which clearly say that Voter ID or Aadhaar Cards are NOT proof of Indian citizenship so Mamata's plans may not actually work out. Though a voter ID card brings in a bit more legitamacy. Even though Rohingyas and Beedis are a threat to India, they may not be able to cause much damage in states in South etc. Many of them will not get voting rights. In Southern states, non-BJP parties are against SIR mainly because it weeds out dead voters and non-resident Keralites (who don't come and vote in KL).

I think the extra bit more legitimacy angle is going to be used by the TMC and allies to raise a ruckus in the future. That, and by ensuring that some actual Indian citizens get disenfranchised, they will muddy the waters and our DDM will start spinning out sob stories.

Nothing new, let's see how this pans out. We always knew that the day we started pushing back, there would be resistance. Sometimes, I forget that we are in the midst of a multi-generational civilizational fight. Interesting times.

It's not that easy.

Since I myself have a hearing summon to submit copies of my passport and matriculation certificate (for DOB), I got glimpse of how it is working.

The individual profile is being correlated within the family unit to weed out fakes.

Forget about geniuses with age difference of 10 years with their fathers, even carefully forgeries are getting caught.

- If I am genuine, I will have document trails all over.
- My document trails must fit within the overall document trails of my family unit.
- This exact method also got people "cleared" for the final rolls even they were not even there in 2002 rolls, such as born after 2002. Why ? Because there are document trails within the larger family.

It is not just the forged Aadhaar Card or EPIC Card that will fly. I am sure the the EC is using data analytics to filter suspect profiles. No wonder almost 1 crore names are gone. That's the talk on the streets and few BLO's I know.

I expect some more names to vanish after the hearing summons are completed.

It is up to the Modi government to act.
Modi had let off this criminal gang to flourish, even when the Sarada scam had enough evidence to nail them once for all.
The coming elections need to be under shoot at site orders and BJP also needs to ruthlessly purge its low level cadre (most of which are TMC trojan horses).

those outstation beedis and rohingiyas would anyway, on their own, have travelled to WB to vote for the jihadi bibi.

These guys, for their own safety, need jihadi bibi in power in WB and per some reports, that is one of the main agreements that she has with them

The other being their unquestioned support and participation for any street violence that the jihadi beebi wants them for and that is incumbent on the local beedis and rohingiyas to pitch in, since hospital, khana, peena, weapons, spending money, transportation, and even compensation to family (if needed) is all paid for by the "party"

It's a well oiled racket, adapted from the previous commie methodology and refined to fit the requirements of beebi.

It's very likely that she has PM ambitions herself but no hope because she also knows that she will not have any political support in India for making such a bid.

This time around, the central forces will dominate the streets and provide security for the voters. The corrupt local cops must be side lined and should be allowed to manage only secondary roles

The central forces should stay put in situ to prevent post electoral violence spill over against the Hindus and stay for at least 60 - 90 days

A cousin of mine recently witnessed lorry-loads of non-Tamil people ferried into TN/Chennai. These people did not know the language, had physical attributes either Bangla or Rohingyas. Abduls being Abduls were intensely “staring” at any women/girl any age. Profit sets the standard.
