Transcripts from Srinagar encounter:
Aapne ek murde ghodey mein dobara jaan daali hai

Transcripts of telephone conversations between militants holed up in a hotel near Lal Chowk in Srinagar and their Pakistan-based handlers have revealed that the attack was intended to bring Kashmir back into focus following a relatively peaceful phase last year.

Hours before the 22-hour encounter ended on January 7, Junaid, a Pakistani handler of the Harkat-ul-Mujahideen, told one of the militants that they had put life into a “dead horse” and that the siege had made a “good impact” on the Kashmir movement. Excerpts from the conversation:

January 7: 7.41 am to 7.45 pm

Pak Caller (Junaid): Theek Ho? (Are you okay?)

Militant: Bas lad rahe hain, lad rahe hain dushman ke saath. (We are fighting the enemy.)

Junaid: Bas is-se hua hai ki aapne ek murde ghodey mein dobara jaan daali hai. Inshallah aapki is qurbani se aapki is himmat se, tehreek-e-Kashmir mein inshallah achcha assar padega. Aur Kashmir ki tehreek jo hai na, dobara usi nehej pe aayegi. Bada achcha assar pad raha hai iska. (You have breathed life into a dead horse. Your sacrifice and courage will have a good impact on the movement in Kashmir. And the Kashmir movement will once again get direction and importance. It has really had a good impact.)

Militant: Inshallah, kyon nahi... hum to mehnat kar rahein hain is kaam ke upar... har ek bhai ko karni chahiye iske upar mehnat... ghar mein sab theek hai? (Why not? We are working hard. Other brothers should also work hard. All well at home?)

Junaid: Aapki dua kar rahe hain... (They are all praying for you) Baaki jitni der chala sakein inko to utna chalaein. (Just try to keep this going for as long as you can.)

Miltant: Asla jab tak hamare paas hai to ladenge inke saath. (We will fight them till we have ammunition.)

Junaid: Haan, bas etihaat ke saath... jo bas ek-ek, do-do... inhe masroof rakhein... isse inka zyada se zyada kharcha hoga. (Yes but with caution. One-one, two-two... keep them engaged... ensure they incur maximum loss)

Militant: Bilkul, bilkul. Inko lakhon ke hisaab se kharcha hua hai. Kal ek baje se shuru hai na fight... raat bhar chalti rahi hai aur abhi bhi chal rahi hai. (Absolutely, they have already incurred losses in lakhs. This fight started at 1 pm yesterday and continued through the night and is still going on.)

The conversations suggest that the militants got several calls, some possibly from other militants in the Valley. In fact, the handlers did not even seem to know that one of the militants, Manzoor Ahmed Bhatt, who went by the code name Usman, was Kashmiri. They seemed to be more familiar with Abu Qari, the Pakistani militant. As this conversation shows.

January 6: 8.55 pm to 8.57 pm

Junaid: Achchi karawahi ho rahi hai¿total kitney saathi hain? (Nice work, how many of you?)

Usman: Hum do saathi hain - ek Pakistani aur main Kashmiri hoon... hum lad rahein hain na bhai bhai. Dushman ne hamein gher liya hai, makaan se lad rahe hain. (There are two of us. One Pakistani, and I am a Kashmiri. The enemy has surrounded us and we are fighting from a house.)

The calls from Pakistan handlers were intended to both motivate and instruct. Besides Junaid, one Saifullah — who seems to be the leader — was giving directions. Intelligence sources said these could be all code names.

January 6: 9.05 pm to 9.14 pm

Pakistani Militant Abu Qari: Kya haal hai buzurgon? Mehnat zaaya nahi hoga, rang laayega... bas abhi chhupey huey hain... log bahar nahin nikal rahein hain taki ham inki khopdi mein marey ek do. (So how are you? Hard work is paying off... these people are now hiding. If only they come out, we can shoot them in the head...)

Pak handler Saifullah: Inshallah, niklenge aur zaroor maar khayenge... koshish karein ki kafi time nikle, aaj raat bhi nikle aur kal din bhi nikalni chahiye. (They will come out, don’t worry. You must make every effort to stretch this through the night and the whole day tomorrow.)

Qari: Inshallah.

Saifullah: Aur mobile bhi on rakhein ki hum aapse thodi thodi der mein baat karte rahenge... (And keep your mobile on so that we can get in touch with you after every little while.)

Qari: Ek van sa hai, kuchch peeche se fire karte hain aur fauji beech se phenkta hai (They have a van... from behind which there is firing, and the Armymen then throw something from within.)

Saifullah: Maro unke khopdi mein maro, roshni ka intezaar karo, abhi woh andhere mein nazar nahi aayenge. Koshish karo ki asla bacha ke rakho aur subah ka intezaar karo. Roshni hogi to dobara fight shuru karo (Shoot them in the head. Wait for daylight, then start your fight again.)

These instructions went on through the night, with calls coming every few hours. At one stage, Saifullah inquired about hotel residents and seemed a bit disappointed to learn that they had all been evacuated.

January 6: 11.02 pm to 11.05 pm

Saifullah: Kya position hai, fire ho rahi hai ki khamoshi? (What is the position? Is there firing or silence?)

Qari: Bas firing ho rahi hai (There is firing.)

Saifullah: Yeh jo hotel hai... kitney manzil hai? (This hotel has how many floors?)

Qari: Restaurant hai. (There is a restaurant.)

Saifullah: Manzil? (Floors?)

Qari: Teen manzil (Three floors)

Saifullah: To isme log wagera they... kidhar gaye? (So, there would have been people in there... where are they?)

Qari: Woh hum jo Lal Chowk mein firing kar rahe they¿ 8-10 logon ko litaya, to tab tak woh logon ko kidhar se nikal gaye. (We were in Lal Chowk firing, where we killed 8-10 people... by that time these people were taken out from somewhere)

Saifullah: Achcha... chalo theek hai... (Ok then, fine...)

The last call happened just before 11 am, by when the Pakistani militant was killed and the Kashmiri militant Usman was holding fort. He informed his handlers about his partner’s death and hoped he would also get martyrdom. No one called after that to check on him.

January 7: 10.51 am to 10.52 am

Pak caller: Salaam Walekum Rehmatullah, bhai kya haal hai (Greetings, how are things brother?)

Usman: Bas shukar hai Allah ka. Qari sahib ko shahadat mil gayi. Bas unka saans nikalne waala hai. (By the grace of Allah, Qari sahib has attained martyrdom. He will soon breath his last.)

Caller: Allahtala unki shahadat qubul karein (May Allah accept his martyrdom.)

Usman: Mere liye bhi dua karein. Inshallah, meri shahadat bhi lag jaaye. (Pray for me too that I also attain martyrdom.)

Caller: Agar Qari sahib hosh mein ho to unhe mera salaam de dein. (If Qari sahib is still in his senses, give him my salaam.)

In some of the conversations, the phone would be placed next to a speaker and Qari would speak with great pride about how he was feeling as he undertook this mission. But clearly the spirit of the first day dissipated soon and as the voices in the conversation suggest, the militants had given up by the next day. At one point, their Pakistan handlers wanted them to examine escape routes, but the militants told them they had no chance.

Militants making a comeback in Kashmir

SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir may see more violence in the coming months as the militants have successfully regrouped themselves and there is qualitative shift in their handling and strategy.

The renewed effort on their part is becoming possible with the increasing support of locals.

These impressions are from internal deliberations taking place within various security agencies operating in the State. The past few weeks have witnessed some major strikes by militants in north Kashmir, where four CRPF personnel were killed last week. It was followed by some targeted civilian killings in that area. But it did not stop there and they managed to travel to Srinagar and attacked security personnel in Lal Chowk.

Reports being gathered by various intelligence agencies have painted a grim picture ahead especially when the snow melts in the spring. Defence Minister A.K. Antony also confirmed on Saturday that a large number of militants were waiting across the border. “Even now there are a large number of terrorists waiting along the border to infiltrate into Kashmir. This is a matter of serious concern because Pakistan is not doing anything in this regard,” he told reporters.

His views are corroborated here by the officials who say that infiltration never stopped. Police sources say that there were 389 attempts at infiltration from across the border in 2009. In these attempts, 62 militants were killed and 16 arrested. “So roughly not less than 300 militants might have managed to sneak in even if one deducts the killed and the arrested one,” a top official said, adding that concern on these lines is justified.

Going by the attacks in Sopore and other parts of north Kashmir, the security brass is gearing up to neutralise their offensive. “But the real problem is that they are getting local support,” admits the official. He cited the spontaneous support two militants holed up in Punjab Hotel got when a group of youth shouted “Mujahido aagey bado hum tumharey saath hein” (militants go ahead we are with you). Similarly, a strike was observed in Sopore on Friday in protest against the killing of one of the militants in the Lal Chowk encounter. The support, one top security official said, was linked to the political problem in Kashmir.

Inspector-General of Police Kashmir zone Farooq Ahmad admitted that militants had made a comeback. “Intercepts also reveal that they have managed to regroup here,” he told The Hindu. About the groups which are active, he said, “mainly it is Lashkar-e-Taiba.”

“We are ready to fight them out only people should cooperate,” he says.
Street violence

The authorities are now grappling with another challenge — of fighting the street violence. Lal Chowk is closed for the last four days and business could not resume as shopkeepers are demanding removal of CRPF bunkers. The authorities see the hand of hardline separatist groups in what they call “fuelling a situation like that of 2008.”

A top official told The Hindu that a mainstream political party was “hand in glove” with these “separatist elements” to keep the pot of agitation boiling { Goddamn PDP}  .
Why this rekindling of support for the pigs? Is Paki intel efforts there overwhelming our counter intel efforts?

Very bad and grim news indeed.

Really encouraging indeed , perhaps this was all a part of 'chanakian' ploy to force the 'mujahids' to betray their positions. :D

This story came to me by email
An ingenious example of speech and politics occurred recently in the United Nations Assembly that made the world community smile.

A representative from India began : 'Before beginning my speech I want to tell you something about Rishi Kashyap of Kashmir, after whom Kashmir is named. When he struck a rock and it brought forth water, he thought, 'What a good opportunity to have a bath.'

He removed his clothes, put them aside on the rock and entered the water.
When he got out and wanted to dress, his clothes had vanished. A Pakistani had stolen them.'

The Pakistani representative jumped up furiously and shouted, 'What are you talking about? The Pakistanis weren't there then.'

The Indian representative smiled and said, 'And now that we have made that clear, I will begin my speech.

'And they say Kashmir belongs to them"

Call to resume dialogue
NEW DELHI: A call to resume dialogue between India and Pakistan resonated on the inaugural day of a three-day conference here on Sunday. It is aimed at drawing up a road map for peace between the two countries.

The former Pakistan Law Minister Iqbal Haider, the former Union Minister Mani Shankar Aiyar, journalist Kuldip Nayar and Peoples’ Democratic Party leader Mehbooba Mufti were united in urging both governments to resume the dialogue, suspended since the Mumbai terror attacks in November 2008.

In the absence of the former Prime Minister, I.K. Gujral, who organisers said facilitated visas for many Pakistani civil society activists, Mr. Nayar inaugurated the conference. It is slated to deliberate on several contentious issues ranging from autonomy for Jammu & Kashmir and Baluchistan to a joint mechanism for checking militancy.

Mr. Nayar set the tone for the day, calling for immediate resumption of dialogue.

Ms. Mufti called upon New Delhi not to be deterred by the recent spate of militant attacks in J&K and continue with the withdrawal of security forces.

A less heavy-handed approach in the State would set the tone for a Indo-Pakistan dialogue which must be initiated, she said.

Academic Kamal Mitra Chenoy also felt it was time for both sides to begin talking about the unresolved issues.

Mr. Aiyar felt both countries should not only begin talking to each other but also create a mechanism that will not shut down.

Mr. Haider said that in the backdrop of global warming, it was time the two countries at least resolved the Siachen dispute. The glacier, he said, was being subjected to environmental degradation due to occupation by troops from both countries.

While civil society activists will deliberate on confidence building measures to infuse trust between the two countries, Kashmiri Pandit activists plan to protest the presence of “separatist” Kashmiri activists at the conference on Monday.
Too much backdoor activity happening between GoI and Pakis.

Hope that doesn't lead to any "untoward" agreements.

Indo-Pak roadmap conference on J&K Peace
The peace activists also discussed the impact of climate change on bilateral ties, especially in the area of water sharing. They said the Siachen Glacier issue must be resolved at the earliest and a second look taken at the Indus Water Treaty. Vandana Shiva of Navdanya spoke from the Indian side and Pakistan Labour Party spokesperson Farooq Tariq from the Pakistani side at the session chaired by peace activist Lalita Ramdas. {She is the wife of former navy chief Adm. Ramdas}
The Pakistanis, of late, have been linking Siachen, melting glaciers etc with the presence of the IA on these glaciers. They are very clever by appearing to be concerned environmentalists while discreetly pushing the sinister Pakistani agenda. And, Indians fall for it.

I knew that the Ramdas' had a Pakistani son-in-law, but didn't know he was a serviceman. OT here, but this also fits with the Pakistani ploy of marrying westerners and Indians to subtly influence or sabotage.

Perhaps this should go on the Paki thread, but at least in Western countries (read US) Pakistan has far larger representation in the Humanities - like History, Sociology, Psychology than India that is sending cartloads of engineers, techies and geeks. It is always the former that make the opinions because engineers, techies and geeks don't give damn about the media.

In fact the humanities are neglected in India as well. We bemoan "distorted History" and alien sociologists but how many of us were encouraged to enter the humanities by our parents?

^^^ So true. We have lousy liberal arts education and it is discouraged as well. You can clearly see the nature of influence of different countries in the US. Paki point of view is very prev because their RAPE class comes to US to study liberal arts only, hangs around for a few years in light and frothy professions (by Indian deffinitions) and then either settles perm. or goes back to Pakiland.
Their influence is disproportionate to their numbers. The Chinese are fast catching on to this as well though the middle east and Pakiland take the cake. RUssians are in same boat as Indians.
Below is a great speech by Balagangadhara on the same - bankruptcy of liberal arts ideas in mainstream Indian universities

Going by the kind of articles and fora this chap visits Ramdas to be honest qualifies to be in uber league of likes of kuldip nayyar and co . This chap instead of waiting for tensions to defuse in Godhara joined the likes of Teesta and wrote letters to PMO for sacking Modi , such callous remarks coming from a naval chief who otherwise is assumed to be aware of the course of the law is baffling , I wonder what happened to his bleeding heart after 26/11 . He and his daughter these days preside over so called expert panels of non proliferation in subcontinent and Indo-Pak peace talk .

Shivji people are encouraged but unfortunately even before the people pursuing such pursuits can open their mouths they become macaulayites, traitors (just look at how MMS is treated for being Oxbridge social scientist), dilli billis and what not?

I ask a counter question, what makes people on this forum think that people following such pursuits are doing it out of compulsion? In fact most of the cream that goes to Oxbridge and Ivy Leagues are some brains to be reckoned with and unfortunately they are neglected/branded lot in India because of our mental shackles. The forum has managed to turn away quite a few potential members now in government positions with its anti certain schools and disciplines attitude. J&K would have been resolved to our satisfaction if our scholars dominated the debate of Oxford Union and Columbia University. Calling our own potential allies names is a uniquely distinct trait that I am coming to terms with in a rather hard way.

Lets be specific MMS is taunted for his inactions/ommisions as a PM nothing to do with his education , dilli billi remark is not even a derogatory term for that matter every one from IT VITY types to IA jernails and even MBAs are made fun of on board people need to take such things on chin blowing these petty things out of proportion only only invokes more  .

You don't need to belong to any school for resolving J&K I think you have taken all this personally .

Ruckus in Indo-Pak peace moot as speakers urge Kashmir settlement
NEW DELHI: Commotion broke out at a conference of India-Pakistan peace activists when a group of Kashmiri Hindu pundits belonging to Panun Kashmir and Roots in Kashmir (RIK) organisations objected to the presence of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chief Yasin Malik as a speaker.

Holding placards, they hurled abuses and called Malik a rapist and a murderer before police intervened and escorted majority of them out of the India International Centre (IIC) auditorium.

Malik orated his speech amongst the commotion and challenged the protesters to prove the charges against him.

He accused the pundits of working at the behest of Indian intelligence agencies. “I want migrant Kashmiri pundits to return to their homeland. It is my wish. We are incomplete without them. They are our blood. But some vested interests keep these weeping boys active in Delhi to stop us from raising our concerns,” the JKLF chief said.

Joint body: Amidst the protests, Malik suggested a joint committee of political parties across the borders involving representatives of Congress, BJP, the Pakistan People’s Party, the Pakistan Muslim League and Jamaat-e-Islami to sit down with Kashmiri leaders to draw a road map for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

My criteria that would convince me that all this track-II BS, and MMS's "make borders irrelevant" deal which he supposedly cut with terrorist Mush are not sell outs and insults to those brave Indian security forces who lost their lives defending J&K include:

1) yellow sea == eye bee
2) No dilution, nada, zilch of Indian soverignty over the Kashmir valley
3) Most important: TSP will have no say, nada, zilch over Indian side of LoC. (Recall, terrorist Mush allegedly extracted the "joint administration" concession from MMS. This is tantamount to handing the valley over to TSP).
4) All Kashmiri pandits reptriated back to their ancestral homes.

Only dog bone concessions that I would accept thrown to TSP and KMs include:

1) After the above deal is agreed to, and a gestation period of at least 5+ years, if TSP dismantles LeT and othe assorted terrorist scum irreversibly and verifiably, then people from PoK can can freely cross yellow sea == eye bee and vice versa.
2) India relinquishes its claim on PoK. Frankly, India has made no attempt to get back PoK.

But sadly, I get the sinking feeling hat I am day dreaming. Some major concessions to TSP are in the offing, which will include TSP getting a say in the valley. A sell out couched in diplomatic mumbo jumbo.

Some of the thought process here is akin to snatching defeat from the jaws of victory

Let us continue to play ..Pakistan?..what Pakistan?. The longstanding terror equation is being handled (no judgement yet on whether things are fine or not) but it is premature to do anything before we are convinced that that parameter is out of consideration.

The only thing that can be granted is that Pakistan attempted to address this situation. We recognize that and also realize that a long way still remains to be travelled. We encourage Pakistan to do the needful while eagerly we await at the negotiating table sipping Indian chai with biscuits.

CRamS, we know that there is enormous pressure on India to resume dialogue with Pakistan. Even though, we staved off Holbrooke from being appointed for Af-Pak-India, and thwarted his visits to our land, the American Administration has not backed off from exerting silent pressure on us. It is clear that the SeS hara-kiri was committed because of that. The Americans have chosen two of the largest circulated dailies in each country who also own widely seen TV channels to carry out a covert propaganda for 'peace'. It is my opinion that GoI is not a player in this Aman ki Asha stuff, or if at all, an unwilling player under coercion. Though I do not put the shooting-in-the-foot syndrome beyond the capabilities of the GoI, it may not go this far in the Aman ki Asha programme by itself. The on-going Peace Conference in New Delhi, the hyper-activated peaceniks, the removal of the earlier government in PoK, Zardari's speech in the PoK assembly (where he spoke of a 1000-year war which also included peace talks !), the Chidambaram-initiative for quiet talks with Kashmiri leaders and separatists all point to a well-orchestrated campaign. The increased terrorist activity in J&K in the last couple of weeks, and attempts at infiltration mean that the ISI/PA is unhappy with the developments and are trying to escalate terrorism.

Are these sudden surge in number of encounters ( another one today in which 1 pig KIA, 1 escaped) a pre-emptive cleanup by the IA/JKP to ensure total number of terrorists are kept within check in J&K or is it a escalation by Pak?

I hope the security personnel got a good look at these wannabe Pakis & have been put on the waiting list for their 72.

It is true that the events in India and Pakistan are all appearing contradictory and confusing.

But would we give up the ship?

All our efforts as a country flushed down the toilet?

It will be very disheartening if it were so!

Apart from Maya, what is happening? Any idea?

Shivjee

Sorry for not being clear. J&K being sold is a bogey very helpful digestion of food by many in India & around the globe , time & again it has proved successful in its use but for me it doesn't work anymore if it for others still work fine by me so All is Maya only , believe what you wanna believe reality or no reality what reality who cares .........

I would not know the feelings for India held by Admiral Ramdas’ Pakistani son-in-law Zulfiqar Ahmad.

However going by the there is no smoke without fire theory  , let me say that a familial predilection of subscribing to the IEDeology of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s is evident.

Zulfiqar Ahmad’s uncle, Eqbal Ahmad, was indicted in the US on charges of attempting to bomb the Pentagon. The indictment also covered a conspiracy to kidnap Henry Kissinger.

Nothing could be more favorable to India than these UN resolutions.

http://www.boloji.com/myword/mw155.html

Thus if in the future UN resolutions were to be implemented and a plebiscite was to be held according to its terms the following events would have to take place.

•First, all Pakistani troops would have to vacate Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
•Secondly, Indian troops would have to occupy the whole of Kashmir until terrorism ends.
•Thirdly, China would have to vacate the territory illegally ceded to it by Pakistan in order for Kashmir to revert to its original status before hostilities started in 1948.
•Fourthly, if all these conditions get fulfilled the bulk of Indian troops would withdraw except for a token force to maintain law and order.
•Fifthly, the plebiscite organized by the UN Commission would allow Kashmiris to choose joining either India or Pakistan . The option to choose independence would be denied to them.

Does anyone in his senses believe that Pakistan could fulfill even one precondition of the UN plebiscite without its government being overthrown by its own people? And yet, India through all these years has stoutly opposed these UN resolutions! Was this due to deliberate subversion or monumental stupidity?

Another two infiltration bids foiled in Akhnoor sector
BSF troops today foiled two infiltration bids after a brief encounter with militants along the Indo-Pak border in Akhnoor sector of Jammu division, the seventh such attempt by ultras from across the border this month. {And the wintry month is only 12 days old}

Jarita:

All that is fine & dandy, but given today's ground realities, any leeway India gives to open up negotiations or processes that question its soverignty over the valley will be an unmitigated disaster for India as a whole. Unkil & his poodles including TSP will hit the jackpot if India agrees to any such hanky panky. Preserving the status quo is India's best bet at the moment.

Akhnoor, Samba etc. in Jammu and border areas in Punjab are the only comparatively easier places to cross the border these days due to flat terrain, no snow and poor visibility due to heavy fog. Most of routes in Kashmir, Poonch, Rajouri etc. favoured in summer should be blocked due to heavy snowfall. Probably thats the reason behind so much Paki activity in these areas.

Two arrested for giving SIMs to Lal Chowk terrorists
13 Jan 2010, 1827 hrs IST

In a breakthrough in the Lal Chowk terror strike, police have arrested two persons who had allegedly provided SIM cards to two Lashker-e-Taiba militants who killed two persons during the 22-hour siege. Highly-placed sources said that duo -- Latif Malla and Imtiyaz Ahmed -- had procured the SIM cards for the two Lashker terrorists Saifullah Qari and Usman, who were killed after security forces on January 7 stormed a hotel in which they were holed up. Malla and Ahmed were picked up and subjected to detailed questioning, after which they told the police how they had procured the SIM cards and when the cards were handed over to the Lashker militants.

The duo told the police that they had procured 120 SIM cards and handed these over to the militants during a period before the ban on pre-paid mobile phones was ordered, the sources said. All the SIMs was supplied to one Javed of Sopore in North Kashmir for which they got money, the duo said. Inspector General of Police (Kashmir Range) Farooq Ahmed, who has to his credit the successful operation at Lal Chowk, has formed several crack teams to trace Javed, they said.

The terrorists killed during the Lal Chowk encounter had kept the mobile connections with them for a long period and these were meant for use only during "operations". Though the Government had imposed a ban on issuance of fresh pre-paid mobile cards from November one last year, the existing subscribers have been asked to convert it to post-paid by January 29 this year, failing which the services will be stopped.

The police personnel were told about the mobile phone number by central security agencies and during a quick check it was found that the person in whose name the connections had been taken did not exist, official sources said. Qari, a resident of Baluchistan, was in constant touch with his handlers in Zafarwal in Pakistan, the sources said.

The sources said though the terrorist was constantly in touch with militants of Harkat-ul-Mujahideen identified as Saifullah, Qazi, Junaid and Tahir, it was beyond doubt that the operation was carried out by LeT only. Once he felt that he was cornered and could be eliminated by security forces, Qari reportedly had a long chat with his handlers in Pakistan and dictated his will as well, the sources said.

Its not like that. Chai biscuit allows the US pressure to be fizzled. If using this C/B sessions, US manages to increase the pressure in TSP badlands its non-Maya.

Whiel Omar is getting invites abroad, Farookh in UNion Cabinet is asking MMS to account for PRC digesting Indian lands. Obviosuly its in J&K or he wouldnt be stirred. To his credit not one Indian leader in govt has raised this issue.
