Paani puri a hit with Chinese students

AHMEDABAD: They have happily dumped their manchurian and noodles for paani puri. The young visitors from China are trying to absorb the Indian Culture, to the extent of learning to drape a sari and picking up garba steps.

Five Chinese students from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies alongwith four students from Sussex University, United Kingdom, are in the city for three months. Of the four from Sussex, two are from Venezuela and Netherlands each.

These students will interact with students of L J institute and will teach them Chinese language, music and also make them aware of Chinese food and dance.
