It does not need any stupid long answer. It was to show the rest of world that India is a responsible nuke power. Blame it on TSP

India "shows the rest of the world world" and imagines that the world looks on admiring India for is maturity and gets a warm fuzzy. Meanwhile its business as usual arming Pakistan and Pakistan threatening us.

It is ludicrous that Indians imagine that our model behavior to "show the world what good boys we are" will get us brownie points. But it is true. India behaves that way because Indians do believe in "log kya kahenge". That is clear even on this forum
