Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari is swinging pretty good in W. Bengal. The BD's are fuming, which is a good sign. The border clamp down is hitting hard in BD.

Sanjeev Sanyal is likely to be appointed as the Finance Minister of WestBengal and is expected to contest the upcoming Assembly by-election from the Nandigram Assembly seat. CM Suvendu Adhikari has said he will vacate the Nandigram seat & will retain Bhabanipur.

Really like this appointment. If his policies match his rhetoric then it will be good for WB, and India.

No. While he lived and worked in Singapore for many years as a senior financial executive and served on advisory panels for the Singapore government, he had maintained his Indian nationality

In the just concluded WB election some intriguing facts have come to light. That is - the Turkish intel’s handiwork (at the behest of TSP). How can I pass that info to you / higher-ups privately?

"VD" (commonly understood in India as venereal disease) and the INC-IUML sarkar could become a serious problem in KL. Although a Nair (like Venugopal, Chennithala, and Tharoor), he usually opposes Hindu causes with great fervor and is indeed an IUML stooge.

These fellows are also allied with Joseph in TN. Together, these abrahamic cretins will attempt to cause havoc in both states.

I hope MAD have a winning strategy to shut down this.

Nobody can help a people who become collaborators in their own persecution. Bengalis had the same disease till they voted BJP to power.
At one level, one could say the Bengalis finally got fed up with the unbearable "green assault" and voted overwhelmingly for BJP.

But this happened later than expected because of voter fraud, illegal voter cultivation, and intimidation of the hindu populace over the years. As soon as the Bharat sarkar took action via SIR and heavy CAPF deployment, there was a massive flip in the election. If these issues had been addressed in 2021, BJP would likely have already been in power then.

In TN, the X-men will play a much more stealthy game than the greens. Instead of intimidation, they have messed with the people's minds via dravidian and X propaganda over decades. That is the challenge. What should Bharat sarkar do to foil these nefarious fellows ? It is interesting that TVK seems an urban phenomenon and did not get traction in the rural areas.

Will it be Doval covert operations than just the Amit Shah overt operation in WB. On the political front, nothing seems workable without Annamalai. It seems like all these things are needed to turn the tide - and soon.
Yes this is correct. We would have won in 2021 itself if proper measures were undertaken like CAPF deployment, sanitized vote counting.

From your other post with that India Today article.
That article is factually correct but omits facts.
People flew in from overseas to vote. What does that tell you ?

Also, your diagnosis about WB is similarly based on trash media read and interactions with leftists / NRB only.
Recall that BJP won 18 LS seats in 2019 without even active campaigning and without any infrastructure worth noting. That was organic Hindu vote.

IIRC, in BRF itself we predicted long back. during mid/late 2000s, that after commies are gone WB will take very hard saffron turn. Back to roots.
TMC was anomaly. In the sense after collapse of commies there was no viable electoral infrastructure from RSS/BJP. That vacuum was exploited by TMC and their support base, the Islamist thugs.

If voter fraud & non-SIR was the reason BJP lost WB in 2021 (& hence the country endured 5 more years of demographic assault), shame on Modi & Shah. By 2021, they were already in power for 7 years and would have known the nature of the green problem at an intimate level of detail

The BDs in W. Bengal have fled to other regions of India, many of them are in South India pretending to be bengali (w. bengal) muslims. Lots of them in Bluru, TN and Kerala. The GOI has to do more about these critters all over India. In Bluru there is a proliferation of Bengali food stalls which are run by these BD runaways.

BTW here is the situation in Keralam: of 102 UDF elected 40 are M and 29 are C.

As I said before, the greens, X-men, INC, and other BIFs are slowly being pushed/concentrated into the southern states, especially TN, KL, and southern KA. This has been mostly done by electoral politics. All across Bharat, family run/mafia/BIF parties are being finished - the latest (and the biggest one) to fall is the TMC. The INC is now dependent on a few southern states for survival. Nowhere else to go.

Modi and Shah are democrats at heart, but have shown the capacity to take administrative/coercive actions (e.g. JK and WB) in the interest of democratic processes and national security. It is remarkable, what they have achieved.

One remaining critical project in the north is the border state of PB, where AAP is in disarray, SAD+ and INC are on last legs, and so BJP/NDA has a real opening. In the LS 2024 the BJP made large strides, getting 19% vote (up from 8-10% in previous LS and VS elections). It will be concentrating on the 70% population that are not Jat sikhs, i.e. OBC, SC, and GC "upper castes" (both Hindus and Sikhs). Some urban Jat voters that switched from SAD/INC to AAP may now switch over to BJP.

Pradeep Singh in detail on PB: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohYZPfiinA0

So, in a way, things will be getting concentrated in the southern states. KA and TG go to elections in May 2028, and I am expecting a concerted effort to wrest these states from the INC. The JDS and BRS are severely depleted, with JDS already being in the NDA.

The so called "seculars" (greens, X-men, INC, and other BIFs) have got South India pretty much covered. KA is already ruled by Congress, KL is also now having a INC+IUML government. Tamil Nadu is also having a non-BJP and Hindu-hating government. That covers pretty much two big states, and a smaller one in South India. Now add to it; all these states also have very long coast lines (in Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea). So if some one wants to cause trouble here, the sea routes are always open. IN, or Coast Guard cannot patrol the coast inch by inch, and will have to rely on the Marine Police which is just an arm of the state police. And read with this some game plans of "Cutting South". At times I feel that; if Pappu Ghandi & his family are willing to shift to any Southern state and settle down there; chances of him able to split the nation and ruling over the divided Southern part may be a possibility. All his supporters are firmly in place here. And BJP does not have good leadership in KA, does not have great winning capacity in KL & TN as well.

Prem Kumar wrote:If voter fraud & non-SIR was the reason BJP lost WB in 2021 (& hence the country endured 5 more years of demographic assault), shame on Modi & Shah.
I feel you are being too harsh of Modi & Shah. It was only after the 2021 results that Modi & Shah could have figured out what went wrong in booth after booth. That could be the first election where they closely monitored the polling "style" in West Bengal. And it was only after that they could figure out the corrective measures. Also note that a lot of election and voting related procedure is done by West Bengal state government (mainly revenue dept), and they could be partisan to TMC. All these needed a well thought out plan.

It is more of an open secret that in Bangalore, KA; the entire garbage collection "business" is run by Bangladeshi illegals. Especially the folks who do the door to door collection of garbage (usually in modified bi-cycles). It was only recently that KA government conducted some eviction drives. And KA state police also trying to get some information on "Bangladeshi" colonies in South & South East side of Bangalore. But at least in KL; there is a serious labour crisis as the migrant labour has not managed to come back. Either these folks have escaped to Bangladesh or may have moved to other states.

Karnataka has a very significant vocal hindu segment. So it is not like KL/TN/AP in that sense. It was also the only southern state where BJP had a govt, and also has strong RSS presence.

South problems my perspective:

Their national security perspective is different. I know they hear the news of 2.5 front and sympathize with rest of Bharat, But they have not experienced a real terrorist attack or enemy action for a long time. They don't have any idea when you all talk about the threat from the sea or sleeper cells.

Second the development plank that BJP is presenting is a big deal in states like Bihar. But not that much down south.

And finally they don't face religious riots by the peaceful the way it happens in the north. So the whole Hindu hatred argument does not sell the way it does in the North.

Add to that the lack of political ground organization and local leadership that needs to give a fair fight with a well organized local setup and leadership of the regional parties.

Hence my take will be stop coming up with a prescriptive attitude and label them as BIF/Xenophobic etc etc :D If BJP needs to look at next level development plank for people who earn more than 5 lakh per annum. Expose corruption irrespective of party affiliation. Nurture local leaders who understand the underlying culture and empower them. Stop relying on impossible and compromising coalitions. You will see better results.

Foreign nationals arrested for fraudulent voting in Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.

About 25 foreigners (mostly Sri Lankan nationals) detained so far at Chennai & Madurai airports while trying to depart India — indelible ink spotted on their fingers.

More arrests likely soon; report sent to ECI.

Headline should have said s****** in the pants

'CM Adhikari promised ...': Jahangir Khan exits Falta repoll; TMC says 'succumbed to pressure'
NEW DELHI: Trinamool Congress candidate Jahangir Khan from West Bengal’s Falta constituency on Tuesday withdrew his nomination just two days before the re-polls.
Khan said that he decided not to contest the re-election as West Bengal chief minister Suvendu Adhikari promised a special package for Falta's development.
Adhikari, on the other hand, took a sharp jibe at Jhangir's decision and said that he "ran away as he won't get any polling agent.
Meanwhile, TMC, in a social media post on X, said that more than 100 of its party workers have been arrested in the Falta constituency while the EC “continues to turn a blind eye.”

“The decision taken by Jahangir Khan to withdraw from the Falta re-poll is his personal decision and not that of the party. Since the election results were declared on May 4, more than 100 of our party workers have been arrested in the Falta constituency alone. Several party offices have been vandalised, shut down and forcibly captured in broad daylight through intimidation, while the EC continues to turn a blind eye despite repeated complaints,” the party said.

“Even in the face of such pressure, our workers remain rock-solid and continue to resist the BJP’s intimidation unleashed through agencies and the administration. However, some eventually succumbed to the pressure and chose to step away from the field. We strongly condemn this. Our fight against the Bangla Birodhi BJP will continue — both in West Bengal and in Delhi,” it added.
This comes after the Election Commission cancelled the entire voting process in Falta across all 285 polling stations, citing “severe electoral offences and subversion of the democratic process.”

In its statement, the commission said the decision followed reports of severe electoral offences and large-scale subversion of the democratic process during voting on April 29. Repolling in the Falta seat is scheduled for May 21, while the counting of votes will take place on May 24.

Observer reports highlighted serious irregularities, including tampering with electronic voting machines, voter intimidation, and violations of polling rules.

In several booths, ballot unit buttons were allegedly covered with black tape, preventing proper voting. Unauthorised individuals were also reportedly found entering polling stations and casting votes on behalf of others. Missing or inconsistent video footage further raised concerns over transparency.

Earlier, West Bengal chief minister Suvendu Adhikari took direct aim at Jahangir, who had compared himself to the smuggler-turned-strongman character from the film Pushpa: The Rise.

Addressing a rally in Diamond Harbour, Adhikari said, “Where is that Pushpa — the dacoit? He is not seen anywhere now. The National Human Rights Commission declared 19 persons as notorious criminals in 2021. Jahangir was one of them. Leave him to me. I will take care of him.”

Ahead of the rally, police arrested Saidul Khan, a close aide of Jahangir and Trinamool’s Falta vice-president, on multiple charges including issuing death threats.

In the 2026 assembly elections, BJP secured 207 seats, ending TMC’s 15-year rule in the state. While, TMC managed to win 80 seats only.

Very early, but UP 2027 is in trouble. Sabotage, actual incompetence- whatever it may be but there is no denying that public anger is increasing. May it be hasty implementation prepaid smart meters which resulted in heavy backlash and roll back or daily power cuts across the state, the shine is coming off. The fence sitters are being targeted.

Caste equations for another day.

If UP goes and it is real possibility as of now, 2029 will become that much harder.
