did they take him out to the rose garden and quietly shoot him or what
The US is now in a confused state of mind. On the one hand they are being challenged globally. On the other tis china factor. Having the rest of the world as antagonists does not help them get anywhere. The US Deep State with its trillions worldwide is caught between two factions - one is stubborn I don't give a damn of others and the other faction is concentrated on getting the economic engine going to further their wealth (initially looted from around the world including a substantial amount from India and China). Between these two you will see contradicting stmts galore.
The India angle for the later section of US deep state is required due to various factors and this is forcing the US to keep India on its side. These are all short term not long term for the US since the China factor looms large. But India, is playing the long term game and is asserting its civilizational heritage.
My guess is that Colby is here to smoothen ruffled feathers and extract the recently caught operatives, plus get India to manufacture affordable munitions to replenish dwindling stocks. He may also be asking for India to allow berthing of naval ships and replenishment of necessities.
Received a call from President Trump and had a useful exchange of views on the situation in West Asia. India supports de-escalation and restoration of peace at the earliest. Ensuring that the Strait of Hormuz remains open, secure and accessible is essential for the whole world. We agreed to stay in touch regarding efforts towards peace and stability.

No surprise Congress said that in spite of India’s undoubted military successes in Operation Sindoor, Pakistan’s diplomatic engagement and narrative management has been “markedly superior to that of the Modi government” "Rebuff to ‘self-styled Vishwaguru’, says Congress, on reports of Pakistan mediating in West Asia"
President Donald Trump just spoke with Prime Minister Modi. They discussed the ongoing situation in the Middle East, including the importance of keeping the Strait of Hormuz open.
--
Trump (and his team) don't know what they are doing - in complete chaos - looking for Munir (reported that Trump called him) to save him - India (and whole civilized world) should be very careful..
Trump says he is talking to Iran. Iran says we are NOT talking to anyone and are still bombing Israel. Israel chimed in, saying they do not know any talks happening and we are still bombing Iran. Question, who is Trump talking to?
"did they take him out to the rose garden and quietly shoot him or what"
No my understanding is he is buried in one of the Catacombs under the Whitehouse where during his first term the OM took shelter.

American Media is sold out to American interests. Majority of our Media is also sold out to American interests. That's why you don't hear the same fervor among Indian media for USAF planes down news that they showed for Rafale down news. https://x.com/Iam_Rohit_G/status/2035765123110027291

important to note as per A guptaji post only Bloomberg as summarised by other outlets posted the actual losses reported of 16 aircraft. IOW vetted by pentagon. curious that washington post reuters NYT wire al jazeera etc did not mention this.
these were the ones who tomtomed Indian losses of Rafale without proper verification. They just went to town to give propanganda cover to terr0istan with their wide and influential reach.
these media scums amplified the false propaganda against India.
These are at the forefront of campaigns against sanatanis also. Anything related gets amplified esp wrt mainorities.
Incidentally these outlets are also democratic leaning is just an added bonus qualification for whatever reason.
Bloomberg is a democratic leaning. The other outlets reporting are all Indian is fun also . Good the pesky Indians are reporting it along with dragon media.
There is no possibility of rebuilding the relationship to what the intellectually constipated so called "elites" of India fondly imagine were the earlier golden days, the pre 2014.....of doormat diplomacy and cash filled bags exchanged for votes
post 2014, a new cohort of churlish HINOs has been birthed, the kind that is currently shell shocked, ill-tempered and sullen at the runaway successes of dhurandhar parts 1 and 2
The Hindu global response to these two movies came out of left field, caught them flatfooted, and no one now knows how many black swans have been unleashed because the reverberation are still being amplified as the minds process what they have seen, corelated with actual events and the tangible counters associated with and initiated by the Modi govt that has led to the pakis' currently pathetic condition, a needless trauma that they seem to have brought down u[on their own heads
the amrikis had an agenda that was set from the beginning, because always they saw India as a captive colonial market for their goods, services and weapons, and the India they imagined was a docile, obedient, cooperative, non fussy, a country with no spine but with a marketplace that would absorb all the trinkets, like the very ones that the red Indians once had. They thought that they would own India like the britshits once did and bleed her resources dry because Indians were submissive, meek and deferential.
The corruption was seen as good for their businesses and the oligarchs would be able to thrive in such an atmosphere
They were never too shy of showing parts of their hand, especially when it suited them, and with the marked cards that they have always held (since before 1947), the one where they owned the pack, the dealer was theirs, and they were always the house.
India was gullible because when money talks, the opposition to amriki hegemony always walks.
They smiled at the mango man, benevolently patted their children on the heads, all this was done only when the cameras were rolling, while the elites resided comfortably in the deep amriki / gora / paki / cheen / ayraab pockets, and that included the so called academic "intelligentsia", the presstitutes and the media owners, the fixers, (who could arrange, for a hefty fee, anything from drugs to damsels to male paramours), mediators, and the middlemen, and finally the traitors long embedded in the power structure, their termite sleeper cells and the news traders.
Every embassy in dilli had access to all the GoI secret papers that their hearts desired, they had readouts of the Indian talking points and the options that had been evaluated, well before the meetings took place
They wanted India to be enmeshed in a hot border confrontation and standoff with the cheen / pak / beedis so that pressure on the amrikis would be relived, and that would lead, among other things to their MIC, big pharma, and even bigger agro based GM centered exports thriving and all these spearheads effectively strangling, neutering and asphyxiating the competing Indian industrial ecosystems....
The amrikis lost our trust well before they lost our interest and today an high tech amrika has lost to an eyeraan that was forced to go low tech
It's not only the amriki aircraft carrier that has clogged toilets but the toilets of the major weapon companies of the amriki MIC are also badly clogged because the owners still don't know what hit them and they are all crammed into the toilets hoping to find a measure of relief, those very toilets which may well be their future homes
The nightmare that trump has now become is a global phenomenon and one that has yet to run its course
they rabidly pushed conversion as though it was their god given right to run roughshod over a far more sophisticated, more deeply developed civilization, both attributes in the cultural sense, with advanced philosophical and civilizational paradigms that have been in continuous practice for tens of centuries......
they have long used USCIRF as a blunt weapon against the Hindus, while themselves pushing an extremist abrahamic agenda
Any wonder why this govt is so paranoid about secrecy and access to information, the access to the inner sanctums of the state has been obliterated, every phone tapped and every one watched
Anyone may say what they want about "freedom" et al but such crappy niceties cannot be permitted when your enemies are desperate to buy and the termites are eager to sell state secrets.
Strengthen U.S.-India energy security through civil nuclear cooperation.
The United States and India should deepen energy security cooperation by leveraging reforms outlined in India’s recently passed Sustainable Harnessing and Advancement of Nuclear Energy for Transforming India Act to expand civil nuclear engagement and accelerate the deployment of advanced nuclear technologies, including small modular reactors. Coordinated investment, regulatory alignment, joint research and development (R&D), and integrated fuel and technology supply chains would enhance resilience, support India’s 100 gigwatt (GW) nuclear target, and reinforce Indo-Pacific stability.
Institutionalize India’s Indian Ocean maritime security role within the Quad.
Washington can support India’s role as the lead maritime security provider in the Indian Ocean, particularly the western Indian Ocean, by encouraging India’s implementation and deployment of the Indo-Pacific Partnership for Maritime Domain Awareness initiative, which will deepen operational integration and burden-sharing arrangements within the Quad framework.
Leverage India’s central role in the Indian Ocean by assisting India in transforming strategic ports into integrated, resilient maritime hubs.
The United States should engage through the Development Finance Corporation to provide technical assistance, transparent financing mechanisms, and public-private partnership models that enhance port efficiency, digital infrastructure, and supply chain resilience.
Operationalize a U.S.-India pharmaceutical resiliency initiative.
To strengthen pharmaceutical supply chains and long-term health security, the United States and India should implement a pharmaceutical resiliency framework centered on dual-location production of active pharmaceutical ingredients and essential medicines, structured supply chain risk monitoring, and targeted regulatory streamlining to ensure stability, affordability, and uninterrupted access to critical drugs.
Advance biotechnology supply chains through R&D integration.
Beyond pharmaceutical resilience, U.S.-India biotechnology cooperation should prioritize joint research funding, translational science, and commercialization pathways that elevate India’s role in advanced biologics, genomics, and next-generation biomanufacturing, embedding it more fully in global biotechnology innovation ecosystems.
Reframe artificial intelligence and semiconductor cooperation around joint infrastructure. With India’s data center demand, estimated at 5–17 GW by 2030, and with the United States already accounting for the bulk of its $80 billion in tech-related foreign direct investment, the partnership should prioritize jointly scaling the development of data centers and semiconductor infrastructure.9
Refrain from talking about mediating the India-Pakistan dispute over Kashmir.
Maintaining trust with India requires that the United States respects India’s strategic red lines. One of those is its opposition to any outside involvement in its dispute with Pakistan.
Reinvigorate the U.S.-India counterterrorism dialogue.
The State Department should elevate its counterterrorism dialogue with India, focusing on both regional and global terrorist threats. This kind of cooperation could help restore India’s trust and confidence that the United States takes terrorism threats in the region seriously.
Still going:
Trump: “I can't think of anybody in history that should get the Nobel Prize more than me. I don't want to be bragging, but nobody else settled wars.”
Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD): Specifically, the behavioural-variant FTD (bvFTD) is more strongly associated with grandiose delusions than other dementia types. Patients with FTD-TDP pathology are significantly more likely to exhibit self-elevating delusions like grandiosity.
These delusions often stem from damage to the frontal and temporal lobes, which govern logic, self-awareness, and reality testing. In dementia, a person may also create "grand" explanations to fill memory gaps or make sense of a confusing environment.
Behavioral Variant (bvFTD): The most common form; memory for events and people often stays intact while social conduct declines.

Well Known to the Indian leadership. No wonder even with China, the patch-up happened on our term as the Chinese withdrew to pre Galwan clash position and the RIC meet happened.
https://x.com/INSIGHTUK2/status/2041610850872529080
@INSIGHTUK2 USCIRF’s credibility is severely undermined if it claims to defend religious freedom while its vice chair, Dr. Asif Mahmood, is accused of anti-Hindu and anti-Sikh hate. Such conduct appears inconsistent with the principles the commission is expected to uphold and raises serious concerns about bias and hypocrisy.
It is difficult to trust USCIRF when its senior leadership is alleged to have displayed such appalling bigotry.
Based on that tweet, USCIRF is the highest profile hate group funded and supported by the US government! It has bipartisan support, so not a D vs R issue at all.
India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri met with FBI Director Kash Patel. There was a meaningful exchange of views between the two on the strong India-US cooperation in counter-terrorism, organized crime, and the prevention of narcotics: Indian Embassy, Washington, DC.
Great to spend this morning with @SecretaryWright and FS Vikram Misri to discuss the future of US-India energy cooperation. After India’s historic passage of the SHANTI bill, we are ready to cooperate on civil nuclear in addition to other areas such as coal gasification and U.S.

Vera ji just using your post regarding USCRIF.
came into existence thru International relgious bill 1998 during clinton boy time.
uscrif applied pressure on usa giovt to ban NaMO in 2005 based on partisan repprting over 2002 godhra riots.
Latr state dept itself removed the visa ban after he became PM and obummer warmly embraced him for other reasons. This was funny for many reasons. as NAMo had the last laugh.
uscrif has 9 memebres- 3 appointed by POTUS, 6 by congress- 3 + 3 by sensate and represtatives.
usually it is internal wrangling between conservatives and liberal christians. Thru democrats piecefuls have entererd this body. The current one was appointed by Biden .
ANyway irrespective of any abrahamic faith inside christinas or muslims - sanatanis always gets pilloried .
uscrif is a waste body with no teeth. Just another govt body to keep its politicians in influnce.
Because it is superpower it makes noise esp on India.
Those following the Artemis mission resurrected by NASA to the moon:
Artemis program aims to return humans to the Moon after decades, led by key figures like Amit Kshatriya. An Indian-American scientist, he rose through engineering and leadership roles at NASA, contributing to missions like Artemis I. Now Associate Administrator, he oversees major operations, playing a crucial role in shaping future Moon and Mars exploration efforts.
Someone I know put it succinctly. He was a small lad when Apollo landed on the moon. He said he wanted two things then, to be an astronaut. And to be American.
I asked him about the return missions in the time of Iran. He seems disillusioned and bitter, like his childhood has been robbed.
Seattle honored Swami Vivekananda with a life-size bronze statue in bustling Westlake Park—the first such public monument by a U.S. city government, gifted by India's Consulate General and sculpted by artist Naresh Kumar Kumawat. The spiritual leader gained fame at the 1893 Chicago Parliament of the World's Religions, introducing Vedanta and yoga while championing tolerance. Local leaders and the Indian American community celebrated the event as a symbol of unity and deepening cultural ties, though a few noted his complex historical views.
My Take: Is this administration had its way would wreck US scientific leadership and for what?
Here is the list of NASA science missions that the Trump administration proposes to terminate.
Note that it includes many missions that are already in space, fully operational.
This is a wrecking operation against America. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HFnvMI6akAQ ... ame=medium

@HinduAmerican
So glad that @npovmedia is exposing a pattern of targeted hate thrown our way, where repeated attempts to distort the truth get normalized on platforms like @Wikipedia.
INVESTIGATION UPDATE: Editor “Kautilya3” controls over 20% of the
@HinduAmerican page. Public revision logs show a consistent pattern: this account repeatedly restores the phrase “Hindu nationalist” in the opening paragraph — the text search engines and AI systems display.
Whenever another editor removed or softened the phrase, Kautilya3 restored it within hours, locking in a specific framing.

I told an European once, second WW is just a fight between western pshychopaths, goondas and genociders. It was not India's war. For us Hitler, Mussolini, Churchill are all the same
